Abstract

Eine Fertigungsanlage für zweischalige Mauersteine (42) bestehend aus einer Wärmedämmlage (1) und einer für die statische Festigkeit des Mauersteins (42) sorgenden Traglage (41), weist folgende, über eine Fördereinrichtung (2.1 bis 2.4) verbundene Stationen auf:
- eine Aufgabestation (6), in der die Wärmedämmlage bildende poröse Dämmkörper (1) auf die Fördereinrichtung (2.1) aufgelegt werden,
- eine erste Befräsungsstation (8), in der die einander abgewandten Längs- oder Querseiten (7, 21) des Dämmkörpers (1) mit einer Nut (22) und Feder (23) versehen werden,
- eine zweite Befräsungsstation (19), in der die einander abgewandten Quer- oder Längsseiten (21, 7) des Dämmkörpers (1) ebenfalls mit einer Nut (22) und Feder (23) versehen werden,
- eine Bemörtelungsstation (35) zum Aufbringen einer Klebermörtelschicht (36) auf die Oberseite (34) des Dämmkörpers (1), und
- eine Montagestation (39), in der mittels eines Handhabungsautomaten (40) ein die Traglage bildender Tragkörper (41) auf den mit einer Klebemörtelschicht (36) belegten Dämmkörper (1) unter seitlichem Angreifen von Ausrichteinheiten (43, 44, 45, 50) an den Dämm- (1) und Tragkörper (41) lagegenau aufgesetzt wird.
