Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif d'agrafage (1) conçu pour agrafer des produits d'impression, comprenant une tête d'agrafage (2) munie d'un poussoir (16) et d'un plieur (17) qui préforment une agrafe en fil métallique, puis l'enfoncent à travers le dos d'un produit ; et un cintreur (3) pourvu d'ailes de cintrage (20) qui rabattent les extrémités ouvertes de ladite agrafe en fil métallique, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une partie dudit dispositif d'agrafage (1) est fabriquée au moins partiellement en céramique.
  2. Dispositif d'agrafage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le poussoir (16), le plieur (17) et le cintreur (3), ou des parties dudit cintreur (3), sont fabriqué(e)s au moins partiellement en céramique.
  3. Dispositif d'agrafage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la partie est une pièce moulée frittée.
  4. Dispositif d'agrafage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la partie est fabriquée en une céramique oxydée.
  5. Dispositif d'agrafage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la partie est fabriquée en une céramique à oxyde mixte.
  6. Dispositif d'agrafage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la partie est produite en au moins deux pièces reliées l'une à l'autre de façon rigide, l'une desdites pièces étant fabriquée en céramique et l'autre pièce étant fabriquée en un matériau autre et, notamment, en acier ou en métal dur.
  7. Dispositif d'agrafage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que la partie est une pièce d'usure, en particulier un poussoir (16), une aile de cintrage (20), un plieur (17), une embase de centrage, une tige de poussée (19), un pourvoyeur de fil (12), un guide-fil (11), un sectionneur de fil (13), un levier tendeur de fil (14) ou une roue dentée.
  8. Dispositif d'agrafage selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, ainsi que 4 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que la partie est une pièce venue de coulée par injection.
