Description

  • Die Erfindung liegt auf dem Gebiet der Kochfelder mit einer Abdeckplatte aus Glas, Glaskeramik oder Keramik, einem oberen Montageelement, das materialschlüssig mit einer Unterseite der Abdeckplatte verbunden ist, und mit einem Montagerahmen zum Stützen der Heizelemente und elektronischen Komponenten, wobei der Montagerahmen mit einer Befestigungskomponente zur Befestigung des Kochfelds in einem Hohlraum eines Herdunterbaus versehen ist, einer Komponente mit einem Stützwinkel zum Stützen des Kochfelds an einem Rand des Hohlraums und mit einem mittleren Bereich, der an den Montagerahmen des Kochfelds anschraubbar ist.
  • Es sind Kochfelder mit Abdeckplatten aus Glas oder Glaskeramik bekannt, bei denen Stützwinkel an einem Montagerahmen des Kochfelds befestigt sind, die zum Stützen des Kochfelds an einem Rand des Hohlraums angeschraubt sind. Besonders wenn der Montagerahmen aus ästhetischen Gründen einen Rand der Abdeckplatte nicht umgibt, sind mithilfe derartiger Stützwinkel Belastungen der Abdeckplatte abfangbar und kann eine materialschlüssige Verbindung zwischen der Abdeckplatte und dem Montagerahmen oder einem Gehäuse des Kochfelds entlastet oder gesichert sein. Mithilfe dieser Sicherung kann das Kochfeld über die Stützwinkel gestützt werden, und zwar besonders dann, wenn sich die materialschlüssige Verbindung aufgrund von Materialermüdungserscheinungen lösen sollte. Es ist erheblich, dass diese Stützwinkel zum Erhalten der Kochfeldausrichtung gut am Montagerahmen befestigt sind.
  • Solches Stand der Technik ist EP-A-1818619 .
  • Die Erfindung basiert besonders auf der Aufgabe, die Einrichtung eines Kochfelds mit einem Befestigungselement zu vereinfachen, das zuverlässig am Rahmen des Kochfelds fixierbar ist.
  • Die Aufgabe wird mithilfe der Kennzeichen von Anspruch 1 gelöst, die ein Gebiet der Kochfelder mit einer Abdeckplatte aus Glas, Glaskeramik oder Keramik, einem oberen Montageelement, das materialschlüssig mit einer Unterseite der Abdeckplatte verbunden ist, und mit einem Montagerahmen zum Stützen der Heizelemente und elektronischen Komponenten, wobei der Montagerahmen mit einer Befestigungskomponente zur Befestigung des Kochfelds in einem Hohlraum eines Herdunterbaus versehen ist, einer Komponente mit einem Stützwinkel zum Stützen des Kochfelds an einem Rand des Hohlraums und mit einem mittleren Bereich, der an den Montagerahmen des Kochfelds anschraubbar ist, beschreiben, wobei der mittlere Bereich mindestens ein Einrastelement zur Herstellung einer Einrastverbindung mit dem Montagerahmen des Kochfelds und zum Verhindern einer Drehung der Komponente beim Anschrauben derselben an den Montagerahmen des Kochfelds aufweist.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein Kochfeld mit einer Abdeckplatte aus Glas, Glaskeramik oder Keramik, einem Montageelement, das materialschlüssig, besonders mittels Klebung, mit einer Unterseite der Abdeckplatte verbunden ist, und mit einem Montagerahmen zum Stützen der Heizelemente und elektronischen Komponenten des Kochfelds mit einer Befestigung des Kochfelds in einem Hohlraum eines Herdunterbaus, mittels einer Komponente mit einem Stützwinkel zum Stützen des Kochfelds an einem Rand des Hohlraums und Einrastelementen im Montagerahmen. Dadurch kann eine Komponentenvielfalt verringert sein, was zu einer Vereinfachung der Montage oder Fertigung des Kochfelds führt. Ebenso ist dadurch die falsche Einrichtung des Kochfelds am Rand der Küchenarbeitsplatte verhindert, die an ihrem Rand leicht hochstehen könnte, falls die Komponente bei ihrer Einrichtung gedreht ist. Derartige Montagerahmen bilden eine Grundstruktur des Kochfelds aus und tragen Heizelemente sowie elektronische Baugruppen zur Bedienung und Steuerung der Heizelemente des Kochfelds. Während die Komponente hauptsächlich auch ein Teil des Montagerahmens sein könnte, sind mittels einer Trennung des Montagerahmens und der Befestigungsvorrichtung eine erhöhte Flexibilität und ein erweitertes Anwendungsspektrum der Befestigungsvorrichtung erzielbar.
  • Der Montagerahmen weist ein Gewindeloch zur Aufnahme einer Schraube zur Schraubverbindung der Komponente mit dem Montagerahmen auf. Dadurch ist die Schraubverbindung in einem Rahmen mit Gewindeloch erleichtert.
  • Die Komponente weist zwei als Übergreifungen gestaltete Einrastelemente zur Herstellung der Einrastverbindung mit dem Montagerahmen auf, wodurch die Drehverhinderungsfunktion bei der Verbindung der Komponente mit dem Montagerahmen verstärkt ist. Wenn die Komponente mindestens ein Einrastelement zur Herstellung einer Einrastverbindung in einem Fenster des Montagerahmens des Kochfelds aufweist, ist eine einfache Befestigung herstellbar, die die Drehung der Komponente beim Anschrauben an den Montagerahmen verhindert. Insbesondere kann die Einrastverbindung, die durch das Einrastelement erzeugt ist, ohne Werkzeuge herstellbar sein. In einer besonders wirtschaftlichen und einfachen Gestaltung der Erfindung können die Einrastelemente als Greifer gestaltet sein, um sie zunächst in die Fenster des Rahmens einzurasten und dann anzuschrauben.
  • Der Stützwinkel ist an einem oberen Ende in einer Montagegestaltung des mittleren Bereichs im rechten Winkel abgeschrägt, damit das Kochfeld mit der Oberfläche des Herdunterbaus vollkommen bündig ist.
  • Die Komponente ist aus Stahlblech gefertigt und sehr wirtschaftlich mit einer robusten Fertigung der Komponente ausgestanzt.
  • Der Stützwinkel ist zum Erfassen eines Gehäuses des Kochfelds gestaltet, wenn sich eine materialschlüssige Verbindung zwischen dem Gehäuse und einer Abdeckplatte des Kochfelds löst, wodurch dem Gerät, das in dem Hohlraum des Herdunterbaus aufgehängt ist, eine permanente Einrichtungssicherheit verliehen ist.
  • Es ist außerdem vorgeschlagen, dass der mittlere Bereich der Komponente, der auf den Montagerahmen gerichtet ist, einen Vorsprung zur Erzeugung eines Hohlraums zwischen dem mittleren Bereich und einem Montagerahmen des Kochfelds aufweist. Der Hohlraum kann besonders zur Unterbringung eines materialschlüssig mit der Abdeckplatte des Kochfelds verbundenen Montageelements dienen, das im montierten Zustand des Kochfelds an den Montagerahmen angeschraubt sein kann.
  • Zur Vervollkommnung eines Kochfelds dieser Art ist vorgeschlagen, den Montagerahmen mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung der vorstehend beschriebenen Art zu versehen. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung kann insbesondere verschiedene Komponenten der vorstehend beschriebenen Art aufweisen, beispielsweise vier Komponenten oder ein ganzes Mehrfaches derselben, sodass eine oder mehrere derartiger Komponenten symmetrisch auf jeder der vier Seiten des Montagerahmens vorgesehen sein können. Der Montagerahmen kann an den Positionen, die für die Befestigung einer Komponente der Befestigungsvorrichtung vorgesehen sind, Einrastelemente oder Verbindungsmittel wie Fenster für die Herstellung einer Verbindung mit der Komponente aufweisen.
  • Andere Vorteile sind aus der folgenden Beschreibung der Figuren zu entnehmen. In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung dargestellt. Die Zeichnung, die Beschreibung und die Ansprüche enthalten zahlreiche Kennzeichen in Kombination. Der Fachmann wird die Kennzeichen außerdem separat für vorteilhaft erachten, die Vorteile erkennen und die Kennzeichen in anderen angebrachten Kombinationen verbinden.

  • Figur 1 zeigt schematisch ein Kochfeld 10 mit einer Abdeckplatte 44 aus Glaskeramik und einem unter der Abdeckplatte angeordneten Gehäuse, das insbesondere einen Montagerahmen 24 und ein Montageelement 48 aufweist. Das Montageelement 48 ist materialschlüssig mit einer Unterseite der Abdeckplatte 44 verklebt. Der Montagerahmen 24 bildet eine Struktur des Gehäuses aus, die die Heizelemente des Kochfelds 10 sowie die gesamte Steuer- und Schaltungselektronik für die Bedienung der Heizelemente unterbringt. Das Montageelement 48 ist derart an den Montagerahmen 24 angeschraubt, dass die Abdeckplatte 44 das Gehäuse nach oben abschließt.
  • Der Montagerahmen 24 ist rechteckig und auf jeder seiner vier Seiten mit einer Befestigungskomponente 18 versehen und im Unterbau in einem Federungselement 46 (Figur 2) gestützt. Die Komponenten 18 weisen besonders einen Stützwinkel 20 auf, der einen Rand 22 des Hohlraums 12 umgibt und zum Stützen des Kochfelds 10 in dem Hohlraum 12 dient, falls sich die Klebeverbindung zwischen dem Montageelement 48 und der Abdeckplatte 44 löst. Die Komponente 18 weist außerdem einen mittleren Bereich 3 auf, der mit einer Schraube 16 an den Montagerahmen 24 angeschraubt ist.
  • Figur 2 zeigt einen Abschnitt des Kochfelds 10 in einem montierten Zustand in dem Hohlraum 12 des Herdunterbaus 14.
  • Die Komponente 18 weist neben dem Stützwinkel 20, der den Rand 22 des Hohlraums 12 umgibt und zum Stützen des Kochfelds 10 in dem Hohlraum 12 dient, falls sich die Klebeverbindung zwischen dem Montageelement 48 und der Abdeckplatte 44 löst, eine Schraube 16 zur Schraubverbindung in einem Loch 32 des Montagerahmens 24 und ein Verankerungselement 26 auf, das in ein Fenster 34 in dem Montagerahmen eingeführt ist (Figur 4). In Figur 2 ist außerdem Klebemittel 50 dieser materialschlüssigen Verbindung schematisch dargestellt.
  • Ein Vorsprung 40 ist in den mittleren Bereich 30 der Komponente 18 eingegliedert, der im Gegensatz dazu vertikal verläuft, und dient zur Erzeugung eines Hohlraums 42 zwischen dem mittleren Bereich 30 und dem Montagerahmen 24 des Kochfelds 10. In den Hohlraum 42 ist ein Arm des Montageelements 48 einführbar, der vertikal verlaufen soll.
  • Sollte sich die materialschlüssige Verbindung zwischen dem Montageelement 48 und der Abdeckplatte 44 lösen, kann das Gehäuse des Kochfelds 10 nicht nach unten fallen, da es von dem Stützwinkel 20 erfasst ist. Das Federungselement 46 dient dazu, punktuelle Belastungen der Abdeckplatte 44 zu verhindern, die Beschädigungen hervorrufen könnten.
  • Figur 3 zeigt die Komponente 18 in einer detaillierten Darstellung. Die Komponente 18 ist als gebogenes Blechteil durch Ausstanzen aus einem Stahlbandmaterial gefertigt. Sie weist einen Stützwinkel 20 auf, der einen Winkel von 90° mit dem mittleren Bereich 30 ausbildet, wo sich die Öffnung 36 befindet, die die Schraube 16 von Figur 1 durchläuft. Von dem mittleren Bereich aus erstrecken sich seitlich zwei Einrastelemente 26, 28, die in zwei Fenster 34 eingeführt sind (Figur 4). Nur ein einzelnes Einrastelement im untersten Teil des Bereichs 30, das in ein Fenster 34 einrastet, wäre ebenfalls genügend.
  • Das Kochfeld ist in den Hohlraum 12 eingeführt und stützt sich auf den Unterbau 14, wie in Figur 4 dargestellt.
  • Figur 4 zeigt die Komponente 18, die am Montagerahmen 24 verankert ist, wo sich der Stützwinkel 20 am Rand 22 des Herdunterbaus 14 stützt, wodurch sich der Rahmen in der Nähe der Oberfläche des Rands 52 befindet. Die zwei Einrastelemente 26, 28 ragen aus jeweiligen Fenstern 34 des Montagerahmens 24 hervor und die Schraube 16 ist in das Loch 32 des Montagerahmens 24 eingeführt.

Claims (8)

  1. Kochfeld (10) mit einer Abdeckplatte (44) aus Glas, Glaskeramik oder Keramik, einem oberen Montageelement (48), das materialschlüssig mit einer Unterseite der Abdeckplatte (44) verbunden ist, und mit einem Montagerahmen (24) zum Stützen der Heizelemente und elektronischen Komponenten, wobei der Montagerahmen (24) mit einer Befestigungskomponente zur Befestigung des Kochfelds (10) in einem Hohlraum (12) eines Herdunterbaus (14) versehen ist, einer Komponente (18) mit einem Stützwinkel (20) zum Stützen des Kochfelds (10) an einem Rand (22) des Hohlraums (12) und mit einem mittleren Bereich (30), der an den Montagerahmen (24) des Kochfelds (10) anschraubbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Bereich (30) mindestens ein Einrastelement (26, 28) zur Herstellung einer Einrastverbindung mit dem Montagerahmen (24) des Kochfelds (10) und zum Verhindern einer Drehung der Komponente (18) beim Anschrauben derselben an den Montagerahmen (24) des Kochfelds (10) aufweist.
  2. Kochfeld nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montagerahmen (24) ein Gewindeloch (32) zur Aufnahme einer Schraube (16) zur Schraubverbindung der Komponente (18) mit dem Montagerahmen (24) aufweist.
  3. Kochfeld nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente (18) zwei als Übergreifungen gestaltete Einrastelemente (26, 28) zur Herstellung der Einrastverbindung mit dem Montagerahmen (24) aufweist.
  4. Kochfeld nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montagerahmen ein Fenster (34) zum Einrasten des Einrastelements (26, 28) aufweist.
  5. Kochfeld nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützwinkel (20) an einem oberen Ende in einer Montagegestaltung des mittleren Bereichs (30) im rechten Winkel abgeschrägt ist.
  6. Kochfeld nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente (18) aus Stahlblech gefertigt ist.
  7. Kochfeld nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus dem Material der Komponente (18) Material zur Fertigung des Einrastelements (28) im mittleren Bereich (30) ausgestanzt ist.
  8. Kochfeld nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützwinkel (20) zum Erfassen eines Gehäuses des Kochfelds (10) gestaltet ist, wenn sich eine materialschlüssige Verbindung zwischen dem Gehäuse und einer Abdeckplatte (44) des Kochfelds (10) löst.
