Description

The invention relates to a hot-air oven with a muffle and a fan chamber behind the muffle, wherein the fan chamber is separated from the muffle by a partition wall. In the fan room a fan and a heater are arranged. The partition wall is divided into an inner area radially inside the fan wheel and an outer area radially outside the fan wheel. Intake openings are provided in the inner region through which the air passes from the muffle to the fan wheel. In the outer area, exhaust openings are provided, as well as baffles for deflecting the air from the fan into the exhaust openings.

Such ovens allow to suck air from the muffle in the fan room, to heat there and then to re-direct into the muffle.

It is important that the heat in the muffle is distributed as evenly as possible. In particular, the formation of so-called "hot spots" should be avoided as far as possible.

WO 2007/020584 and US 2006/0272632 describe devices in which deflecting arrangements are provided in the partition at the openings to redirect the air into the muffle into it.

WO 2009/074423 represents an older right to this property right.

Object of the present invention is to provide an oven of the type mentioned, in which the heat is well distributed in the muffle.

This object is achieved by the oven according to claim 1. Accordingly, at least one blow-out opening and, associated with each blow-out opening, at least one deflection arrangement are provided in the dividing wall horizontally next to the inner area. Each deflection arrangement comprises at least two baffle sections which are mutually aligned not parallel and inclined differently to the radial direction. As a result, the approximately tangentially flowing air in this area is deflected in different directions into the muffle at the two deflector sections. Thus, so to speak, at least two non-parallel air flows emerge into the muffle, so that the warm air is better distributed and the danger of so-called "hot spots" is reduced.

Further, baffles are provided, which extend transversely to the partition wall and are arranged with respect to the direction of rotation of the fan in front of the exhaust openings. The baffles have transverse to the partition to a greater extent than the baffles, so that the striking over the baffles air can get caught in the baffles.

Without the measure according to the invention, there is the danger, in particular with openings arranged laterally of the fan wheel, that the air entry into the muffle takes place very unevenly.

Beschreibung:Description:

The figures show the housing of the fan room 1 of a hot air oven. This housing forms the rear end of the muffle of the device, with in FIGS. 2 and 3 the side walls 2 of the muffle are partially visible.

The fan room 1 is closed at the back by a rear wall 3 and at the front by a partition wall 4. Rear wall 3 and partition 4 are formed by preformed sheets, which are interconnected in its edge region 9.

In the fan room 1, a fan 5 is arranged, which is best in Fig. 4 and 5 is apparent. The fan 5 is rotatable by a rotary drive about a perpendicular to the partition wall 4 rotating axis 6, wherein the direction of rotation 7 in Fig. 4 and 5 is drawn.

The partition may be divided into an inner region 10 radially inside the fan 5 and an outer region 11 radially outside the fan 5, see Fig. 1 , In the inner region 10 concentric, approximately annular suction openings 12 are provided in the partition wall 4, through which air is sucked from the rotating fan 5 of the muffle ago. In the outer region 11 exhaust openings 13a - 13d are provided, through which the air is blown from the rotating fan 5 into the muffle.

To the fan 5 is around (see Fig. 4 . 5 ) arranged a heater 14, of which the air, which was sucked by the muffle, heated in the fan room before it is blown back into the muffle.

Various types of exhaust ports 13a-13d are provided:
  • In a region horizontally adjacent to the inner region 10, two exhaust openings 13a, 13b are provided, which are referred to below as "lateral exhaust openings". They serve to feed air approximately halfway up the muffle into them.
  • In a lower part of the outer area 11, where the partition wall 4 is chamfered towards the edge area 9, there are provided a series of blow-off openings 13c, which are referred to below as "lower blow-off openings". They serve to blow air into the lower area of the muffle.
  • In an upper part of the outer area 11, where the partition wall 4 is also chamfered towards the edge area 9, there is provided a series of blow-off openings 13d, which are referred to below as "upper blow-off openings". They serve to blow air into the upper area of the muffle.

In the exhaust ports 13a - 13d baffles 16a - 16d are arranged, see in particular Fig. 4 and 5 , They serve to redirect the air coming from the fan 5 in the exhaust ports, and also reduce the swirl of the flow field in the fan chamber 1. They are each arranged with respect to the direction of rotation 7 of the fan immediately after the exhaust ports 13a - 13d arranged so that they Collect sweeping air through the exhaust openings and divert them into the respective exhaust opening. For this purpose, they are also arranged at least partially inclined, so that they are able to give the air flowing parallel to the partition wall 4 an impulse toward the muffle.

In the embodiments shown, the deflecting plates 16a-16d are fastened to the dividing wall 4. The Deflection plates 16a, 16b of the lateral exhaust openings 13a, 13b are made as separate parts which are welded to the partition wall 4, while it is at the baffles 16c, 16d of the lower and upper exhaust openings 13c, 13d to angled tongues of the sheet of the rear wall 4th is.

It is also conceivable, however, not to secure the baffles on the partition 4, but on the rear wall 3.

Further, at least at the side exhaust openings 13a, 13b in addition to the baffles 16a, 16b baffles 17a, 17b attached to the partition wall 4, which best from Fig. 5 can be seen. They extend transversely to the partition wall 4 and are arranged with respect to the direction of rotation 7 of the fan immediately before the exhaust ports 13a, 13b. Their task is to avoid a direct penetration of the partition wall 4 along sweeping air from the fan 5 in the exhaust ports 13a, 13b. Without them, a relatively strong, substantially parallel to the rear wall of the exhaust openings 13a, 13b emerging air flow generated in the muffle.

The baffles 16a, 16b have a greater extension transversely to the partition wall 4 than the same outlet opening 13a and 13b associated baffles 17a and 17b, so that over the baffles 17a, 17b stroking air can get caught in the baffles 16a, 16b.

The baffles 17 a, 17 b are formed by angled tongues of the sheet of the rear wall 4.

The two side exhaust openings 13a, 13b have an elongated, curved, shape. In the present example, it is a V-shape, but, for example, a crescent shape is also conceivable, or several individual blow-off openings with associated deflection plates oriented differently from the radial direction may be provided.

The respective baffles 13a, 13b are each formed by a deflection arrangement which, for example, as shown in the figures, consists of a bent sheet metal or of a plurality of individual sheets. Each deflection arrangement has two deflecting plate sections 18a1, 18a2, 18b1, 18b2 which are not parallel to one another and are inclined radially to one another, so that the air deflected at the corresponding deflecting section is deflected into a somewhat different solid angle and thus better distributed in the muffle.

In the embodiment shown, the Umlenkblechabschnitte 18al, 18a2 or 18b1, 18b2 each deflection arrangement are each formed by two straight, at an angle to each other Umlenkblechabschnitten, which is manufacturing technology relatively simple. Conceivable, however, are curved instead of straight baffle sections.

The embodiment described so far can be modified in various points. For example, the number and the exact arrangement of the exhaust openings 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d can be adapted to the respective requirements. However, it is advantageous to provide at least one blow-off opening on at least two sides of the inner area 10 on opposite sides, so that the central area of the muffle can be well ventilated. This is particularly important when in the muffle e.g. two baking trays are to be arranged one above the other.

The exact orientation of the exhaust openings must also be adjusted depending on the respective requirements. In particular, it depends on the exact air flow geometry in the fan room 1, which in turn is a function of the geometry of the device and the fan wheel. It can be optimized experimentally, for example. Preferably, however, the curved elongated exhaust ports 13a, 13b are arranged so that they Vertex (ie, the tip of the "V" in the case of V-shaped openings) is arranged in the direction of rotation 7 in front of their legs, resulting in a better distribution of the air currents.
