    wherein said first guide block (30) is located between the two arms (20, 22) of the yoke and accommodates said trunnion (25) with a flat section (25a),
    wherein an end of said piston located inside this first guide block comprises a plane surface (64) cooperating with said flat section (25a),
    wherein a base (57) of the second guide block (32) comprises a cylindrical hole (59),
    wherein a portion of a rod (60) of the piston (28) slides in the cylindrical hole (59), and
    wherein said spring (68) is mounted between a shoulder of said piston and said second guide block.
  2. The hinge according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a single helical spring (68).
  3. The hinge according to claim 2, characterized in that the spring (68) is engaged on the rod (60) of the piston (28).
  4. The hinge according to claim 3, characterized in that the diameter of said rod (60) is substantially equal to the inner diameter of said spring (68).
  5. The hinge according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said plane surface (64) of the metal piston which cooperates with said flat section has undergone a curing treatment.
  6. The hinge according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said first guide block comprises a rounded outer surface (80), substantially coaxial with the axis of said trunnion with a flat section.
