Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un corps multicouche, comprenant une première couche formée de structures micro-optiques et recouvrant au moins en partie une ou plusieurs autres couches présentant des zones d'image et/ou des zones à effet réalisant un effet optique,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    les structures micro-optiques (6a, 6b, 54g, 54h, 54m) sont appliquées par impression en taille douce à la couche située sous la première couche ou sont incorporées dans la première couche, dans lequel les structures micro-optiques (6a, 6b, 54g, 54h, 54m) ainsi que les zones d'image (45) et/ou les zones à effet (411, 421, 42o, 43, 54t) sont appliquées en repérage par la même planche d'impression et/ou la même machine à imprimer.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    aussi bien les structures micro-optiques (6a, 6b, 54g, 54h, 54m) que les zones d'image (45), et/ou les zones à effet (411, 421, 42o, 43, 54t) sont appliquées par impression en taille douce.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    pour l'application des structures micro-optiques (6a, 6b), un vernis optique (4) est transféré sur les autres couches au moyen d'une impression en taille douce.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    sur les autres couches est appliquée une couche (24) formée à partir du vernis optique (4), et ensuite, les structures micro-optiques (6a, 6b) sont reproduites par pressage d'une planche d'impression à taille douce dans la couche (24) formée à partir du vernis optique.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    la couche (24) formée à partir du vernis optique (4) est transférée sur les autres couches au moyen d'une feuille de transfert.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    la planche d'impression en taille douce est chauffée, en particulier en ce que la planche d'impression en taille douce est chauffée entre 90°C et 100°C.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    sur la planche d'impression en taille douce, dans une première zone un vernis, en particulier un vernis coloré, est appliqué et dans une deuxième zone, aucun vernis n'est appliqué, et ensuite, par pressage de la planche d'impression en taille douce, les structures micro-optiques sont reproduites dans la deuxième zone.
