Claims (7)

  1. Ausgabeaufbau für ein fluides Produkt, aufweisend:
    - eine Pumpe (50), die ein Pumpengehäuse (52) und mindestens einen ersten Kolben (51) aufweist, der in dem Pumpengehäuse (52) zwischen einer Nichtausgabeposition und einer Ausgabeposition dicht gleitet,
    - einen Sprühkopf (10), der auf der Pumpe (50) montiert und manuell zwischen einer Ruheposition, in der sich der erste Kolben (51) in einer Nichtausgabeposition befindet, und einer Betätigungsposition verschiebbar ist, in der der erste Kolben (51) in seine Ausgabeposition verschoben ist, wobei der Sprühkopf (10) einen Körper (11) aufweist, der einen Austreibkanal (12) definiert und mit einer Ausgabeöffnung (1) versehen ist, wobei der Sprühkopf (10) einen starren Einsatz (30) aufweist, der stromaufwärts des Sprühprofils (20) angeordnet ist, wobei der Sprühkopf stromaufwärts der Ausgabeöffnung (1) ein Sprühprofil (20) aufweist, das dazu geeignet ist, das fluide Produkt während seiner Ausgabe zu zerstäuben, wobei das Sprühprofil (20) zwischen einer Stirnwand am Boden des Sprühkopfes (10) und dem starren Einsatz (30) ausgeführt ist, so dass eine Endfläche des starren Einsatzes (30) zumindest teilweise den Boden des Sprühprofils (20) bildet, wobei sich die Ausgabeöffnung (1) vorzugsweise in der Mitte des Sprühprofils (20) befindet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der starre Einsatz (30) mit dem ersten Kolben (51) einstückig ausgebildet ist, wobei der erste Kolben (51) in Bezug auf den Sprühkopf (10) fixiert ist, und dass der Aufbau des Weiteren einen Verschluss (40) aufweist, der in dem Austreibkanal (12) des Sprühkopfes (10) direkt stromaufwärts der Ausgabeöffnung (1) angeordnet ist, wobei der Verschluss (40) zwischen einer Verschlussposition, in der er mit der Ausgabeöffnung (1) zusammenwirkt, um diese zu verschließen, und einer nicht verschließenden Position, in der er von der Ausgabeöffnung (1) weg verschoben ist, verschiebbar ist, wobei der Verschluss (40) in der Ruheposition des Sprühkopfes (10) in seine Verschlussposition vorgespannt ist.
  2. Aufbau nach Anspruch 1, wobei der starre Einsatz (30) aus einem Stück mit dem ersten Kolben (51) ausgeführt ist.
  3. Aufbau nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der erste Kolben (51) mindestens einen Durchgang (55) aufweist, der den Durchfluss von fluidem Produkt aus dem Inneren zum Äußeren des ersten Kolbens (51) gestattet.
  4. Aufbau nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Verschluss insbesondere gleitend im Inneren des ersten Kolbens (51) angeordnet ist.
  5. Aufbau nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Pumpe (50) einen zweiten Kolben (57) aufweist, der dicht in dem Pumpengehäuse (52) gleitet, wobei der zweite Kolben (57) mit dem Verschluss (40) zusammenwirkt, um ihn in seine nicht verschließende Position zu verschieben.
  6. Aufbau nach Anspruch 5, wobei der zweite Kolben (57) am Ende der Betätigung mit dem Verschluss (40) zusammenwirkt, wenn der Sprühkopf (10) in seiner Betätigungsposition ankommt.
  7. Ausgabevorrichtung für ein fluides Produkt, aufweisend einen Behälter (100), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Ausgabeaufbau nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist, der auf dem Behälter montiert ist.
