Definitions
- the space required behind a loadable from behind, for example, large-caliber gun barrel, also called breech loader is determined on the one hand by the return path and the other by the length of projectile and propellant charge. Decisive is the length of projectile and propellant charge, for example, in wing-stabilized missiles or Vorlaufzündern. In wing-stabilized guided missiles, the projectile lengths are advantageous, which is significantly above a required return path. In fire out of battery, the ammunition is loaded when the weapon has run back.
- the weapon usually moves to loading the ammunition in an index position, or it is provided over the entire straightening area in the weapon carrier, the space required for loading the ammunition.
- the space for loading the ammunition causes a high weight and volume of the weapon carrier, approaching an index position reduces the rate of fire.
- a loading device for conveying an ammunition from a arranged behind the weapon magazine chamber is in the DE 199 32 562 B4 described.
- the loading device comprises a loading bridge bridging the space between the magazine chamber and the weapon in its loading position.
- the loading bridge itself consists of two complementary halves, wherein the first half are also attached to the non-returning part of the weapon about a soul tube axis of the weapon vertical axis of rotation and the second on the weapon-facing wall of the magazine chamber also pivotable about a vertical axis of rotation.
- the goal here is to bridge the space required for the return of the weapon by a hinged loading bridge.
- the vertical closure off DE 198 23 785 C2 is characterized in that upon pivoting of the opener lever from its initial position to its end position, a displacement of the closure wedge from its closed to its open position.
- closures are cylinder closures, roller closures, support flap closures etc, as well as screw caps.
- the invention has the object to show a solution that causes a simplified loading of a weapon to be loaded from the rear.
- the invention is therefore based on the idea that over the entire straightening projectiles and propellant charges are loaded, which are significantly longer than the return path, the space requirement behind the weapon is determined only by the return path.
- a cargo space is no longer part of a weapon barrel, but forms together with a shock pad a relative to the caliber part of the barrel movable unit.
- the cartridge is just as long as the space defined as a cargo space or a separation of projectile and propellant charge is possible, the projectile is then recognized in the gun barrel, while the propellant against the weft direction in the Cargo space is pushed.
- the first possibility since such ammunitions are often the same size as the cargo space and sometimes have no outstanding bullet head or the like.
- the second variant is customary in particular for large-caliber projectiles.
- Advantages of this solution include the fact that the maximum floor length can now be the sum of return path, cargo space length and floor thickness, while the space requirement behind the weapon is determined only by the return of this.
- Projectile and propellant charge especially for large caliber ammunition can be loaded simultaneously.
- the attachment of the projectile is so far simpler than that the projectile does not have to traverse the cargo space when preparing.
- the bullet path during attachment is shorter by the cargo space length than the classic rear loader.
- the allowed Invention a smaller pivot radius of the loading arm, which rotates about the trunnion axis, as is necessary in classic rear loaders.
- 1 denotes a gun barrel for receiving a projectile 3, while a separate from the gun barrel 1 cargo space 2 for receiving a separate from the projectile 3 propellant charge 4 (here (large-caliber) ammunition 20).
- the charge space 2 is integrated in a unit 10 which is movable relative to the caliber part of the weapon barrel 1. The movement of the unit 10 relative to the caliber part can be realized differently.
- the cargo space 2 may be integrated in a kind of closure wedge 10.1.
- the charge space 2 can be integrated in a type of closure block 10. 2
- the charge space 2 in FIG. 1 c is also integrated in a type of closure wedge 10. 3, but this is moved on a circular path and the axis 30.
- the projectile 3 is set in the barrel 1, parallel to the propellant charge 4 pushed against the weft direction in the cargo space 2 and brought the unit 10 in front of the barrel 1, if it is a separate ammunition. If, on the other hand, the ammunition has the same length as the charge space 2 integrated in the unit 10, then it is brought into the charge space 2 in such a way that, in the closed position, it points in the direction of the weapon barrel 1 and acts on it.
- FIG. 1 a to 1 c illustrate the general principle
- Fig. 2 shows a concrete use in a large-caliber gun barrel, with only the essential parts for better understanding are shown.
- a priming device e.g., primer magazine
- a device necessary to ignite the ammunition form the unit 10 (shutter) displaceable transversely of the tube axis in this embodiment.
- the unit 10 is guided here like the wedge of a splined connection in grooves 8 (FIG. 3).
- this force is positively transferred, for example by means of thread, on the caliber part of the gun barrel 1.
- a Lid mecanicsring 11 is mounted (Fig. 3), which serves to seal between the cargo space 2 and gun barrel 1.
- the eyelet ring 11 can also be integrated in the caliber part of the weapon barrel 1.
- the recoil pulse is transmitted, for example via hydraulic brakes 14 and 15 Vorholer from Part 7 to a weighing roller 12.
- the cradle roller 12 is fixedly connected to a cradle tube 13.
- the caliber part of the weapon barrel 1 is slidably mounted in the direction of tube axis.
- the projectile 3 is pushed in the weft direction into the caliber part of the weapon barrel 1 and set there.
- the propellant charge 4 is pushed against the firing direction in the cargo space 2.
- the unit 10 is displaced in the grooves 8 until the caliber part and the charge space 2 are in line.
- the Lid ceremoniessring 11 has in this case the usual in wedge closures and caseless propellant L-profile, the legs are slightly more than at right angles to each other.
- the grooves 8 are inclined by about 1 ° with respect to the sealing surface between the caliber part and the charge space 2.
- the Lid mecanicsring 11 is resiliently biased when caliber part and charge space 2 are in line. The bias is sealed at the beginning of the shot development at low pressures.
- the invention is not limited to large caliber weapons, but also includes small and medium caliber weapons.
- a restriction on replacement of a wedge closure is not effected with this embodiment. Rather, a use of the idea in all types of locks with their relative movements is conceivable.

Abstract
Description
The space required behind a loadable from behind, for example, large-caliber gun barrel, also called breech loader is determined on the one hand by the return path and the other by the length of projectile and propellant charge.
If projectile and propellant are significantly longer than the return path, then the weapon usually moves to loading the ammunition in an index position, or it is provided over the entire straightening area in the weapon carrier, the space required for loading the ammunition. The space for loading the ammunition causes a high weight and volume of the weapon carrier, approaching an index position reduces the rate of fire.

Here, the invention has the object to show a solution that causes a simplified loading of a weapon to be loaded from the rear.
The object is achieved by the features of
The invention is therefore based on the idea that over the entire straightening projectiles and propellant charges are loaded, which are significantly longer than the return path, the space requirement behind the weapon is determined only by the return path. For this purpose, a cargo space is no longer part of a weapon barrel, but forms together with a shock pad a relative to the caliber part of the barrel movable unit.
To open or close the shutter charge space and impact bottom are inventively moved as a part relative to the caliber part of the gun barrel.
Je nach Ausführung sind folgende Relativbewegungen möglich:
- Verschiebung quer zur Rohrseelenachse;
- Drehung um eine Achse quer zur Rohrseelenachse;
- Drehung um eine Achse parallel zur Rohrseelenachse.
- Displacement transverse to the tube axis;
- Rotation about an axis transverse to the tube soul axis;
- Rotation about an axis parallel to the tube axis.
- analog zum Keilverschluss mit Stahlliderungsring (Winkelprofil). Der Ladungsraum ist in den Verschlusskeil integriert (Verschiebung quer zur Rohrseelenachse); wobei eine zusätzliche Variante noch dadurch geschaffen wird, dass der Verschlusskeil auf einer Kreisbahn bewegt wird (Drehung um Achse parallel zur Rohrseelenachse);
- analogous to the wedge lock with Stahlliderungsring (angle profile). The cargo space is integrated in the closing wedge (displacement transverse to the tube axis); wherein an additional variant is provided by the fact that the shutter wedge is moved on a circular path (rotation about axis parallel to the tube axis);
- analogous to the screw cap with highly elastic eyelid. The charge space is integrated in the closure block (rotation about axis transverse to the tube axis).
Prerequisite for the implementation of the invention is that either the cartridge is just as long as the space defined as a cargo space or a separation of projectile and propellant charge is possible, the projectile is then recognized in the gun barrel, while the propellant against the weft direction in the Cargo space is pushed. Especially with small and medium caliber cartridges (ammunition) offers the first possibility, since such ammunitions are often the same size as the cargo space and sometimes have no outstanding bullet head or the like. The second variant is customary in particular for large-caliber projectiles.
Advantages of this solution include the fact that the maximum floor length can now be the sum of return path, cargo space length and floor thickness, while the space requirement behind the weapon is determined only by the return of this.
Projectile and propellant charge, especially for large caliber ammunition can be loaded simultaneously. The attachment of the projectile is so far simpler than that the projectile does not have to traverse the cargo space when preparing. The bullet path during attachment is shorter by the cargo space length than the classic rear loader. The allowed Invention a smaller pivot radius of the loading arm, which rotates about the trunnion axis, as is necessary in classic rear loaders.

In the figures, 1 denotes a gun barrel for receiving a
Depending on the nature of the provided relative movement of the
In this case, the
While Figs. 1 a to 1 c illustrate the general principle, Fig. 2 shows a concrete use in a large-caliber gun barrel, with only the essential parts for better understanding are shown.
In the open state, as already stated, the
As already stated, the invention is not limited to large caliber weapons, but also includes small and medium caliber weapons. A restriction on replacement of a wedge closure is not effected with this embodiment. Rather, a use of the idea in all types of locks with their relative movements is conceivable.
