Claims (15)

  1. Panneau de sol, qui présente une plaque de support et une couche de liège appliquée par-dessus la plaque de support, caractérisé en ce que la couche de liège possède une structure de surface gaufrée et est imprimée avec un motif et est pourvue d'un scellage, dans lequel le scellage est formé d'une couche de vernis, d'huile ou de cire.
  2. Panneau de sol selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de liège présente une épaisseur d'au moins 2 mm.
  3. Panneau de sol selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la couche de liège est collée sur la plaque de support.
  4. Panneau de sol selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le motif est pressé de manière à couvrir totalement la structure de surface gaufrée.
  5. Panneau de sol selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de support est constituée d'un matériau fibreux.
  6. Panneau de sol selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de support est constituée d'un matériau stratifié.
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de sol, qui présente une plaque de support et une couche de liège appliquée par-dessus la plaque de support, avec les étapes consistant à :
    - préparer la plaque de support ;
    - appliquer la couche de liège sur la plaque de support ;
    et caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    - imprimer un motif sur la couche de liège ;
    - gaufrer une structure de surface dans la couche de liège et l'imprimer avec un motif ;
    - appliquer un scellage sous la forme d'une couche de vernis, d'huile ou de cire sur la couche de liège.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la couche de liège est chauffée avant ou pendant le gaufrage.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la couche de liège est chauffée avant ou pendant le gaufrage à une température comprise entre 40 °C et 60 °C.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la couche de liège est collée sur la plaque de support.
  11. Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la structure de surface est produite dans la couche de liège au moyen d'un rouleau de gaufrage chauffé.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le motif est imprimé sur la totalité de la structure de surface gaufrée.
  13. Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'on prépare une couche de liège d'une épaisseur d'au moins 2 mm.
  14. Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'on prépare une plaque de support à partir d'un matériau fibreux.
  15. Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'on prépare une plaque de support à partir d'un matériau stratifié.
