Abstract

Steckbeschlag (3) zum Verbinden zweier Möbelteile (4, 5), z. B. zum Verbinden eines Schwenkrahmens (4) gegenüber einem Grundrahmen (5), wobei der Steckbeschlag (3) aus einem Aufnahmeteil (1) und einer Einstecklasche (2) besteht, welche in das Aufnahmeteil (1) einsteckbar und in Einsteckposition fixierbar ist, wobei das Aufnahmeteil (1) aus einem etwa U-förmigen Profil besteht, dessen Mittelsteg (10) eine durch eine Ausprägung gebildete, federnde Rastzunge (11a) aufweist und dessen Seitenstege (12) in einem Abstand zur Ebene des Mittelsteges (10) liegende, mit nach innen vorspringenden und auf der Oberseite der Einstecklasche (2) aufliegenden Einprägungen (13) versehen sind, wobei im montierten Zustand ein Rastteil (11) der Rastzunge (11a) in eine Ausnehmung (20) der Einstecklasche (2) eingreift.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Steckbeschlag zum Verbinden zweier Möbelteile, z. B. zum Verbinden eines Schwenkrahmens gegenüber einem Grundrahmen, wobei der Steckbeschlag aus einem Aufnahmeteil und einer Einstecklasche besteht, welche in das Aufnahmeteil einsteckbar und in Einsteckposition fixierbar ist.
  • Steckbeschläge der vorerwähnten Art sind in vielerlei Ausführungsformen bekannt.
  • Dabei kann unterschieden werden zwischen Steckbeschlägen, bei denen eine rein kraftschlüssige Verbindung bewirkt wird und solchen Steckbeschlägen, bei denen nach dem Zusammenfügen von Aufnahmeteil und Einstecklasche zusätzliche Verbindungsmittel benötigt werden, um eine formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen den beiden Beschlagteilen herzustellen.
  • Bei der erstgenannten Gruppe ist das Aufnahmeteil ebenso wie die Einstecklasche in der Grundfläche konisch verjüngt ausgebildet, so dass die Einstecklasche keilartig im Einsteckteil kraftschlüssig festlegbar ist.
  • Nachteilig hierbei ist, dass eine ausschließlich kraftschlüssige Verbindung erzielt wird, die insbesondere bei dynamisch belasteten Verbindungen nicht als absolut sicher betrachtet werden kann.
  • Bei der zweiten Gruppe werden zusätzliche Bauteile benötigt, um eine formschlüssige Verbindung zu schaffen, die zwar unabhängig vom Belastungsfall als absolut sicher betrachtet werden kann, aber einen erhöhten Fertigungs- und Montageaufwand mit sich bringt.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Steckbeschlag der gattungsgemäßen Art zu schaffen, der sich durch einen äußerst einfachen Aufbau und eine gleichzeitig absolut sichere Verbindung im montierten Zustand auszeichnet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass das Aufnahmeteil aus einem etwa U-förmigen Profilabschnitt besteht, dessen Mittelsteg eine durch eine Ausprägung gebildete, federnde Rastzunge aufweist und dessen Seitenstege in einem Abstand zur Ebene des Mittelsteges liegende, mit nach innen vorspringenden und auf der Oberseite der Einstecklasche aufliegenden Einprägungen versehen sind, wobei im montierten Zustand ein Rastteil der Rastzunge in eine Ausnehmung der Einstecklasche eingreift.
  • Ein derartiger Steckbeschlag zeichnet sich durch einen äußerst einfachen und unkomplizierten Aufbau aus und kommt mit lediglich zwei Bauteilen aus, wie dies auch bei rein kraftschlüssigen Steckbeschlägen der Fall ist, gleichzeitig bietet der erfindungsgemäße Steckbeschlag aber den Vorteil, dass sich im montierten Zustand eine formschlüssige und somit gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen auch bei dynamischen Belastungen absolut sichere Verbindung zwischen den beiden Beschlagteilen ergibt.
  • Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung sind Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen.

  • In den Zeichnungen ist durchgängig mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 ein Aufnahmeteil und mit dem Bezugszeichen 2 eine Einstecklasche eines Steckbeschlages bezeichnet, wobei der Steckbeschlag zum Verbinden zweier Möbelteile dient. Beispielsweise können über einen erfindungsgemäßen Steckbeschlag, der insgesamt mit dem Bezugszeichen 3 bezeichnet ist, ein Schwenkrahmen 4 und ein Grundrahmen 5 miteinander verbunden werden, wobei in diesem Falle selbstverständlich jeweils zwei entsprechende Steckbeschläge 3 Verwendung finden.
  • Das Wesen des erfindungsgemäßen Steckbeschlages 3 besteht darin, dass das Aufnahmeteil 1 aus einem etwa U-förmigen Profil besteht, dessen Mittelsteg 10 eine durch eine Ausprägung gebildete, federnde Rastzunge 11a mit einem Rastteil 11 und dessen Seitenstege 12 nach innen vorspringende Einprägungen 13 aufweisen, die bei eingeschobener Einstecklasche 2 auf dieser aufliegen, wobei die Einstecklasche 2 mit einer Ausnehmung 20 versehen ist, in welche im eingesteckten Zustand die federnde Rastzunge 11a des Aufnahmeteiles 1 mit ihrem Rastteil 11 eingreift.
  • Weiterhin ist das Aufnahmeteil 1 mit einem Endanschlag 14 versehen, an den das freie, stirnseitige Ende 21 der Einstecklasche 2 anstößt, wenn diese bis zur Verrastung gegenüber der federnden Rastzunge 11a in das Aufnahmeteil 1 eingeschoben ist.
  • Die Einstecklasche 2 wird also auf der Innenseite des Mittelsteges 10 des Aufnahmeteiles 1 aufliegend einerseits von den Einprägungen 13 und andererseits durch die federnde Rastzunge 11a und schließlich auch noch durch den Endanschlag 14 in ihrer Position gegenüber dem Aufnahmeteil 1 gesichert.
  • Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weisen die Einprägungen 13 einen etwa kreisrunden Querschnitt auf, so dass sich zwischen diesen Einprägungen 13 und der Einstecklasche praktisch nur eine Linienberührung ergibt, wodurch das Einschieben der Einstecklasche 2 in das Aufnahmeteil 1 erleichtert wird, da die hierbei zu überwindenden Reibkräfte relativ gering sind.
  • Selbstverständlich können aber auch anders gestaltete Einprägungen 13 vorgesehen sein, um die Einstecklasche 2 auf dem Mittelsteg 10 des Aufnahmeteiles 1 aufliegend zu sichern.
  • Die Einprägungen 13 sind in jedem Falle immer so gestaltet, dass sich in Einsteckrichtung der Einstecklasche 2 ein verjüngender Einführungsabschnitt für die Einstecklasche 2 ergibt.
  • Die Breite der Einstecklasche 2 entspricht dem lichten Abstand der Seitenstege 12 des Aufnahmeteiles 1, so dass die Einstecklasche 2 im eingeschobenen Zustand sowohl axial wie auch in beiden Koordinatenrichtungen quer zur Axialrichtung innerhalb des Aufnahmeteiles 1 festgelegt ist.
  • Bevorzugt ist das Aufnahmeteil 1 als Stanz-Biegeteil aus Metall hergestellt. Da sich bei diesem Herstellverfahren im Übergangsbereich zwischen dem Mittelsteg 10 und den Seitenstegen 12 Abrundungen ergeben, ist vorgesehen, entweder den Mittelsteg mit in Richtung der Seitenstege 12 vorstehenden Bereichen auszustatten oder im Übergangsbereich zwischen dem Mittelsteg 10 und den Seitenstegen 12 nach außen vorspringende Sicken anzuformen. Dadurch ergibt sich der insbesondere fertigungstechnische Vorteil, dass die Einstecklasche 2 nicht im Bereich der Abrundungen im Übergangsbereich zwischen Mittelsteg 10 und Seitenstegen 12, sondern ausschließlich an den geradlinig begrenzten Abschnitten der Seitenstege 12 anliegt.
  • Bei der Ausnehmung 20 der Einstecklasche 2 handelt es sich vorzugsweise um eine von mehreren in der Einstecklasche 2 vorgesehenen Bohrungen, wobei diese Bohrungen bei Bedarf auch genutzt werden können, um eine derartige Einstecklasche 2 für andere Anwendungsfälle einsetzen zu können, beispielsweise als Bestandteil eines Schwenkbeschlages, wobei die Einstecklasche in einem derartigen Anwendungsfall unmittelbar an ein Rahmenteil angeschraubt werden könnte.
  • Insoweit kann eine derartige Einstecklasche 2 für verschiedene Anwendungsfälle zum Einsatz kommen, was für einen Beschlaghersteller den Vorteil vereinfachter Lagerhaltung für verschiedene Beschlagausführungen bietet.
  • Die Rastzunge 11a des Aufnahmeteiles 1 ist ohne Freischnitt aus dem Mittelsteg 10 ausgestanzt, wodurch sich der Vorteil ergibt, dass die Rastzunge 11a nur mit erheblichem Kraftaufwand wieder in ihre Ausgangslage zurückgedrückt werden kann. Dies ist z.B. von Vorteil beim Galvanisieren mehrerer entsprechender Bauteile in einer Trommel oder wenn derartige Bauteile als Schüttgut transportiert werden, da in diesem Falle durch Aneinanderstoßen entsprechender Bauteile die Gefahr der Beeinträchtigung der Funktion der federnden Rastzunge 11a praktisch vermieden ist.
  • Beim Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung gemäß den Figuren 4 bis 6 sowie 17 und 18 ist das in eine Ausnehmung 20 der Einstecklasche 2 eingreifende Rastteil 11 mit einer Abschrägung 15 versehen - alternativ hierzu kann auch eine Abrundung vorgesehen sein - wobei der Sinn der Abschrägung 15 oder einer entsprechenden Abrundung darin liegt, eine gewollte Trennung von Einstecklasche 2 und Aufnahmeteil 1 durch Zurückdrücken der federnden Rastzunge 11a und Zurückziehen der Einstecklasche 2 zu erleichtern.
  • In den dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen ist das Rastteil 11 der federnden Rastzunge 11a aus einem Grundflächenbereich der federnden Rastzunge 11a heraus ausgeprägt. Denkbar ist aber auch, das Rastteil 11 aus dem Bereich der Rastzunge 11a im übrigen auszustanzen oder das vordere, freie Ende der Rastzunge 11a formmäßig so zu gestalten, dass dieses in eine Ausnehmung 20 der Einstecklasche 2 einrasten kann.
  • Auch die Einstecklasche 2 ist vorzugsweise aus Metall hergestellt, wobei die Einstecklasche 2 bevorzugt als Stanzteil ausgebildet ist.
  • Das Aufnahmeteil 1 ist zur Erhöhung der Eigenstabilität mit verschiedenen Einprägungen versehen, so dass sich eine hohe Steifigkeit des Aufnahmeteiles 1 bei geringstem Materialeinsatz ergibt.

B. zum Verbinden eines Schwenkrahmens (4) gegenüber einem Grundrahmen (5), wobei der Steckbeschlag (3) aus einem Aufnahmeteil (1) und einer Einstecklasche (2) besteht, welche in das Aufnahmeteil (1) einsteckbar und in Einsteckposition fixierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufnahmeteil (1) aus einem etwa U-förmigen Profil besteht, dessen Mittelsteg (10) eine durch eine Ausprägung gebildete, federnde Rastzunge (11a) aufweist und dessen Seitenstege (12) in einem Abstand zur Ebene des Mittelsteges (10) liegende, mit nach innen vorspringenden und auf der Oberseite der Einstecklasche (2) aufliegenden Einprägungen (13) versehen sind, wobei im montierten Zustand ein Rastteil (11) der Rastzunge (11a) in eine Ausnehmung (20) der Einstecklasche (2) eingreift.
  2. Steckbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Übergangsbereich zwischen dem Mittelsteg (10) und den Seitenstegen (12) des Aufnahmeteiles (1) jeweils eine durchgehende, nach außen vorspringende Sicke vorgesehen ist.
  3. Steckbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelsteg (10) des Aufnahmeteiles (1) mit einem oder mehreren, in Richtung der Seitenstege (12) vorstehenden Einprägungen versehen ist, auf denen die Einstecklasche (2) im eingeschobenen Zustand aufliegt.
  4. Steckbeschlag nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf der Einstecklasche (2) aufliegenden Einprägungen (13) jeweils eine in Einsteckrichtung der Einstecklasche (2) sich verjüngende Einführschräge aufweisen.
  5. Steckbeschlag nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf der Einstecklasche (2) aufliegenden Einprägungen (13) einen runden Querschnitt aufweisen.
  6. Steckbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem stirnseitigen Endbereich des Mittelsteges (10) ein Endanschlag (14) zur Begrenzung der Einschubtiefe für die Einstecklasche (2) vorgesehen ist.
  7. Steckbeschlag nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endanschlag (14) in den Mittelsteg (10) eingeprägt ist.
  8. Steckbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastzunge (11a) ohne Freischnitt aus dem Mittelsteg (10) ausgestanzt ist.
  9. Steckbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende der Rastzunge (11a) oder das Rastteil (11) mit einer Abschrägung (15) oder einer entsprechenden Abrundung ausgestattet ist.
  10. Steckbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufnahmeteil (1) aus Metall und einstückig als Stanz-Biegeteil hergestellt ist.
  11. Steckbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (20) der Einstecklasche (2), in welche das Rastteil (11) eingreift, eine von mehreren Bohrungen der Einstecklasche (2) ist.
  12. Steckbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufnahmeteil (1) mit mehreren, der Versteifung des Mittelsteges (10) und/oder der Seitenstege (12) dienenden Einprägungen ausgestattet ist.
  13. Steckbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastteil (11) ein aus der Rastzunge (11a) ausgeprägter oder ausgestanzter Abschnitt ist.
