Claims (10)

  1. Stangenverschluss für eine Tür, wobei der Stangenverschluss umfasst:
    wenigstens einen Stab (17, 17') und ein Bedienteil (10), das angepasst ist, um an einem Türflügel (16) angebracht zu werden, wobei das Bedienteil (10) mit dem Stab (17, 17') verbunden wird und angepasst ist, um diesen unter dem Einfluss einer externen Einwirkung von einer geschlossenen in eine geöffnete Position zu verschieben;
    eine Arretierung (1, 3, 1', 3'), die angepasst ist, um auf einem fixierten Teil (14) der Tür angebracht zu werden, die angepasst ist, um ein Ende des Stabes (17, 17') in geschlossener Position zu erfassen; und ein Rückholmittel (11), das angepasst ist, um den Stab (17, 17') in die geschlossene Position zurückzuholen, sobald die externe Einwirkung unterblieben ist, wobei die Arretierung (1, 3, 1', 3') ein bewegbares Rückzugsmittel (3, 3') umfasst, das angepasst ist, um eine normale Position (3a, 3a') und eine Zurückgezogene (3b, 3b') einzunehmen und um in die normale Position (3a, 3a') durch elastische Mittel (5, 5') gedrückt zu werden, wobei das Rückzugsmittel (3, 3') angepasst ist, um in Richtung der zurückgezogenen Position durch das Ende des Stabes (17, 17') während dem Schließvorgang des Türflügels (16) gedrückt zu werden, wobei das Rückzugsmittel (3, 3') eine Aussparung (7, 7') umfasst, wo, wenn die Position, die dem vollständigen Schließen des Türflügels entspricht, erreicht ist, das Ende des Stabes (17, 17') aufgenommen ist, um das Rückzugsmittel (3, 3') zur Rückkehr in die normale Position frei zu geben.
  2. Stangenverschluss nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Stab (17, 17') in seiner geschlossenen Position angepasst ist, um durch das Rückzugsmittel (3, 3') in Richtung der geöffneten Position während des Schließvorganges des Türflügels (16) teilweise gedrückt zu werden, um das Rückholmittel (11) zu überwinden.
  3. Stangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das elastische Mittel eine Feder (5, 5') ist.
  4. Stangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Rückholmittel eine Feder (11) ist, die an dem Bedienteil (10) montiert ist.
  5. Stangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei, wenn der Stab (17, 17') in der geschlossenen Position ist, das Rückzugsmittel (3, 3') angepasst ist, um es in der geschlossenen Position des Türflügels zurückzuhalten, um das Öffnen des Letzteren zu vermeiden.
  6. Stangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend zwei Stäbe (17, 17'), die mit dem Bedienteil (10) verbunden sind, in gegenüberliegenden Position angeordnet und angepasst sind, um sich in der Gegenrichtung (B, B') unter der Einwirkung des Bedienteiles (10) zu verschieben, und zwei Anschläge (1, 3, 1', 3'), wie oben spezifiziert.
  7. Tür, die wenigstens einen Türflügel (16) aufweist, der an einem fixierten Teil (14) mittels Scharnier aufgehängt ist, und der einen Stangenverschluss nach Anspruch 1 aufweist, wobei der Stab oder die Stäbe (17, 17') und das Bedienteil (10) an dem Türflügel befestigt sind, wobei die Arretierung oder die Arretierung (13, 13') an dem fixierten Teil (14) befestigt sind.
  8. Tür nach Anspruch 7, wobei vorzugsweise die Stäbe (17, 17') vertikal nahe einer Seite des Türflügels (16) gegenüber der mit Scharnier aufgehängten Seite angeordnet sind.
  9. Tür nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, die einen zweiten Türflügel umfasst, der mit einem Stangenverschluss ausgestattet ist, der geeignet ist, um ihn an wenigstens einen Türflügel (16) zu befestigen.
  10. Fahrzeug, insbesondere ein Van, das eine Tür nach einem der Ansprüche von 7 bis 9 aufweist, wobei das fixierte Teil (14) der Fahrzeugkörper ist.
