Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour le rangement et la présentation de crochets (1) de fixation d'éléments de couverture, chaque crochet (1) étant formé de deux branches (2A, 2B) d'allure divergente issues d'une boucle (3) formant ressort et tendant au rapprochement des branches (2A, 2B) lorsqu'elles sont sous tension. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il se présente sous forme d'un profilé (4) polyédrique à faces (5, 6, 7, 8) rigides, positionnable dans la boucle (3) du ou des crochets (1) à ranger et à présenter, ce profilé (4) étant pourvu d'une face (7) mobile entre une position de plus faible encombrement de positionnement du profilé (4) dans la boucle (3) desdits crochets (1) et une position, dite de maintien des crochets (1), dans laquelle la face (7) mobile coopère par contact d'appui avec le bord libre d'une autre face, dite face (8) de fermeture du profilé (4), pour former un polyèdre rigide.

Description

  • La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour le rangement et la présentation de crochets de fixation d'éléments de couverture, chaque crochet étant formé de deux branches d'allure divergente issues d'une boucle formant ressort et tendant au rapprochement des branches lorsqu'elles sont sous tension ainsi qu'un procédé de conditionnement sur un dispositif du type précité de crochets de fixation d'élément de couverture.
  • Les tuiles comme les ardoises se posent généralement à recouvrement et nécessitent, pour leur maintien, l'utilisation de crochets. Ces crochets sont généralement formés de deux branches qui convergent pour être reliées, à l'une de leurs extrémités, par au moins une boucle d'allure spiralée formant ressort pour tendre au rapprochement des branches lorsqu'elles sont sous tension. Les extrémités libres des branches sont généralement au moins recourbées en direction de l'espace inter branches. Du fait de leur forme, il en résulte, lorsque les crochets sont stockés en vrac, une impossibilité d'extraire un crochet du lot. Le poseur est donc susceptible de perdre un temps important pour démêler les crochets les uns des autres.
  • Pour résoudre ce problème, il a été imaginé de développer un présentoir qui est introduit par le dessous dans le crochet et vient se loger entre lesdites branches du crochet. Un tel exemple de présentoir est décrit dans le brevet FR-2.842.405 . Ce présentoir est constitué d'un profilé d'allure générale triangulaire, ouvert ou fermé à sommet tronqué ou non, présentant d'une part au voisinage de la pointe tronquée ou non du triangle des surfaces d'appui opposées externes aptes à coopérer avec les branches du crochet issues de la boucle, d'autre part au voisinage des sommets de base du triangle, des surfaces d'appui servant au contact des extrémités libres recourbées des branches dudit crochet à l'état enfilé sur le présentoir.
  • Une autre solution est décrite dans le brevet FR-2.768.165 . Dans ce cas, le dispositif de rangement est destiné à permettre le conditionnement de crochets d'ardoise sous forme d'une tige dont une extrémité au moins est repliée en U de manière à définir un retour décrivant au moins un bossage interne. Ce dispositif de rangement est caractérisé en ce qu'il est défini par une barrette de section sensiblement en V dont le bord effilé est apte à venir s'insérer dans l'extrémité repliée en U d'un crochet de sorte que la base de ladite barrette prend appui sur la tige de ce crochet tandis que le côté opposé de cette barrette comporte une rainure d'immobilisation pour la réception du bossage interne du retour.
  • Dans les deux cas, la solution retenue n'est pas automatisable. En effet, on constate à chaque fois, au cours de l'introduction du dispositif un désalignement des crochets empêchant toute automatisation de l'opération.
  • Un but de la présente invention est donc de proposer un dispositif de rangement du type précité dont la conception permet un positionnement éventuellement automatique du dispositif dans les boucles des crochets, ce dispositif permettant une extraction rapide et de manière individuelle de chacun des crochets du dispositif sans perte de temps.
  • Un autre but de la présente invention est de proposer un procédé de conditionnement permettant le rangement rapide des crochets sur le dispositif pour permettre ultérieurement leur distribution au moment de la pose.
  • A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un dispositif pour le rangement et la présentation de crochets de fixation d'éléments de couverture, chaque crochet étant formé de deux branches d'allure divergente issues d'une boucle formant ressort et tendant au rapprochement des branches lorsqu'elles sont sous tension, ce dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il se présente sous forme d'un profilé polyédrique à faces rigides, positionnable dans la boucle du ou des crochets à ranger et à présenter, ce profilé étant pourvu d'une face mobile entre une position de plus faible encombrement de positionnement du profilé dans la boucle desdits crochets et une position, dite de maintien des crochets, dans laquelle la face mobile coopère par contact d'appui avec le bord libre d'une autre face, dite face de fermeture du profilé, pour former un polyèdre rigide.
  • L'invention a encore pour objet un procédé de conditionnement, sur un dispositif pour le rangement et la présentation de crochets de fixation d'éléments de couverture du type précité, de crochets de fixation d'éléments de couverture, chaque crochet étant formé de deux branches d'allure divergente issues d'une boucle formant ressort et tendant au rapprochement des branches lorsqu'elles sont sous tension, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, à partir d'un flan rainé parallèlement à deux bords libres, apte à former, après pliage, par appui réciproque desdits bords libres, le profilé polyédrique constitutif du dispositif, à introduire ledit flan plié à l'intérieur des boucles des crochets dans un état de plus faible encombrement du profilé dans lequel l'une des faces du profilé s'efface à l'intérieur du volume défini par les autres faces du profilé puis à augmenter le volume dudit profilé par mise en appui réciproque des bords libres.
  • L'invention sera bien comprise à la lecture de la description suivante d'exemples de réalisation, en référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :
    • la figure 1 représente une vue de face d'un dispositif de rangement conforme à l'invention à l'état introduit dans une boucle de crochet de fixation, le dispositif occupant une position de plus faible encombrement de positionnement du dispositif dans ladite boucle ;
    • la figure 2 représente une vue de face d'un dispositif de rangement conforme à l'invention à l'état introduit dans une boucle de crochet en position dite de maintien du crochet ;
    • la figure 3 représente une vue de face du dispositif seul en position de plus faible encombrement ;
    • la figure 4 représente une vue de face du dispositif seul en position dite de maintien des crochets ;
    • la figure 5 représente une vue en perspective du dispositif de la figure 3;

    • la figure 8 représente une vue partielle en perspective du dispositif objet de l'invention à l'état positionné d'une pluralité de crochets sur le dispositif, le dispositif occupant une position dite de maintien des crochets.
  • Comme mentionné ci-dessus, le dispositif, objet de l'invention, est destiné au rangement et à la présentation de crochets 1 de fixation d'éléments de couverture. Chaque crochet 1 comprend au moins deux branches 2A, 2B d'allure divergente issues d'une boucle 3 formant ressort et tendant au rapprochement des branches 2A, 2B lorsqu'elles sont sous tension. Les extrémités libres desdites branches sont généralement au moins recourbées en direction de l'espace inter branches. Ces crochets 1 de fixation sont réalisés à partir d'un fil métallique.
  • Le dispositif pour le rangement et la présentation de tels crochets se présente quant à lui sous forme d'un profilé 4 polyédrique à faces 5, 6, 7, 8 rigides positionnable dans la boucle 3 du ou des crochets 1 à ranger et à présenter. Ce profilé 4 polyédrique est de préférence obtenu par mise en volume d'un flan plat, ce flan plat pouvant être un flan de carton. Il en résulte une simplification de la fabrication du profilé 4 polyédrique. En effet, le flan plat est un flan rainé ou pourvu de lignes de pliage de manière à faciliter sa mise en volume ultérieure. La mise en volume est obtenue simplement par pliage des parties de flan autour desdites lignes de pliage ou de rainage.
  • Le polyèdre formé après mise en volume du flan est du type généralement à quatre faces inscrites dans un losange ou un trapèze comme l'illustrent les figures. Ce profilé 4 est pourvu d'une face 7 mobile entre une position de plus faible encombrement de positionnement du profilé 4 dans la boucle 3 desdits crochets 1 et une position, dite de maintien des crochets 1. Dans la position de plus faible encombrement, il est possible d'obtenir une déformation du profilé 4 polyédrique. A l'inverse, dans la position dite de maintien des crochets, dans laquelle la face 7 mobile coopère par contact d'appui avec le bord libre d'une autre face, dite face 8 de fermeture du profilé 4, le polyèdre formé est un polyèdre rigide indéformable.
  • Pour permettre une rigidification de ce polyèdre, lors de la coopération par contact d'appui de la face 7 mobile avec la face 8 de fermeture, la tranche 9 de la face 8 de fermeture vient en appui sur la tranche et/ou la surface 10 interne de la face 7 mobile.
  • Dans les exemples représentés, le profilé polyédrique est donc formé de quatre faces 5, 6, 7, 8 reliées l'une à l'autre, à l'exception des faces d'extrémité, par des lignes de pliage parallèles. L'une des faces d'extrémité de la série de quatre faces ainsi formée constitue la face 7 mobile dudit profilé tandis que l'autre face d'extrémité constitue la face 8 de fermeture du profilé. La face 7 est mobile autour de sa ligne de pliage la reliant à la face 6 de manière à pouvoir être déplacée à l'intérieur du polyèdre en direction de la face 6. Le bord de la face 7 opposé à celui relié à la face 6 par une ligne de pliage est libre. Il en est de même du bord de la face 8 de fermeture opposé à celui relié à la face 5 par une ligne de pliage. En position dite fermée du profilé, ces bords libres viennent en appui réciproque alors qu'en position ouverte ou de plus faible encombrement du profilé, ils sont décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  • La mise en place d'un tel dispositif s'opère de la manière suivante. Dans un premier temps, le profilé 4 polyédrique est mis en volume à partir d'un flan plat rainé et découpé, les lignes de rainage s'étendant parallèlement aux bords libres du flan. On réduit ensuite le volume du polyèdre par compression pour permettre l'introduction dudit polyèdre à l'intérieur des boucles 3 des crochets 1 généralement alignés.
  • Au cours de cette étape de compression, la face 7 mobile du polyèdre vient se loger à l'intérieur de l'espace délimité par les autres faces dudit polyèdre. On obtient ainsi une configuration conforme à celle représentée à la figure 1.
  • Une fois le dispositif positionné à l'intérieur des boucles 3 des crochets 1, cette étape de positionnement est suivie d'une étape d'expansion du polyèdre pour amener progressivement en contact d'appui les bords libres du profilé, en particulier la tranche 9 de la face 8 de fermeture et la tranche et/ou la surface 10 interne de la face mobile. Il en résulte une rigidification du polyèdre dans une position dite de maintien des crochets 1 dans laquelle les crochets 1 sont maintenus alignés. Cette position est plus particulièrement visible aux figures 4 et 6. Dans cette position, le polyèdre est un polyèdre fermé. L'extraction du crochet d'un tel dispositif s'opère de manière extrêmement simple puisqu'il suffit d'exercer une traction sur le crochet pour obtenir la sortie du crochet du dispositif. Il est à noter que les étapes de mise en volume et expansion du profilé polyédrique peuvent s'opérer de manière automatique ou manuelle sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.

Dispositif pour le rangement et la présentation de crochets (1) de fixation d'éléments de couverture, chaque crochet (1) étant formé de deux branches (2A, 2B) d'allure divergente issues d'une boucle (3) formant ressort et tendant au rapprochement des branches (2A, 2B) lorsqu'elles sont sous tension,
    dispositif caractérisé en ce qu'il se présente sous forme d'un profilé (4) polyédrique à faces (5, 6, 7, 8) rigides, positionnable dans la boucle (3) du ou des crochets (1) à ranger et à présenter, ce profilé (4) étant pourvu d'une face (7) mobile entre une position de plus faible encombrement de positionnement du profilé (4) dans la boucle (3) desdits crochets (1) et une position, dite de maintien des crochets (1), dans laquelle la face (7) mobile coopère par contact d'appui avec le bord libre d'une autre face, dite face (8) de fermeture du profilé (4), pour former un polyèdre rigide.

    caractérisé en ce qu'il est obtenu par mise en volume d'un flan plat.

    caractérisé en ce que, lors de la coopération par contact d'appui de la face (7) mobile avec la face (8) de fermeture, la tranche (9) de la face (8) de fermeture est en appui sur la tranche et/ou la surface (10) interne de la face (7) mobile.
