Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verzugskorrektur einer geförderten, insbesondere textilen Warenbahn, umfassend Richtmodule mit Richtwalzen, mindestens eine Abtastkopfbrücke zur Verzugsabtastung der Warenbahn, sowie Mittel zum Ableiten eines Signals zum Betreiben von Antriebs- und Verstelleinheiten der jeweiligen Richtwalze. Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Einlauf-Verzugsabtastung (1) vorgesehen, welche einen Verzugswert der einlaufenden Warenbahn (G) bestimmt, mindestens ein erstes, einlaufseitiges Richtmodul (3) ist vorgesehen, welches mindestens eine Richtwalze zur Korrektur von Schräg- und Bogenverzug aufweist, mindestens ein zweites auslaufseitiges Richtmodul (5) ist vorgesehen, welches mindestens eine Richtwalze zur Korrektur von Schräg- und Bogenverzug aufweist, weiterhin ist eine Auslauf-Verzugseinrichtung (2) vorgesehen, welche den Restverzug der Warenbahn (G) beim oder nach dem Verlassen des einlaufseitigen Richtmoduls (3) bestimmt, wobei eine Steuereinheit mit der Einlauf-Verzugsabtastung (1) und dem ersten, einlaufseitigen Richtmodul (3) in Verbindung steht und weiterhin zwischen dem auslaufseitigen Richtmodul (5) und der Auslauf-Verzugsabtastung (2) ein Regelkreis gebildet ist.
