Bevorzugt wird es, wenn der Wäscheträger um die wenigstens eine Lagerstelle verschwenkbar ist. A grid-shaped clothes airer for drying clothes, primarily for bathrooms and balconies, wherein the clothes airer has at least one support point and sections (3) are arranged on a cross-shaped carrier formed by long bars (1) and short bars (2, 2') at the ends of a long bar (1), said sections substantially corresponding in their length to the lengths of the short bars (2, 2'), characterised in that a plurality of mutually spaced apart wires (4) are attached between the sections (3) to the two sides of the long bar (1) parallel to said bar.
A grid-shaped clothes airer in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that the sections (3) are brackets and the wires (4) are fixed by welding or adhesive bonding to the lower sides of the bracket limbs of the brackets (3) and at the upper sides of the short bars (2, 2').
A grid-shaped clothes airer in accordance with either of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that at least one support sleeve (4) is fixedly seated as a support point at an outer end of a short bar (2, 2') for the pivotable support of the clothes airer, the axis of said support sleeve extending parallel or substantially parallel to the long bar (1).
A grid-shaped clothes airer in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the short bar (2, 2') having the support sleeve (5) seated thereon has a plurality of openings at its lower side.
A grid-shaped clothes airer in accordance with either of claims 3 or 4, characterised in that a console (7), preferably of U shape, is associated with the support sleeve (5) and can be attached to the walls using fastening means, preferably screws.
A grid-shaped clothes airer in accordance with one of the claims 3 to 5, characterised in that the support sleeve (5) of the clothes airer is supported at a bolt (8) engaging through the limbs of the console (7) in the upper region of the console (7) and a prop (6) is pivotally connected to the lower end of the console (7).
A grid-shaped clothes airer in accordance with claim 6, characterised in that the end of the prop (6) is formed in U shape or in W shape so that the limbs project beyond the back and have a spacing which is larger than the width of the short bar (2), with the back of the prop (6) having a tongue (9) out-of-line at both sides.
A grid-shaped clothes airer in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cross-shaped carrier is formed from a tube or moulded tube and/or the sections (3) are made as sheet metal brackets.
A grid-shaped clothes airer in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the components of the clothes airer are made from plastic and/or as an injection moulded plastic part.
A grid-shaped clothes airer in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least two consoles (7) are provided which pivotably support the clothes airer about its support points.
A grid-shaped clothes airer in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the long bar (1), the short bars (2, 2') and the sections (3) form a single-piece double-H shape; and/or in that the long bar (1) of the cross-shaped carrier is made resistant to deflection and/or resistant to twisting.
A grid-shaped clothes airer in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one outwardly disposed longitudinal rod (10) is provided with a rounded, in particular round or hexagonal cross-section, with the clothes airer being able to be supported or being supported in the consoles (7) by means of the outwardly disposed longitudinal rod (10).
A grid-shaped clothes airer in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the wires (4) have a cross-section resistant to deflection, preferably a drop-like cross-section, with the upper side of the wires (4) being rounded in a clothes-friendly manner.
