Claims (11)

  1. Verschlussanordnung für einen Behälter (7) zum Aufnehmen eines ess- oder trinkbaren Produkts, bestehend aus
    einer Basis (1) mit einem ersten Teil (6), der geeignet ist, mit dem Behälter (7) zusammengefügt zu werden, und einem Verschluss (4), der geeignet ist, mit einem zweiten Teil (8) der Basis (1) zusammengefügt zu werden und eine in der Basis (1) vorgesehene Öffnung (2) zu verschließen, wobei sich die Öffnung (2) der Basis (1) zu einer Kontaktfläche (9) mit dem Produkt der Basis hin öffnet, wobei die Kontaktfläche der Basis (9) im Wesentlichen eben ist und dazu bestimmt ist, dem Inneren des Behälters (7) gegenübergestellt zu werden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Verschluss (4) ein Verschlussteil (10) in einer zur Öffnung (2) der Basis komplementären Form so aufweist, dass, sobald der Verschluss (4) mit der Basis (1) zusammengefügt ist, das Verschlussteil (10) dicht mit mindestens einem an oder in unmittelbarer Nähe der Kontaktfläche (9) der Basis angeordneten Öffnungsbereich (11) montiert ist, wobei das Verschlussteil (10) des Verschlusses (4) ferner eine Kontaktendfläche (12) mit dem Produkt aufweist, die im Wesentlichen so eben ist, dass, sobald der Verschluss (4) mit der Basis (1) zusammengefügt ist, die jeweiligen Kontaktflächen (12, 9) des Verschlusses (4) und der Basis (1) im Wesentlichen koplanar sind.
  2. Verschlussanordnung gemäß Patentanspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass,
    sobald der Verschluss (4) mit der Basis (1) zusammengefügt ist, die Kontaktflächen (12, 9) des Verschlusses (4) und der Basis (1) höchstens eine Entfernung von 1 mm, und vorzugsweise 0,5 mm, vorzugsweise weniger als 0,1 mm, voneinander aufweisen.
  3. Verschlussanordnung gemäß Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass,
    sobald der Verschluss (4) mit der Basis (1) zusammengefügt ist, die Kontaktfläche (12) des Verschlusses und die Kontaktfläche (9) der Basis eine Oberfläche bilden, deren Rauhigkeitsfehler unter 100 µm, und vorzugsweise unter 10 µm liegt.
  4. Verschlussanordnung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    sie einen flexiblen Behälter (7) in Form einer Tasche aufweist und dass die Basis (1) mit dem Behälter (7) zusammengefügt ist, um dadurch ein Verschließen zu ermöglichen.
  5. Verschlussanordnung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Verschluss (4) und die Basis (1) aus voneinander verschiedenen Materialien bestehen.
  6. Anordnung gemäß Patentanspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Material, aus dem der Verschluss (4) besteht, eine höhere Festigkeit aufweist als das Material, aus dem die Basis (1) besteht.
  7. Anordnung gemäß Patentanspruch 5 oder 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Material, aus dem die Basis (1) besteht, eine Schmelztemperatur hat, die unter der Schmelztemperatur liegt, die das Material hat, aus dem der Verschluss (4) besteht.
  8. Anordnung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 5 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Material, aus dem der Verschluss (4) besteht, Polyethylen hoher Dichte, PEHD, oder Polypropylen, PP, ist und dass das Material, aus dem die Basis (1) besteht, Polyethylen hoher Dichte, PEHD, oder Polyethylen niedriger Dichte, PEBD, ist.
  9. Anordnung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Basis (1) ein im Inneren der Öffnung (2) befindliches Innengewinde (13) aufweist und dadurch, dass der Verschluss (4) ein zu dem Innengewinde (13) komplementäres Außengewinde (14) aufweist, wodurch ein Teil des Verschlusses in die Öffnung (2) der Basis gewindet werden kann, bis der Verschluss und die Basis mit den entsprechenden Kontaktflächen (12, 9) des Verschlusses und der im Wesentlichen koplanaren Basis zusammengefügt sind.
  10. Verfahren zum Verschließen eines Behälters (7),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - ein Behälter (7) bereitgestellt wird, der geeignet ist, ein ess- oder trinkbares Produkt oder Bestandteile des Behälters zu enthalten, wobei eine Basis (1) eine im Wesentlichen ebene Kontaktfläche mit dem Produkt aufweist, wobei die Basis (1) eine sich zur Kontaktfläche (9) der Basis öffnende Öffnung (2) aufweist, und einen Verschluss (4), der geeignet ist, mit der Basis (1) zusammengefügt zu werden und damit die Öffnung (2) zu verschließen, wobei der Verschluss (4) eine Kontaktfläche (12) mit dem Produkt aufweist;
    - der Verschluss (4) mit der Basis (1) so zusammengefügt wird, dass ein Verschlussteil (10) des Verschlusses dicht mit mindestens einem Bereich (11) der an der Stelle oder in unmittelbarer Nähe der Kontaktfläche (9) der Basis (1) angeordneten Öffnung (2) so montiert wird, dass die jeweiligen Kontaktflächen (12, 9) des Verschlusses (4) und der Basis (1) im Wesentlichen koplanar zueinander sind;
    - die koplanaren Kontaktflächen (12, 9) desinfiziert werden;
    - der Behälter (7) oder die Elemente, aus denen der Behälter besteht, mit einem ersten Teil (6) der Basis so zusammengefügt werden, dass die desinfizierten Kontaktflächen (12, 9) der Basis und des Verschlusses dem Inneren des Behälters (7) gegenüber liegen.
  11. Verfahren gemäß dem vorangehenden Patentanspruch,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die koplanaren Kontaktflächen (12, 9) des Verschlusses und der Basis durch eine gepulste Lichtstrahlung, wie z.B. UV-Strahlung, desinfiziert werden.
