Claims (6)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une roue dentée à partir d'une ébauche en poudre de métal comprimée avec un surdimensionnement dans la zone de denture et frittée, l'ébauche en poudre de métal étant comprimée dans la zone du surdimensionnement par le passage d'un outil de compression formant une contre-denture s'engrenant dans la denture de l'ébauche en poudre de métal, pour atteindre par déformation plastique une compression correspondant au surdimensionnement, caractérisé en ce que l'ébauche en poudre de métal est comprimée simultanément sur toute la périphérie, par le passage, axial par rapport à l'ébauche en poudre de métal, de rouleaux profilés formant l'outil de compression.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux profilés passent sur l'ébauche en poudre de métal avec un glissement prédéfinissable.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une roue dentée avec un support pour une ébauche en poudre de métal comprimée avec surdimensionnement et frittée, de la roue dentée, et avec au moins un outil de compression, qui forme une contre-denture s'engrenant dans la denture de l'ébauche en poudre de métal, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de compression (7) comprend une couronne fermée des rouleaux profilés (8) formant la contre-denture, dont les axes sont situés dans un plan commun perpendiculaire à l'axe de l'ébauche en poudre de métal (1), en ce que les rouleaux profilés (8) sont guidés dans des rainures profilées (9), parallèles à l'axe de l'ébauche en poudre de métal (1), d'un corps de soutien (10) comprenant les rouleaux profilés (8), et en ce que le support (3) axial peut être déplacé coaxialement par rapport au corps de soutien (10) pour l'ébauche en poudre de métal (1).

- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux profilés (8) de l'outil de compression (7) reposent les uns les autres le long de surfaces coniques (14) côté frontal.
