Claims (10)

  1. Portalofen der Art mit einer Mehrzahl von Portalen (1), die parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und Ofenabteile festlegen, und mit Stützen (2, 6), die an den Portalen (1) befestigt und zwischen denen Einschübe (3) angebracht sind, welche die Wände des Ofens bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einige der Einschübe (3) von einem Hohlstein (4) mit einer zu den Stützen (2, 6) parallelen Achse gebildet sind.
  2. Ofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlsteine (4) in einem Ofenabteil nebeneinander angebracht sind und einen quer (45) und/oder vertikal (46) verlaufenden Kanal bilden, der parallel zu den Stützen (2, 6) verläuft.
  3. Ofen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kanal (45) über zumindest einen Abschnitt der Länge der Stützen (2, 6), zwischen denen er angebracht ist, verläuft.
  4. Ofen nach Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein quer verlaufender Kanal (45) an mindestens einen vertikal verlaufenden Kanal (46) angeschlossen ist.
  5. Ofen nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlstein (4) einen allgemein rechtwinkeligen Querschnitt aufweist.
  6. Ofen nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlsteine (4) von unterschiedlicher Art sind, z. B. Ventilations-Hohlstein, Verteiler-Hohlstein, Endstein, einfacher Hohlstein, Klappen-Hohlstein, ...
  7. Ofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Eckstein die Verbindung zwischen dem quer verlaufenden Kanal (45) und einem vertikal verlaufenden Kanal (46) gewährleistet.
  8. Ventilationsverfahren für einen Portalofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man
    - quer (45) und/oder vertikal (46) verlaufende Kanäle in zumindest einigen der Ofenabteile ausbildet, indem man Einschübe in Form von Hohlsteinen (4) anbringt, und
    - ein gasförmiges Fluid zwischen der Ofeneinfassung und diesen quer (45) und/oder vertikal (46) verlaufenen Kanälen zirkulieren läßt.
  9. Ventilationsverfahren für einen Portalofen gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine vorbestimmte Zirkulation von gasförmigem Fluid erreicht wird, indem man die Hohlsteine, die zur Bildung jedes Kanals (45, 46) vorgesehen sind, aus einer Familie auswählt, die z. B. Ventilations-Hohlsteine (400), Verteiler-Hohlsteine (401), Endsteine (402), einfache Hohlsteine (403), Klappen-Hohlsteine, Ecksteine, ... umfaßt.
  10. Ventilationsverfahren für einen Portalofen gemäß Anspruch 8 oder Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zumindest einige der quer und/oder vertikal verlaufenden Kanäle an externe Fluidverteilungsmittel anschließt.
