Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Handgriff für ein Hausgerät mit einem vorzugsweise als lang gestreckte Stange ausgebildeten Griffteil und mit mindestens einem Befestigungsteil zum Befestigen des Griffteils mit Abstand an einem Element des Hausgeräts.
  • Bei einem bekannten Handgriff für die Tür eines Haushaltsgerätes ( DE 102 08 042 A1 ) ist eine Griffstange an zwei Griffstücken, d.h. Befestigungsteilen mit Abstand zur Türfläche des Haushaltsgerätes gehalten und mittels eines jedes Befestigungsteil durchziehenden Befestigungsmittels an der Türfläche fixiert. Dabei bilden die technisch relativ aufwendigen Befestigungsteile einen wesentlichen Teil der äußeren Begrenzung des Handgriffes, prägen damit wesentlich das Erscheinungsbild des Handgriffes und müssen bei gewünschter gestaltungstechnischer Produktdifferenzierung z.B. bezüglich Oberflächenbeschaffenheit und Farbe individuell vorgehalten werden. Bestehen die einzelnen Teile des Handgriffes aus unterschiedlichen Materialien, so sind, um eine größtmögliche Einheitlichkeit hinsichtlich der Oberflächenstruktur zu erhalten, relativ aufwendige Oberflächen-Veredelungsverfahren bzw. aufwendige Oberflächenbeschichtungen erforderlich, insbesondere dann, wenn die vorgenannten Bestandteile des Handgriffes aus unterschiedlichen Materialien bestehen. Es sind zwar auch Handgriffe bekannt, bei denen Griffteil und Befestigungsteil bzw. Befestigungsteile einstückig im Spritzgussverfahren aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind, wodurch zwar die Anzahl der Einzelteile und deren Kosten gegenüber mehrteiligen Ausführungen verringert wird, aber eine Produktdifferenzierung z.B. in Form von unterschiedlichen Designvarianten aufgrund der Einstückigkeit wirtschaftlich schwer realisierbar ist.
  • Aus der DE 87 07 353 U1 ist ein Handgriff gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 gezeigt.
  • Die US 2005/218765 A1 offenbart Handgriffe für ein Hausgerät mit einem vorzugsweise als langgestreckt ausgebildeten Griffteil und mit mindestens einem separaten Befestigungsteil mit einem Befestigungs- und einem Griffabschnitt zum Befestigen des Griffteils mit Abstand an einer Tür des Hausgeräts. Dabei sind der Griffteil und das mindestens eine Befestigungsteil aus unterschiedlichen Materialien gebildet - der Griffteil aus elastischem Material, um einen sicheren und angenehmen Gebrauch des Handgriffs zu gewährleisten, das Befestigungsteil aus Metall, bevorzugt als Aluminiumstrangprofil
    Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Handgriff der eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, dass mit einfachen technischen Mitteln und Behandlungsverfahren eine völlig einheitliche Oberflächenstruktur aller Bestandteile des Handgriffs ermöglicht wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Handgriff gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1 dadurch gelöst, dass die Griffstange und die beiden Befestigungsteile eine aus demselben Material gebildete einheitliche Oberflächenstruktur aufweisen.
  • Durch die Gleichheit der Materialien der wesentlichen Bestandteile des Handgriffes ergibt sich der Vorteil eines einheitlichen Herstellungsverfahrens und damit eine einheitliche Oberflächenstrukturierung und gegebenenfalls auch der z.B. nachträglichen Oberflächenbehandlung in mechanischer Weise z.B. durch so genanntes Bürsten aller wesentlichen Bestandteile des Handgriffes mit dem Ergebnis eines einheitlichen Erscheinungsbildes / Anmutung des Handgriffes.
  • Das Griffteil und Befestigungsteil bestehen aus demselben Material. Auf diese Weise können z.B. für die Oberflächenbehandlungen der wesentlichen Bestandteile des Handgriffes die gleichen Verfahren und Technologien angewendet werden und die metallurgischen Eigenschaften dieser wesentlichen Bestandteile z.B. hinsichtlich Stabilität, thermischen Ausdehnungsverhaltens, Alterung und dergleichen sind identisch, sodass eine nachhaltige, langseitige Nutzung des Handgriffes sichergestellt ist. Das Griffteil und die Befestigungsteile sind als Aluminium-Strangpressprofile ausgebildet. Diesbezüglich sind die Befestigungsteile als Hohlprofil ausgebildet und im Hohlraum sind Befestigungs- und/oder Führungselemente vorzugsweise einstückig ausgebildet.
  • Die Erfindung ist anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels nachstehend erläutert.
  • Es zeigt:

    die perspektivische Darstellung des Handgriffes mit angedeutetem Element eines Hausgerätes,
    Figur 2
    ein Endteil eines Griffteils des erfindungsgemäßen Handgriffes als Einzelheit, der mit einem in Figur 3 ebenfalls als Einzelheit dargestellten Befestigungsteil gemäß Figur 1 verbunden werden kann.
  • Der in den Figuren gezeigte Handgriff für ein Hausgerät besteht, als wesentliche Bestandteile, aus einem als lang gestreckte Stange ausgebildeten Griffteil 1 und aus zwei Befestigungsteilen 2, von denen je ein Befestigungsteil 2 an den beiden Enden des Griffteils befestigt ist. Die Befestigungsteile 2 dienen dazu, den Griffteil 1 des Handgriffes mit freiem Abstand an einem Element 3 eines Hausgeräts zu befestigen. Das Element 3 kann z.B. die Backofentür eines nicht weiter dargestellten Backofens, eines Kühlschrankes, einer Geschirrspülmaschine oder eines sonstigen Hausgeräts sein. Der Griffteil 1 hat im Wesentlichen ein halbkreisförmiges Profil und ist an der Griffseite abgeflacht. Wie Figur 2 zeigt, sind an beiden Enden des Griffteils abgeflachte Befestigungsstellen 4 für die Befestigung der Befestigungsteile 2 vorhanden, auf welche die Befestigungsteile 2 gemäß Figur 3 aufgesetzt und durch Schraubverbindung fugenlos befestigt werden können. Die Befestigungsteile 2 besitzen ein im Wesentlichen quadratisches Profil und sind als Hohlprofil ausgebildet, wobei im Innern des Hohlraumes Befestigungs- und/oder Führungselemente 5 einstückig angeformt sind. Beispielsweise ist ein Führungselement 5 innerhalb des Hohlprofils in Form eines Führungsrohres ausgebildet zur Führung eines Befestigungsbolzens 6, welcher Befestigungsbolzen 6 an einem Ende einen Gewindeansatz besitzt, der in eine Gewindebohrung 7 einschraubbar ist und am anderen Ende z.B. ein Innengewinde 8 aufweist mittels welchem über Schraubverbindung eine feste Verbindung des Handgriffs mit dem Element 3 des Hausgerätes hergestellt werden kann. Wie in Figur 3 verdeutlicht, ist eine Wandung des Hohlprofils jedes Befestigungsteiles 2 am griffteilseitigem Ende gewölbt ausgeführt, sodass es mit dem halbrundförmigen Profil des Griffteils 1 korrespondiert.
  • Die Griffstange 1 und die beiden Befestigungsteile 2 weisen eine aus demselben Material gebildete einheitliche Oberflächenstruktur auf. Beide genannten Teile 1 und 2 sind als Aluminium-Strangpressprofil ausgebildet, wobei auch der Griffteil 1 vorzugsweise als Hohlprofil ausgebildet ist. Aufgrund des einheitlichen Materials insbesondere im Oberflächenbereich kann mit einem einheitlichen Verfahren zur Behandlung der Oberfläche beider genannten Teile 1 und 2 eine einheitliche, identische Oberflächenstruktur der wesentlichen Bestandteile des Handgriffes in einfacher Weise hergestellt werden, z.B. durch mechanische Bearbeitung (Bürsten, Strahlen).
  • In nicht erfindungsgemäßen Varianten können zwischen dem Griffteil 1 und den Befestigungsteilen 2 einerseits und zwischen den Befestigungsteilen 2 und dem Hausgeräte- Element 3 andererseits Teile z.B. Dichtungen eingefügt werden, was in den Figuren nicht gezeigt ist.

Claims (2)

  1. Handgriff für ein Hausgerät mit einem vorzugsweise als lang gestreckte Stange ausgebildeten Griffteil (1) und mit zwei separaten Befestigungsteilen (2) zum Befestigen des Griffteils (1) mit Abstand an einem Element (3) des Hausgerätes, wobei, der Griffteil (1) und die zwei Befestigungsteile (2) eine aus demselben Material gebildete einheitliche Oberflächenstruktur aufweisen, wobei Griffteil (1) und die Befestigungsteile (2) aus demselben Material bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Griffteil (1) und die Befestigungsteile (2) als Aluminium-Strangpressprofile ausgebildet sind und die zwei Befestigungsteile (2) als Hohlprofil ausgebildet sind und im jeweiligen Hohlraum ein Befestigungs- und/oder Führungselement (5) einstückig ausgebildet ist, wobei an beiden Enden des Griffteils (1) abgeflachte Befestigungsstellen (4) für die Befestigung der Befestigungsteile (2) vorhanden sind, auf welche die Befestigungsteile (2) aufgesetzt und durch Schraubverbindung fugenlos befestigt werden können, wobei der Griffteil (1) ein halbkreisförmiges Profil hat und an der Griffseite abgeflacht ist, und wobei eine Wandung des Hohlprofils jedes Befestigungsteils (2) am griffteilseitigen Ende gewölbt ausgeführt ist, sodass es mit dem halbrundförmigen Profil des Griffteils (1) korrespondiert.
