In der einfachsten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung umfasst die Vorrichtung die Auflageplatte, an der das FĂ¼hrungsrohr fĂ¼r den Gewindestab angeformt ist. Das untere Ende des FĂ¼hrungsrohrs kann als Anker ausgebildet sein und ein Innengewinde tragen, in welchem der Spannstab bzw. dessen Aussengewinde kämmen kann. In einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das obere Ende des FĂ¼hrungsrohrs, welches Ă¼ber die Auflageplatte hinausragt, durch eine den Querschnitt des FĂ¼hrungsrohrs Ă¼berspannende Membran verschlossen. Die Membran ist derart dĂ¼nnwandig ausgebildet, dass sie durch das EinfĂ¼hren des Spannstabs durchbrochen werden kann. Sie ist vorteilhafterweise Teil des FĂ¼hrungsrohrs. FĂ¼r speziell hohe Zugkräfte kann am unteren Ende des FĂ¼hrungsrohrs eine Gewindemutter direkt eingespritzt oder eingelegt sein. Diese Ă¼bernimmt sowohl die formschlĂ¼ssige FĂ¼hrung des Spannstabes und dient als Anker innerhalb der betonierten Bodenplatte. Die Herstellung der gesamten Vorrichtung, insbesondere jedoch der Auflageplatte aus Kunststoff erlaubt es, Rostschäden durch geringe Ăœberdeckung zu vermeiden. Mit an der Unterseite der Auflageplatte oder seitlich angeordneten SchnappverschlĂ¼ssen kann die Vorrichtung werkzeugfrei und ohne Eisenbinder an den horizontalen Armierungseisen befestigt werden. Das Positionieren und Befestigen mit SchnappverschlĂ¼ssen benötigt wesentlich weniger Zeit als bei den bekannten Vorrichtungen. Durch verschieden grosse SchnappverschlĂ¼sse kann die Vorrichtung unabhängig von der vorliegenden Stärke der Armierungseisen an letzteren befestigt werden. Claims (8)
- A device for positioning and anchoring a tensioning rod (1) with a precise position and angle, comprising a support plate (5) for laying and aligning the device on a reinforcement (23), a guide pipe (7) connected to the support plate (5) and thread means (17) for screwing in the tensioning rod (1) provided with a threaded section (19), characterised in that the support plate (5) and the guide pipe (7) are produced in one piece from plastic.
- The device according to claim 1, characterised in that the thread means (17) are formed as an internal thread on the guide pipe (7) and extend at least over a partial length of the guide pipe (17).
- The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the thread means (17) are formed on the lower end (11) of the guide pipe (7) or have the form of a nut (25) made of metal which is pushed into, inserted into or fitted onto the guide pipe (7).
- The device according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that as thread means (17) a sleeve-shaped armature (27) with an inner web is used, wherein the armature (27) comprises a metal pipe (29) into which threaded sections are impressed and the lower end of the metal pipe (29) is squeezed together and in that two armature rods (33, 35) are secured crossing one another in the metal pipe (29).
- The device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the lower end (11) of the guide pipe (7) has a larger diameter or radially outwardly projecting bumps, steps or ribs (15).
- The device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the upper end (9) of the guide pipe (7) is closed by a cover (13) produced during the production of the device and in that the cover (13) can be pierced through or broken out or in that on the upper end (9) of the guide pipe (7) an insertion cover (13) is fitted and/or in that the upper end (9) is at an acute angle to the axis A of the guide pipe (7).
