Im Montageablauf wird der frontseitige Verbundkörper, bestehend aus Frontwand 4 und Lagerschild 6, zunächst mit dem Basismodul 7 verrastet und später verschraubt. Durch die Rast- und Schraubverbindung werden der Verbundkörper 4, 6 und das Basismodul 7 zu einem L-förmigen Körper gefügt. Dieser ist ausreichend stabil, um alle sonstigen an ihnen anzuordnenden Bauteile auch ohne Hilfsvorrichtungen sicher positioniert und fest zu halten. Für die nachfolgend auszuführenden Arbeiten zur weiteren Montage und Komplettierung des Wäschetrockners 1 ist es dabei von Vorteil, dass der zunächst nur verrastete L-förmige Körper von oben und von drei Seiten frei zugänglich ist. Die Handhabung weiterer Einbauteile und die zu deren Einbau auszuführenden Handgriffe sind durch keine Streben oder Schienen, wie sie bei bekannten Wäschetrocknern zum Versteifen und Befestigung der Bauteile eingesetzt werden, eingeschränkt. Die Möglichkeiten zur rationelleren Gestaltung der Montagetechnologie werden auf diese Weise erheblich erweitert.On the back of the

Claims (9)
- Front subassembly for a laundry drying machine (1), particularly for a condensation laundry dryer, with a electrically drivable laundry drum (2), which is rotatable about at least one approximately horizontal axis (19), for receiving articles to be dried, with a bearing panel (6) for front-side mounting of the laundry drum (2), with a bottom-side base module (7) for receiving a drive motor (10) and functional parts (8, 11, 12) for conducting and guiding air flows, and with a machine front wall (4) with a loading opening (14) for loading articles for drying into and unloading articles from the laundry drum (2), characterised in that the bearing panel (6) at the front side is matched with respect to shape and size to the inner surface of the front wall (4) and that the bearing panel (6) and the front wall (4) are fixedly connected together in such a manner that they form a composite body approximately in accordance with sandwich mode of construction.
- Front subassembly according to claim 1, characterised in that the bearing panel (6) and front wall (4) are screw-connected together and the screw points are distributed over all inner and outer edge regions.
- Front subassembly according to claim 1, characterised in that the bearing panel (6) is a plastics material part.
- Front subassembly according to claim 1, characterised in that the composite body consisting of front wall (4) and bearing panel (6) has with respect to the base module (7) at least one vertical joining surface which preferably extends over the entire width of the laundry dryer (1).
- Front subassembly according to claim 4, characterised in that the composite body consisting of front wall (4) and bearing panel (6) is so connected with the base module (7) that the two parts form a stable L-shaped body.
- Front subassembly according to claim 5, characterised in that the composite body (4, 6) is detented with the base module (7).
- Front subassembly according to claim 5, characterised in that the composite body (4, 6) is screw-connected with the base module (7).
- Front subassembly according to claim 7, characterised in that the screw connection (18) is preferably realised in horizontal direction and the front wall (4) is connected with the base module (7) through the bearing panel (6).
- Front subassembly according to claim 6, characterised in that the joining surface, which is directed towards the composite body (4, 6), of the base module (7) consists of plastics material and the composite body (4, 6) is welded to the base module (7).
