In dem Gehäuse 2 ist ein Laugenbehälter 9 schwingbeweglich befestigt, in dem eine mittels eines Motors 11 angetriebene und drehbar gelagerte Trommel 10 mit einer wenigstens annähernd horizontalen Drehachse 10a angeordnet ist. Die Trommel 10 verfügt hierbei über eine stirnseitig angeordnete im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Trommelöffnung 10b zum Einbringen oder Herausnehmen von Wäsche. An der Gehäuseöffnung 4 ist eine Dichtungsmanschette 5 auf eine um die Gehäuseöffnung 4 umlaufende Abkantung 6 (Fig. 2) gestülpt, wobei in diesem Bereich eine umlaufende Dichtlippe 7 (Fig. 2) für die Tür 3 angeordnet ist. Wie aus der Figur 1 in der geschnittenen Ansicht zu erkennen ist, verfügt die Wäschebehandlungsmaschine 1 über eine Dichtungsmanschette 5 zur Verbindung der Gehäuseöffnung 4 mit einer Laugenbehälteröffnung 8, wobei die Laugenbehälteröffnung 8 und die Trommelöffnung 10b von der Gehäuseöffnung 4 durch die Dichtungsmanschette 5 hindurch erreichbar ist.The FIG. 1 shows in the cut, sketched representation of a front loadable laundry treatment machine 1 with a housing 2. Hierbei wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass der überstülpbare Bereich 12 der Dichtungsmanschette 5 mit einem umlaufenden ringförmigen Abstützelement 14 versehen ist, wodurch der Spannring 13 radial außenseitig im überstülpten Bereich 12 abdeckbar und dadurch der überstülpte Bereich 12 gestützt wird.
