Abstract
Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung dienen zur energiesparenden und umweltschonenden Verarbeitung von Ölsaaten. Abwärme aus mindestens einem Verfahrensschritt der Ölgewinnung wird zur Vorkonditionierung der dem Prozeß zugeführten Saat genutzt. Ein Vorwärmer für die Ölsaat ist hierzu über einen Wärmeübertrager mit einem Kühler für warme Preßkuchen verbunden.The method and the device are used for energy-saving and environmentally friendly processing of oilseeds. Waste heat from at least one process step of oil extraction is used for preconditioning of the seed supplied to the process. A preheater for the oilseed is connected via a heat exchanger with a cooler for hot press cake.
