Abstract
Description
The invention relates to sound-absorbing components for a noise barrier according to the preamble of
Plates with a wall thickness of up to 55 mm are known as sound-absorbing elements used in road and rail noise protection systems. The plates are inserted at their longitudinal ends in the grooves of double T-beams to areas of 1 to 20 m 2 . Seals should be provided between the longitudinal ends of the plates and the double T-beams and adhered to the longitudinal ends of the plates. A disadvantage of this prior art is that the seals can come loose from the longitudinal ends of the plates, so that the sound insulation is limited and the double-T-beams are exposed to the hard surfaces of the plates unprotected, which in turn damages the double T-carrier, especially in a possible disassembly of the plates for the replacement of the seals, can lead.
Object of the present invention is to provide sound-absorbing components of a noise barrier without the disadvantages of the prior art.
Die Lösung erfolgt mit schallabsorbierenden Bauelementen mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.The solution is carried out with sound-absorbing components having the features of
According to the invention, a sound-absorbing component with a support plate is provided for a noise protection wall, which is insertable on at least one of its ends in a groove of a profile, of which the end is at least on one side flat. The profile can be a metallic or concrete carrier. The support plate is covered with at least one attachment shell made of sound-deadening material on one or both sides for increased sound absorption. According to the invention, the support plate at its at least one end cast sealing elements which project out of the plane of the ends of the support plate for engagement in the groove. An advantage of the sound-absorbing component according to the invention is that the firmly cast sealing elements can not be detached from the support plate and so continuous sealing function between the support plate and profile and thus noise protection is guaranteed. The firmly cast sealing elements are taken during disassembly of the support plate from the sound-absorbing component, so that the disassembly is simplified. The firmly cast sealing elements favor disassembly of the support plate and their reuse, since the sealing elements are not destroyed during disassembly and can be installed again. Advantageously, according to the invention also results that the seals protect the profile reliably against the hard surfaces of the support plates, especially during assembly of the support plates in the profiles. The sealing elements are formed band-shaped over the entire height of the ends of a support plate for improved sealing and low pressure.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the sealing elements are formed on their outwardly facing surface with a polymer fleece coating for improved protection of the profiles from the hard surfaces of the support plates.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the sealing elements are provided on their inwardly facing surface with long loose fibers which are held in a plastic matrix of the sealing element. When the sealing elements are poured into the support plates, the long loose fibers improve the retention of the sealing elements in the support plate. Alternatively or additionally, the sealing elements on their inwardly facing surface dovetailed or grafted be for improved retention of the sealing elements in the support plate.
According to the invention, a noise barrier is provided of sound absorbing components, which is parallel to the plane of the support plate by means of the profiles next to and mounted together.
