Abstract

Zur Kompensation der Durchbiegung von Teilen, beispielsweise der Matrize oder dem Unterwerkzeug (3), einer Biegemaschine (1), insbesondere zum Bombieren werden relativ zueinander verschiebbare Keile je nach Ausmaß der angestrebten Kompensation oder Bombierung mehr oder weniger stark relativ zueinander verschoben, wobei der obere Keil eine in Verschieberichtung größere Abmessung hat und in der Regel in dieser Richtung nicht verstellt, sondern nur angehoben wird, während der untere, in Verschieberichtung kürzere Keil durch seine Verstellung die gewünschte Kompensation bewirkt. Dabei wird vor der Verschiebung eine Kraft ausgeübt, durch die insbesondere der obere Keil (5) entlastet oder angehoben wird, so dass die danach erfolgende Verschiebung des unteren Keils (6) leichtgängig und mit geringer Antriebskraft erfolgen kann (Fig. 2).
