Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Heissluft-Backofen mit einer Muffel und einem Gebläseraum hinter der Muffel, wobei der Gebläseraum von der Muffel durch eine Trennwand getrennt ist. Im Gebläseraum sind ein Lüfterrad und eine Heizung angeordnet. Die Trennwand ist in einen inneren Bereich radial innerhalb des Lüfterrads und einen äusseren Bereich radial ausserhalb des Lüfterrades unterteilt. Im inneren Bereich sind Ansaugöffnungen vorgesehen, durch welche die Luft von der Muffel zum Lüfterrad gelangt. Es entstehen somit sozusagen also mindestens zwei nicht parallele Luftströme in die Muffel hinein, so dass die warme Luft besser verteilt und die Gefahr von sog. - Fan-assisted oven according to claim 1, wherein the baffle plates (17a, 17b) are attached to the separating wall (4).
- Fan-assisted oven according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the guide plates (16a, 16b) are attached to the separating wall (4).
- Fan-assisted oven according to one of the preceding claims, wherein at least the exhaust openings (13a, 13b) situated horizontally next to the inner area (10) have a V-shape.
- Fan-assisted oven according to one of the preceding claims, wherein at least a part of the guide arrangements comprise two guide plate sections (18a1, 18a2, 18b1, 18b2) arranged radially following one another, each straight and running in an angle with respect to one another.
- Fan-assisted oven according to one of the claims, wherein the outer area (11) has a bottom section which lies lower than the inner area (10), as well as a top section which lies higher than the inner area (10), wherein at least an exhaust opening (13c, 13d) with a guide plate (16c, 16d) is arranged in the top and/or the bottom section.
- Fan-assisted oven according to one of the preceding claims, wherein at least two exhaust openings (13a, 13b) with guide arrangements are arranged in the separating wall (4) horizontally next to the inner area (10), wherein the exhaust openings are arranged on opposite sides of the inner area (10).
