Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Plattenapparat zur Wärmeübertragung, der mindestens einen für ein Fluid durchströmbaren Rechteckkanal (1) umfasst und dessen Innenraum mit mindestens einem herausziehbaren durchströmbaren Einsatz (7) mit flächigem Kontakt zum wenigstens einen Rechteckkanal bestückt ist, und wobei mindestens auf einer äußeren Brekenwand, über dessen ganze Breiten- und Längenausdehnung, mindestens ein durchströmbarer Aufsatz (8) mit tlächigem Kontakt zum wenigstens einen Rechteckkanal und/oder Gehäuse aufgelegt ist und wobei der wenigstens eine Rechteckkanal zusammen mit dem wenigstens einen Aufsatz allseitig von einem eng anliegendem Gehäuse (9) umgeben ist, das getrennte Strömungsbereiche hat und wobei weiterhin auftretende Druckkräfte aus den Strömungsbereichen über flächige Kontakte ans Gehäuse weitergeleitet sind und wobei weiterhin die Einsätze (7) und Aufsätze (8) mindestens zwei gerade, strukturierte Schichten (200, 300) umfassen, deren Struktur sich aus rechteckigen Stegen und Lücken (201, 301) bildet, wobei jede Schicht in ihrer Längenausdehnung mindestens einen parallel zur Seitenwand (4,5) oder zur Stimplatte verlaufenden federnden und/oder verformbaren Federsteg (202,302) besitzt, der mit mindestens einem Verbindungssteg (203,303) zum parallel verlaufenden Führungssteg (204,304) in der Schichtenebene verbunden ist, und ausgehend vom Führungssteg und / oder Federsteg eine Vielzahl von kürzeren Zwischenstegen (205,305) zum gegenüberliegenden parallelen Federsteg verlaufen, und Zwischenstege in gerader Verlängerung eine Federlücke (206,306) mit Verformungsweg (207,307) haben und eine Verformung des Federsteges begrenzen und in der Einströmungs- und der Ausströmungszone der Fluide eine Vielzahl von unterschiedlich langen Stützstegen (208,308) in den Strömungsbereich ragen und Stege einseitigen Flächenkontakt zur Breitenwand oder zur Breitenplatte und einseitigen Flächenkontakt zu benachbarten Stegen benachbarter Schichten haben, wobei Verbindungs-, Zwischen- und Stützstege von Schichten der Einsätze und Aufsätze zur jeweiligen Hauptströmungsrichtung einen Neigungswinkel besitzen und jeweils eine der zwei Schichten um die eigene Längsachse um 180 Grad gewendet und auf die andere Schicht gelegt ist.
