Da es sich bei der Montage und Demontage jedoch um eine regelmäßig wiederkehrende Tätigkeit handelt, sollte dieser Vorgang unter Baustellenbedingungen relativ einfach und schnell zu bewerkstelligen sein, wenn möglich ohne zusätzlich Hilfsmittel. Um diese Drehachse können dann der Arbeitsgeräteschlitten und der Vorschubschlitten aneinander herangeschwenkt werden, wobei bei dieser Relativbewegung von Vorschubschlitten und Arbeitsgeräteschlitten der am Mäkler angeordnete Vorschubschlitten über die Mäklerkinematik bewegt wird. B. vom am Arbeitsgeräteschlitten 20 montierten Bohrantrieb auf den Mäkler genau definiert in vertikaler Richtung über die zweiten Verbindungen 6 erfolgen, so dass es zu keinen zusätzlichen Belastungen durch innere Verspannungen kommt. Claims (30)

  1. A leader having a feed carriage (10) displaceable in a longitudinal direction at the leader and having a work unit carriage (20) that is releasably connectable to the feed carriage (10) for the installation and dismantling of the work unit, wherein first connection elements (15, 25, 35) are provided that establish a first connection (5) of the work unit carriage (20) and the feed carriage (10) by a relative movement of the work unit carriage (20) and the feed carriage (10) via which connection (5) the work unit carriage (20) is seated on the feed carriage (10); wherein the first connection (5) takes place by a relative movement of the work unit carriage (20) and of the feed carriage (10) in the longitudinal direction of the leader and the movement of the feed carriage (10) relative to the work unit carriage (20) takes place from the bottom to the top, in particular with a substantially vertical alignment of the leader; wherein the work unit carriage (20) and the feed carriage (10) have second connection elements (16, 26, 36) for establishing a second connection (6) in addition to the first connection elements (15, 25, 35) via which the first connection (5) takes place; wherein the first connection elements (15, 25, 35) are arranged above the second connection elements (16, 26, 36) on a vertical alignment of the leader; and wherein the second connection elements (16, 26, 36) fix the work unit carriage (20) to the feed carriage (10) at least in the longitudinal direction of the leader; wherein, with a vertical alignment of the leader, the first connection (5) permits a certain movement of the work unit carriage (20) from the bottom to the top relative to the feed carriage (10) in the longitudinal direction of the leader and fixes the work unit carriage (20) downwardly relative to the feed carriage (10),
    characterized in that
    only the first and second connections (5, 6) are provided for the connection of the work unit carriage (20) to the feed carriage (10).
  2. A leader in accordance with claim , wherein the first connection elements (15, 25, 35) fix the work unit carriage (20) to the feed carriage (10) in an installation position transversely to the longitudinal direction of the leader.
  3. A leader in accordance with claim 1, wherein the second connection elements (16, 26, 36) fix the work unit carriage (20) to the feed carriage (10) in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the leader.
  4. A leader in accordance with one of the preceding claims, wherein the work unit carriage (20) can first be placed onto the feed carriage (10) at an angled position with respect to the feed carriage (10) by the first connection elements (15, 25, 35); and wherein the feed carriage (10) and the work unit carriage (20) can then be pivoted towards one another.
  5. A leader in accordance with claim 1 and claim 4, wherein the second connection elements (16, 26, 36) are in their installation positions after the pivoting.
  6. A leader in accordance with one of the preceding claims, wherein an abutment for the work unit carriage (20) placed onto the feed carriage (10) is provided that is in particular configured such that the second connection elements (16, 26, 36) are in their installation positions when the work unit carriage (20) contacts the abutment.
  7. A leader in accordance with claim 6, wherein the abutment for the work unit carriage (20) placed onto the feed carriage (10) and/or its counter-element is/are adjustable.
  8. A leader in accordance with one of the preceding claims, wherein the first and/or second connection elements (16, 26, 36) are arranged laterally at the work unit carriage (20) and at the feed carriage (10).
  9. A leader in accordance with one of the preceding claims, wherein the first and/or the second connection (6) respectively comprises/comprise two connection points.
  10. A leader in accordance with one of the preceding claims, wherein the first and/or the second connection elements (16, 26, 36) each have two pins (36) that are arranged at the left and at the right of the work unit carriage (20) or at the feed carriage (10) such that the pins (36) are aligned coaxially with one another.
  11. A leader in accordance with one of the preceding claims, wherein the first connection elements (15, 25, 35) comprise a pin mount (15) that is open to one side along the longitudinal direction of the leader.
  12. A leader in accordance with claim 11, wherein the pin mount (15) is open to one side transversely to the main direction of the pin such that the pin (35) can be pushed into the pin mount (15) transversely to its main direction.
  13. A leader in accordance with claim 11, wherein the pin mount (15) has an opening that increases in size towards its open side and that facilitates the introduction of the pin (35) from this side.
  14. A leader in accordance with claim 11, wherein the pin mount (15) is arranged at the feed carriage (10) and is upwardly open.
  15. A leader in accordance with claim 11, wherein the pin mount (15) is arranged at the work unit carriage (20) and is downwardly open.
  16. A leader in accordance with claim 1, wherein the second connection elements (16, 26, 36) comprise two mounting sleeves (16, 26) that are bolted to one another.
  17. A leader in accordance with one of the preceding claims, wherein a multi-coupling (12) is provided at the feed carriage (10) for a hydraulic and/or electrical coupling of the work unit.
  18. A feed carriage for a leader in accordance with claim 1 that has upper and lower connection elements for connection to a work unit carriage (20),
    characterized in that
    the upper connection elements (15, 25, 35) comprise upwardly open pin mounts (15).
  19. A feed carriage in accordance with claim 18, wherein the pin mounts (15) have an opening that increases in size upwardly and that facilitates the introduction of the corresponding pin (35) at the work unit carriage (20).
  20. A feed carriage in accordance with claim 18 or claim 19, wherein a multi-coupling (12) is provided at the feed carriage (10) for the hydraulic and/or electrical coupling of the work unit (31).
  21. A work unit carriage for a leader in accordance with claim 1 that has upper and lower connection elements for connection to a feed carriage,
    characterized in that
    the upper connection elements comprise downwardly open pin mounts.
  22. A work unit carriage in accordance with claim 21, wherein the pin mounts have an opening that increases in size downwardly and that facilitates the introduction of the corresponding pin at the feed carriage.
  23. A leader having a feed carriage in accordance with claims 18 to 201 or having a work unit carriage in accordance with one of the claims 21 or 22.
  24. A work unit having a work unit carriage in accordance with one of the claims 21 or 22.
  25. A method of installing a work unit carriage (20) at the feed carriage (10) of a leader in accordance with claim 1, comprising the steps:
    - positioning first connection elements (15, 25, 35) at the work unit carriage (20) and at the feed carriage (10) such that they are disposed opposite one another; and
    - moving the feed carriage (10) relative to the work unit carriage (20) by the leader kinematics until the work unit carriage (20) is seated on the feed carriage (10) by the first connection elements (15, 25, 35).
  26. A method in accordance with claim 25, wherein the leader is first inclined to the front.
  27. A method in accordance with claim 25, wherein the feed carriage (10) is moved upwardly relatively to the work unit carriage (20) by the leader kinematics.
  28. A method in accordance with claim 25, wherein the work unit carriage (20) and the feed carriage (10) are positioned in an installation position relative to one another after the placing on of the work unit carriage (20).
  29. A method in accordance with claim 28, wherein the positioning of the work unit carriage (20) in an installation position relative to the feed carriage (10) takes place by a setting upright of the previously forwardly inclined leader.
  30. A method in accordance with claim 28, wherein the work unit carriage (20) and the feed carriage (10) are connected by second connection elements (16, 26, 36) in the installation position.
