- Scraper device in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a machine-side articulation (36) of the operating device (34) is arranged at the permanently installed part (32) of the construction machine (1) below the swivelling axis (18).
- Construction machine in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the swivelling axis (18) is supported at a permanently installed part (32) of the construction machine (1), in particular at the machine frame (4) or the drum casing (7) of the milling drum (6).
- Construction machine in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the lower part (12) of the scraper blade (10) in operating position is engaged with lateral retaining devices (20), and
that a swivelling device (30) can swivel the scraper blade (10) about the swivelling axis (18) when the lower part (12) of the scraper blade (10) is disengaged from the lateral retaining devices (20). - Construction machine in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the retaining devices (20) on the machine side are provided, on both sides of the scraper blade (10), with at least one each projection, which projects horizontally in the direction of the scraper blade (10) and is engaged with an essentially vertically running sliding surface (26) at the corresponding lateral edge (25) of the lower part (12) of the scraper blade (10) when the scraper blade (10) is in operating position or is not fully raised.
- Construction machine in accordance with claim 8, characterized in that the vertically running sliding surfaces (26) at the lateral edges (25) of the lower part (12) of the scraper blade (10) are bevelled at the lower edge (27) towards the scraper blade (10).
- Construction machine in accordance with one of the claims 8 or 9, characterized in that the projection is retractable towards the outside in order to release the lower part (12) of the scraper blade (10) when the lower part (12) of the scraper blade (10) is raised to a sufficient extent or is fully raised.
- Construction machine in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the upper part (14) of the scraper blade (10), when in operating position, is engaged with lateral retaining devices (20),
that the retaining devices (20) are provided with locking means (38, 40), and
that a swivelling device (30) can swivel the scraper blade (10) about the swivelling axis when the upper part (14) of the scraper blade (10) is disengaged from the lateral retaining devices (20). - Construction machine in accordance with claim 11, characterized in that the lower part of the scraper blade (10) is provided with an unlocking device (41) which, when raising the lower part (12) of the scraper blade (10), unlocks the locking means (38, 40) after a pre-determined lifting path so that the scraper blade (10) is capable of being swivelled because of the unlocking process.
- Construction machine in accordance with claim 11 or 12, characterized in
that the retaining devices (20) on both sides of the scraper blade (10) are provided, as a first locking means, with at least one each locking bolt (38) on the blade side which projects parallel to the axis of the milling drum (5) in the direction of the lateral walls (8) running orthogonally to the scraper blade (10), with the said locking bolt (38) engaging with a recess (40), as a second locking means, in the lateral walls (8) when the scraper blade (10) is in operating position or is not fully raised.
