Abstract

Ein Wischer (1) mit einer zwei Klappflügel (3,4) aufweisenden klappbaren Wischerplatte (2) und mit einem Wischbezug (9), dessen schmale Endbereiche (10) jeweils um die schmalen Seiten der Wischerplatte gelegt sind und jeweils auf der Oberseite jeweils eines Klappflügels (3,4) der Wischerplatte befestigt sind, wobei der Wischer wahlweise in eine Wischstellung, in der die Klappflügel in einer gemeinsamen Ebene vorübergehend arretierbar sind und in der der Wischbezug weitgehend flächig aufgespannt ist, oder in eine Auswaschstellung, in der die Klappflügel zueinander beweglich sind und in der der an beiden Klappflügeln befestigte Wischbezug durchhängt, überführbar ist, ist offenbart. Der Wischer zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die um die schmalen Seiten der Wischerplatte gelegten Endbereiche (10) mit Flor- oder Polfäden (14) versehen sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wischbezug, für einen Wischer mit einer klappbaren Wischerplatte, dessen schmale Endbereiche jeweils um die schmalen Seiten einer Wischerplatte legbar und jeweils auf der Oberseite eines Klappflügels der Wischerplatte befestigbar sind.
  • Klappwischer mit Wischbezügen dieser Art sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt. Zum Trocknen des Wischbezuges wird der Klappwischer entriegelt und damit die Arretierung der gelenkig verbundenen Klappflügel gelöst. Der Wischbezug hängt dann durch und kann in ein Presssieb eingeführt und getrocknet werden. Es ist bekannt, dass die Endbereiche des Wischbezuges so nicht getrocknet werden können, so dass der Wischvorgang mit einem viel zu feuchten Wischbezug fortgesetzt werden müsste. Um diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden sind die der Wischbezüge dieser Klappwischer ausnahmslos aus wasserabweisendem oder wenig saugfähigem Material gefertigt. Oft wir ein Gewebeband aus Nylon verwendet. Beispielsweise offenbart DE 87 17 990 einen Klappwischer mit Fransenmopp und führt explizit aus, dass Fransen im Bereich der Enden zu vermeiden sind. Klappwischer dieser Art haben den Nachteil, dass eine Reinigung von Sockeln, Sockelleisten und Setzstufen nicht möglich ist, da die Wischbezüge der bekannten Wischer in den Endbereiche, die um die Kanten der Wischerplatte gelegt sind, keine Reinigungswirkung entfalten. Aus DE 199 21 661 A1 sind Klappwischer mit einem um die Kanten gelegtem Wischtuch bekannt. Der Klappwischer hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass mit einem normalen Wischtuch ohne Florfäden weder eine effiziente und gründliche Bodenreinigung noch eine effiziente und gründliche Reinigung von Sockeln und Setzstufen möglich ist.
  • Um das o.g. Problem zu Umgehen sind die Wischbezüge einer anderen Art von Klappwischern mit einer Tasche ausgerüstet in die ein Klappbügel beim Überführen des Wischers in die Arbeitsstellung eingreift. Diese Wischer haben den Vorteil, dass der Wischbezug zum Trocknen an der Taschenseite vollständig von der geklappten Wischerplatte gelöst und vollständig getrocknet werden kann. Ein solcher Wischer ist beispielsweise aus EP 0 500 581 B1 bekannt. Nachteiliger Weise sind diese Wischer umständlicher in der Handhabung. Insbesondere erfordert das Lösen und wieder Befestigen eines Endes des Wischbezuges einen erhöhten Arbeitsaufwand, was den Reinigungsvorgang insgesamt verlangsamt.
  • Es ist daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung einen Wischbezug für einen Wischer mit einer klappbaren Wischerplatte anzugeben, der sowohl einfach, schnell und effizient austauschbar ist und der darüber hinaus eine Sockelreinigung ermöglicht.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch einen Wischbezug gelöst, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die um die schmalen Seiten der Wischerplatte gelegten Endbereiche mit Flor- oder Polfäden versehen sind.
  • Die Erfindung hat den Vorteil, dass mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Wischbezug bzw. dem erfindungsgemäßen Wischer, während des Wischens eines Fußbodens, einfach und effizient mit Hilfe der in den Endbereichen des Wischbezugs angeordneten Flor- oder Polfäden eine Sockelreinigung bzw. eine Reinigung von Setzstufen erreicht werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß wurde erkannt, dass die in der Fachwelt geltende Meinung, dass die End- und Befestigungsbereiche von Klappwischern der gattungsbildenden Art nicht mit Flor- oder Polfäden versehen werden dürfen, nur für die als weitgehend selbstverständlich hingenommene Annahme gilt, dass der an der geklappten Wischerplatte befestigte Wischbezug in einem Presssieb zu trocknen ist. Es wurde weiter erfindungsgemäß erkannt, dass diese seit langem vorherrschende Meinung gar keine Gültigkeit hat, wenn der Benutzer den Wischbezug auf andere Art und Weise, beispielsweise mit einer Trockenschleuder, trocknet.
  • Die Erfindung hat den weiteren Vorteil, dass der gesamte Bezug aus einem einzigen Stück herstellbar ist, ohne das Endbereiche aus anderem Gewebe bzw. anderem Material aufwendig angenäht werden müssen. Hierdurch werden die Herstellkosten erheblich reduziert und darüber hinaus der Vorteil der nahezu automatischen Sockelreinigung erzielt.
  • Bei einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist daher vorgesehen, dass der gesamte Wischbezug als Vollteil, als auch die Endbereiche mit Flur- oder Polfäden versehen sind.
  • Unter Florfäden bzw. Polfäden wird das Fadensystem, das senkrecht zur Oberfläche des Wischbezugs verläuft, verstanden. Der Wischbezug kann demgemäß beispielsweise als Veloursbezug, als Samtbezug, als Plüschbezug oder als Tuftingbezug ausgebildet sein. Beispielsweise können die Flor- bzw. Polfäden in ein Grundmaterial (Gewebe oder Flies) eingetuftet sein. Bei den Pol- oder Florfäden kann es sich beispielsweise um Mikrofasermaterial handeln. Bei einer Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Wischers weist der Wischbezug Befestigungsmittel zum Befestigen des Wischbezugs auf den Klappflügeln auf. Die Befestigungsmittel sind bei einer kostengünstig herstellbaren Ausführungsform unmittelbar in und/oder an den mit Flor- oder Polfäden versehen Endbereichen angeordnet.
  • Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform weist jeder der Klappflügel weitere Befestigungsmittel zum Befestigen des Wischbezugs auf. Es kann vorteilhafter Weise vorgesehen sein, dass die Befestigungsmittel und die weiteren Befestigungsmittel zusammen wirken. Beispielsweise können die Befestigungsmittel und/oder die weiteren Befestigungsmittel Druckknöpfe aufweisen.
  • Bei einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform sind die Befestigungsmittel als direkt in den Wischbezug eingenietete Druckknöpfe ausgebildet. Als weitere Befestigungsmittel können die Klappflügel beispielsweise mit Bohrungen oder Ausnehmungen ausgerüstet sein, in die die Druckknöpfe einrastbar sind. Diese Ausführungsform hat den besonderen Vorteil, dass der Wischbezug sowohl während des Wischvorganges, als auch während des Trockenvorganges, sicher an der Wischerplatte gehalten ist, er jedoch beispielsweise zum vollständigen Austauschen des Wischbezugs oder zum Reinigen des Wischbezugs beispielsweise in einer Waschmaschine, wieder befestigbar von der Wischerplatte gelöst werden kann.
  • Es kann auch vorgesehen sein, dass die Befestigungsmittel und/oder die weiteren Befestigungsmittel als Klettverbindung beispielsweise mit einem Klettband und einem Flauschband ausgelegt sind.
  • Von ganz besonderem Vorteil ist ein Reinigungssystem, dass neben dem erfindungsgemäßen Wischer bzw. dem erfindungsgemäßen Wischbezug eine Schleuder zum Trockenschleudern des an der Wischerplatte befestigten Wischbezugs aufweist.
  • In einer ganz besonderen Ausführungsform weist der Wischer einen Drehantrieb zum Trockenschleudern des Wischbezugs auf. Der Drehantrieb kann beispielsweise als Drillstangenantrieb, wie man ihn von Brummkreiseln her kennt, ausgebildet sein. Es ist jedoch beispielsweise auch möglich den Drehantrieb als Kurbelantrieb auszubilden. Bei einer anderen Ausführungsform ist der Drehantrieb als elektrischer Drehantrieb ausgeführt. Bei dieser Ausführungsform können vorteilhafter Weise Batterien oder Akkus als Energielieferant, beispielsweise im Stil des Wischers, vorgesehen sein.
  • In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand schematisch dargestellt und wird anhand der Figuren nachfolgend beschrieben, wobei gleich wirkende Elemente mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen sind. Dabei zeigen:

  • Figur 1 zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Wischer 1 mit einer klappbaren Wischerplatte 2, die einen ersten Klappflügel 3 und einen zweiten Klappflügel 4 aufweist. Der erste Klappflügel 3 ist mit Hilfe der Drehachse 5 an einem Halteelement 6 angeordnet. An diesem Halteelement 6 ist auch der zweite Flügel 4 über die zweite Drehachse 7, die parallel zur Drehachse 5 verläuft, angeordnet. In das Halteelement 6 ist ein Stiel 8 eingeschraubt. Der Wischer weist einen Wischbezug 9 auf, von dem zwei einander gegenüberliegende Endbereiche 10 jeweils um gegenüberliegende Kanten der Wischerplatte 2 gelegt sind und jeweils auf der Oberseite eines der Klappflügel 3,4 mit Hilfe von Druckknopfbefestigungen 11 befestigt sind. Der Wischbezug 9 weist Druckknöpfe 12 auf, die in die mit Florfäden 14 versehenen Endbereiche 10 des Wischbezugs 2 eingenietet sind. Der erste Klappflügel 3 und der zweite Klappflügel 4 weisen Ausnehmungen 15 auf, in die die Druckknöpfe 12 rastend einfügbar sind. Mit Hilfe eines Fußtasters 16 kann die nicht dargestellte Arretierung, die den ersten Plattenflügel 3 und den zweiten Plattenflügel 4 in der gezeigten Wischstellung hält, gelöst werden, um den Wischers in die Auswaschstellung, in der Klappflügel zueinander beweglich und in der der an beiden Klappflügeln 3, 4 befestigte Wischbezug 9 durchhängt, überführt werden.
  • Figur 2 zeigt ein Detail eines erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungssystems, nämlich eine Schleuder 17 zum Trockenschleudern des an der Wischerplatte 2 befestigten Wischbezugs 9. Die Schleuder 17 weist einen Behälter 18 auf, der eine Schleudervorrichtung 19 trägt. Die Schleudervorrichtung 19 weist ein Auflager 20 auf, in das der in Figur 3 näher dargestellte und mit einem Drehantrieb 21 versehene erfindungsgemäße Wischer einhängbar ist. Die Schleudervorrichtung 19 weist ein auf einem Dorn drehbargelagertes Sieb 22 auf, das die geklappte Wischerplatte 2 und den durchhängenden Zug 9 aufnimmt. Durch Betätigung des in Figur 3 dargestellten Drehantriebs kann die Wischerplatte 2 gemeinsam mit dem Sieb 22 in Rotation versetzt werden. Hierbei wird der gesamte Wischbezug, also auch insbesondere die Endbereiche 10, getrocknet.
  • Figur 3 zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Wischer mit einem als Brummkreiselantrieb 22 ausgebildeten Drehantrieb 21. Der Drehantrieb 21 ist zwischen einem Stil 8 und einem Halteelement 6 angeordnet. An dem Halteelement 6 sind ein erster Klappflügel 3 und ein zweiter Klappflügel 4 angeordnet, die der gezeigten Wischstellung relativ zueinander arretiert sind. Mit Hilfe des Fußtasters 16 kann die Arretierung gelöst werden. Der erste Klappflügel 3 ist mit zwei Bohrungen 23 und der zweite Klappflügel 4 mit zwei weiteren Bohrungen 24 versehen. Die Bohrungen sind derart dimensioniert, dass die Druckknöpfe 12 des in Figur 4 dargestellten Wischbezugs 25 in diese eingerastet werden können, wenn der in Figur 4 gezeigte Wischbezug 25 um die schmalen Kanten 26 der Wischerplatte 2 gelegt wird.
  • Figur 4 zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Wischbezug 25 eines erfindungsgemäßen Wischers. Sowohl die Endbereiche 10, als auch der Mittelbereich 27 ist mit Florfäden 14 versehen. In das Gewebe des Wischbezugs 25 sind Druckknöpfe 12 direkt eingenietet.
  • Die Erfindung wurde in Bezug auf eine besondere Ausführungsform beschrieben. Es ist jedoch selbstverständlich, dass Änderungen und Abwandlungen durchgeführt werden können, ohne dabei den Schutzbereich der nachstehenden Ansprüche zu verlassen.

Claims (14)

  1. Wischbezug, für einen Wischer mit einer klappbaren Wischerplatte, dessen schmale Endbereiche jeweils um die schmalen Seiten einer Wischerplatte legbar und jeweils auf der Oberseite eines Klappflügels der Wischerplatte befestigbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endbereiche mit Flor- oder Polfäden versehen sind.
  2. Wischbezug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gesamte Wischbezug mit Flor- oder Polfäden versehen ist.
  3. Wischbezug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wischbezug Befestigungsmittel aufweist.
  4. Wischbezug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel unmittelbar in und/oder an den mit Flor- oder Polfäden versehen Endbereichen angeordnet sind.
  5. Wischbezug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel Druckknöpfe aufweisen und/oder als Druckknöpfe ausgebildet sind.
  6. Wischbezug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckknöpfe in den Wischbezug, insbesondere in die mit Flor- oder Polfäden versehenen Endbereiche des Wischbezugs, eingenietet sind.
  7. Wischbezug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel die Befestigungsmittel und/oder die weiteren Befestigungsmittel ein Klettband und/oder ein Flauschband aufweisen.
  8. Wischer mit einem Wischbezug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
  9. Wischer nach Anspruch 8, mit einer zwei Klappflügel aufweisenden klappbaren Wischerplatte und mit einem Wischbezug, von dem zwei einander gegenüberliegende Endbereiche jeweils um gegenüberliegende Kanten der Wischerplatte gelegt sind und jeweils auf der Oberseite jeweils eines Klappflügels der Wischerplatte befestigt sind, wobei der Wischer wahlweise in eine Wischstellung, in der die Plattenflügel in einer gemeinsamen Ebene vorübergehend arretierbar sind und in der der Wischbezug weitgehend flächig aufgespannt ist, oder in eine Auswaschstellung, in der die Klappflügel zueinander beweglich sind und in der der an beiden Klappflügeln befestigte Wischbezug durchhängt, überführbar ist.
  10. Wischer nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Klappflügel weitere Befestigungsmittel zum Befestigen des Wischbezugs aufweist, wobei die Befestigungsmittel und die weiteren Befestigungsmittel zusammenwirken.
  11. Wischer nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappflügel Ausnehmungen aufweisen, in die die Druckknöpfe - vorzugsweise wieder lösbar - einrastbar sind.
  12. Wischer nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wischer einen Drehantrieb zum Trockenschleudern des Wischbezugs aufweist.
  13. Reinigungssystem mit einem Wischer nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12 und/oder mit einem Wischbezug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
  14. Reinigungssystem nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reinigungssystem eine Schleuder zum Trockenschleudern des an der Wischerplatte befestigten Wischbezugs aufweist.
