  1. a) Installation und Betrieb einer Online-Schwingungsmessung an jeder Lagerstelle. Das Konzept sieht dann eine Not-Inertisierung der Biegeeinstellwalze 4 und des Hydrauliköltanks 20 vor, wenn ein Lagerschaden mit der Online-Schwingungsmessung detektiert wird,
  2. b) Temperaturmessung(en) im Inneren der Biegeeinstellwalze 4 zur Erkennung von unerwünschten Temperaturerhöhungen,
  3. c) Installation eines Rauchmeldesensors im Walzeninnenraum 16 der Biegeeinstellwalze 4,
  4. d) Einsatz eines Flammendetektors/ Rauchmelders/ Partialdrucksensors/ Drucktransmitters und
  5. e) Installation von Pulverlöschbehältern, die bei einer beginnenden Explosion die Löschbehälter im Inneren der Biegeeinstellwalze 4 freigeben, so dass die beginnende Explosion unterdrückt wird.
For the sake of completeness, additional alarming safety systems (not shown) for protection against inflammations in the bending adjusting roller 4 are mentioned by way of example:

Claims (10)

Bahnbehandlungsvorrichtung, insbesondere Kalander, mit a) wenigstens einer Biegeeinstellwalze (4) mit einem umlaufenden Mantel (3), dessen äußere Oberfläche zur Behandlung einer Faserstoffbahn (6) dient, wobei aa) der Mantel (3) der Länge nach von einer, einen Abstand zur Innenfläche des Mantels (3) belassenden Achse (8) durchsetzt ist, so dass ein Walzeninnenraum (16) geschaffen ist, und wobei ab) an der Achse (8) wenigstens ein hydraulisch auf den Mantel wirkendes Hydraulikzylinder-Kolben-System (9) angebracht ist und wobei ac) an jedem Ende des Mantels (3) Lager (11) zur Abstützung des Mantels (3) auf der Achse (8) vorgesehen sind, und b) wenigstens einem Hydrauliköltank (20) und einer an eine Zuleitung (24) zwischen Hydrauliköltank (20) und Biegeeinstellwalze (4) angeschlossenen Förderpumpe (21) zur Versorgung des hydraulisch auf den Mantel (3) wirkenden Hydraulikzylinder-Kolben-Systems (9) und/oder einer Lagerschmierung (38) mit Hydrauliköl, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Gasdruckausgleichsleitung (26) zwischen dem Walzeninnenraum (16) und dem Hydrauliköltank (20) vorhanden ist.
