Eine solche Schwenkbewegung ist erst dann möglich, wenn der Pilzkopf 44 des Sperrelements 36' niedergedrückt wird, wodurch die Kontaktflächen der Sperrkörper 47, 48 voneinander abgleiten, so dass der Bügel 4 zusammen mit dem Füllkörper 14 geschwenkt werden kann, wobei sich der Sperrkörper 48 oberhalb einer Oberseite 49 des Sperrkörpers 47 auf den Stempel 45 zubewegen kann. Bei der Schwenkbewegung des Bügels 4 in die in dünnen Linien gezeichnete Panikstellung wird dabei der Sperrkörper 48 durch den mit dem Füllkörper 14 verbundenen Sperrkörper 48 nach unten mitgenommen. Durch die Kraft einer Druckfeder 50 wird das Sperrelement 36' von der Freigabestellung in die Sperrstellung zurück überführt bzw. in letzterer gesichert. Die Betätigung des Sperrelements 36' von der Sperr- in die Freigabestellung erfolgt durch einfaches Drücken auf den Pilzkopf 44 nach unten, was keinerlei Schwierigkeiten auch in Paniksituationen hervorruft. Insbesondere kann das Sperrelement 36' bzw. auch das Sperrelement 36 gemäß Figur 9, in Signalfarbe angelegt bzw. selbstleuchtend ausgeführt sein. Wie auch bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Figur 9 wird bei dem Gebäudeabschluss 1''' gemäß Figur 10 die Sicherheit gegenüber unbefugter Manipulation des Panik-Entriegelungselements 3''' dadurch erhöht, dass zunächst das Sperrelement 36' in die Freigabestellung überführt und gleichzeitig auch der Bügel 4 von der Normalstellung in die Panikstellung geschwenkt werden muss.In the FIG. 10 represented further variant of a building completion 1 '''based on the in FIG. 1 illustrated embodiment. Claims (15)

  1. A building closure (1, 1', 1" , 1"', 100, 100', 200, 200', 300), having a panel-shaped closure part (2, 102, 202, 302), which can be mounted rotatably in a building part and in a locking position closes an opening in the building part, and having a locking device, with which the closure part (2, 102, 202, 302) can be fixed in the locking position such that it is impenetrable to persons, wherein the closure part (2, 102, 202, 302) has an outer side (A) at risk of attack and an inner side (I) opposite, on which a panic unlocking element (3, 3"', 103, 203, 303) is arranged, which can be moved from a normal position (8), in which the locking device is in a locking position, to a panic position (9), in which the locking device moves from the locking position into the unlocking position, and having a securing device (10, 10", 110, 210, 310), which extends over the entire length of the panic unlocking element (3, 3"', 103, 203, 303) and which shields the panic unlocking element (3, 3"', 103, 203, 303) in such a manner that unauthorised manipulation of the panic unlocking element (3, 3"', 103, 203, 303) during a break-in attempt from the outer side (A) of the closure part (2, 102, 202, 302) is prevented, wherein the securing device (10, 10", 110, 210, 310) is angled into an inner space and/or is mounted such that it can be pivoted into the inner space, the panic unlocking element (3, 3"', 103, 203, 303) still being freely accessible from the inner side (I) of the closure part (2, 102, 202, 302), characterised in that the securing device (10, 10", 110, 210, 310) comprises a protective profile (16, 116, 216, 216', 316), which is situated with a central region between the panic unlocking element (3, 3"', 103, 203, 303) and the inner side (I) of the closure part (2, 102, 202, 302), wherein the central region consists of a material that is highly resistant to cutting.
  2. The building closure (1, 1', 1", 1"', 100, 100', 200, 200', 300) according to Claim 1, characterised in that the securing device (10, 10" , 110, 210, 310) is arranged on the inner side (I) of the building closure (1, 1', 1", 1"', 100, 100", 200, 200', 300).
  3. The building closure (1, 1', 1", 1"') according to Claim 1 or 2, in which the panic unlocking element (3, 3"') is a U-shaped bracket (4), which is mounted on the inner side (I) of the closure part (2) in joints (6), which are each arranged at the end of an arm (5) arranged at the ends of the bracket (4), wherein the bracket (4) has a smaller distance from the plane of the closure part (2) in a panic position (9) than in the normal position (8), characterised in that a free cross section delimited by the two arms (5), the bracket (4) and the inner side (I) of the closure part (2) is closed by a filling body (14).
  4. The building closure (1, 1', 1", 1"') according to Claim 3, characterised in that the filling body (14) of the panic unlocking element (3, 3"') consists of an aluminium extruded profile and has at least one cavity (13), which extends in the longitudinal direction and into which the bracket (4) of the panic unlocking element (3, 3"') can be inserted in an at least fixed-torque, preferably form-fitting manner.
  5. The building closure (200, 200', 20') according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the panic unlocking element (203) is an elongate pressure plate, which extends substantially over the entire horizontal width of the closure part (202) and is connected in an articulated manner to the closure part (202) and can be pivoted about a horizontal axis, wherein an edge strip of the pressure plate, which edge strip is situated at a free end, is at a distance from the plane of the closure part (202), so the edge strip of the pressure plate moves towards the closure part (202) when it pivots, wherein the outer surface of the pressure plate is closed on all sides.
  6. The building closure (100, 100') according to Claim 1 or 2, in which the panic unlocking element (103) is a pressure bar (128), which is mounted on the inner side (I) of the closure part (102) such that it can be displaced in a direction perpendicular to its longitudinal direction, wherein the pressure bar (128) is closer to the closure part (102) in the panic position than in the normal position, characterised in that a protective strip (118) runs at least on one of the longitudinal sides of the pressure bar (128) and parallel to the latter, which protective strip proceeds from the plane of the inner side (I) of the closure part (102) and in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the closure part (102) is raised with respect to the latter, wherein the distance of the protective strip (118) from the plane of the closure part (102) is however smaller than the distance of a user face of the pressure bar (128).
  7. The building closure (1, 1', 1'', 1''', 100, 100'', 200, 200', 300) according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that adjoining the panic unlocking element (3, 3"', 103, 203, 303) at the two longitudinal sides thereof is in each case a protective strip (18, 118), which runs parallel to the latter, and the distance (19) of which from the plane of the closure part (2, 102, 202, 302) is in each case smaller than the distance (20) of a user face (21) of the panic unlocking element (3, 3''', 103, 203, 303), which extends the furthest away from the plane of the closure part (2, 102, 202, 302).
  8. The building closure (1, 1', 1", 1''', 100, 100', 200, 200', 300) according to any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised by two vertical covers (15), which are arranged laterally next to the panic unlocking element (3, 3"', 103, 203, 303) as seen in the horizontal direction, preferably on the outside next to the two arms (5) or next to the pressure bar (128), preferably in the form of triangular covering plates, which extend perpendicularly to the plane of the closure part (2, 102, 202, 302).
  9. The building closure (1') according to any one of Claims 3 to 8, characterised in that a free end of the panic unlocking element (3), which is mounted in an articulated manner, is coupled to a push-deflector, which is mounted in an articulated manner, can be pivoted relative to the panic unlocking element (3) and is supported with a contact strip in a sliding manner on the inner side (I) of the closure part (2), wherein at least one spring element presses the contact strip with prestress against the inner side (I) of the closure part (2).
  10. The building closure (1') according to Claim 9, characterised in that an end deflector extends, proceeding from the contact strip, in the direction away from the inner side (I) of the closure part (2).
  11. The building closure (1", 100') according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, characterised by at least one pivoting deflector (31, 131), which adjoins the protective profile about a horizontal pivot axis.
  12. The building closure (1", 100') according to Claim 11, characterised by two pivoting deflectors (31, 131), which each adjoin opposite ends of the protective profile with their pivot axes and point away from the panic unlocking element (103) in opposite directions with their free ends.
  13. The building closure (1"', 200') according to any one of Claims 3 to 12, characterised in that a movement of the panic unlocking element (3"', 203), in particular of the bracket (4), of the pressure bar (128), of the leaf (229) and/or of the emergency exit latch (330), from the normal position into the panic position can be blocked by a blocking element (36, 36') in a blocking position, wherein the blocking element (36, 36') can be moved from the blocking position into a release position in which the panic unlocking element (3"', 203) can be moved into the panic position.
  14. The building closure (200') according to Claim 13, characterised in that the blocking element (36) is a blocking bracket or a blocking catch, which can be coupled to a free end of the bracket (4) or leaf (229) in a form-fitting manner by means of spring-loading, wherein the blocking bracket or blocking catch can be pivoted away from the free end of the bracket (4) or leaf (229), as a result of which the blockage of the bracket (4) or leaf (229) is lifted.
  15. The building closure (1"') according to Claim 13, characterised in that the blocking element (36) is a blocking pin, which prevents a pivot movement of the bracket (4) by blocking a contact face of the bracket (4) with a blocking section when in the blocking position, wherein the blocking section can be brought out of alignment with the contact face by an axial displacement of the blocking pin, as a result of which the blockage of the bracket (4) can be lifted, wherein the blocking pin can be driven counter to a spring force as a result of the pivot movement of the bracket (4) into the panic position.
