Definitions

  • the invention relates to a stable collapsible container for particular fluid diets with a closable by a lid filling and discharge nozzle, with a bottom with a base on which the container can stand independently especially in the filled state, and attached to the outside of the container, the Neck substantially opposite suspension.
  • enteral nutrition which can be supplied to the body, for example, as a tube feed.
  • enteral nutrition which can be supplied to the body, for example, as a tube feed.
  • enteral nutrition which can be supplied to the body, for example, as a tube feed.
  • These are usually liquid or fluid foods.
  • fluid foods is understood here as meaning all such foods, for example standard foods, special foods, enteral foods, enteral substrates and any liquids, for example supplemental liquids.
  • Such foods can be stored in a container from which these foods are removed if necessary and administered with the help of a so-called Matterleit mars the person in need of food. This can be done for example with the help of gravity application or with the help of nutritional pumps.
  • Stable, collapsible containers are already known for storing and administering such fluid foods.
  • a known product is, for example, the so-called Flocare container from Pfrimmer Nutricia.
  • stable is intended to express in these containers or containers that the containers in the filled state and in the empty, not collapsed state of themselves can stand on their own floor surface.
  • collapsible expresses that these containers are self-draining and structurally designed to "self-collapse" upon removal of the fluid food contained therein. The emptying of collapsible containers thus takes place without ventilation from the outside.
  • the container is usually held upside down on a linkage, which may also be a mobile linkage.
  • a linkage which may also be a mobile linkage.
  • the known containers are equipped with a suspension device with which they can be attached to the linkage.
  • the filler neck is located opposite the hanger so that the fluid food may leak out of the container.
  • the filler neck is therefore also an outlet nozzle.
  • This outlet nozzle can be connected in any way, which will be discussed in more detail below, with a transfer device, which is usually a tube system, by means of which the fluid food to the probe, etc. is passed ,
  • the suspension device is mounted either on the edge of the floor or on the side. Since the Einglall Toon the hanger should be diametrically opposite as possible, so that the filling and outlet nozzle is located as possible at the lowest point in the suspended state of the container, this nozzle is then arranged at the opposite corner of the known container.
  • Such known containers leave something to be desired in terms of their stability and also with regard to their possible applications.
  • Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a container of the type in question with an improved stability, which is also repeatedly usable.
  • the suspension device is thus arranged on the outside of the floor, in a region which is set back in relation to the support plane inwards.
  • This support level is defined by the footprint of the container on which the container rests on a base.
  • the suspension does not protrude beyond the support plane.
  • the stability of this container is not affected by the suspension.
  • the suspension device does not protrude beyond the support plane, then this refers to the functional state of this suspension.
  • the hanger is in the position relative to the container which it would occupy when the container is suspended therefrom. She is not bent away or moved away.
  • a plane extends arbitrarily into the room. According to the invention, only the region which is bounded or enclosed by the base surface is referred to as the support plane or support surface.
  • This recessed area of the floor which is equipped with the suspension device, is located substantially centrally in the support plane.
  • the suspension device is arranged and does not protrude beyond the support plane of the floor, so that the bottle comes to rest securely on the floor.
  • this set-back area has an elongated shape in plan view and extends from one bottom edge to the other bottom edge and forms a sort of valley.
  • the container according to the invention has at least one plane of symmetry. This plane of symmetry extends in particular through the neck.
  • the container according to the invention thus consists of two equal sections, one of which represents a mirror image of the other. Because of this symmetry, the container according to the invention can be easily cleaned and, for example, rinsed in a dishwasher without difficulty. Therefore, the container according to the invention is reusable. This means a not inconsiderable cost savings.
  • the container according to the invention has approximately the shape of a flattened bottle with two mutually parallel planar side walls.
  • the center plane which runs parallel to these side walls in the middle through the container, such a plane of symmetry. It is otherwise not necessary that the side walls are absolutely flat. Rather, these side walls can be slightly curved outward.
  • the container according to the invention has a symmetry with respect to a plane, then this refers to the essential components and embodiments of the container according to the invention and thus not to all the details.
  • the filling and discharge nozzle can be provided with an external thread, which is of course not symmetrical with respect to the center plane described above.
  • the container according to the invention has two substantially identically formed bottom sections, which form the footprint.
  • the recessed area of the floor is then arranged between these floor sections.
  • the suspension can be configured in principle arbitrary, if it is possible with their help to be able to attach the container "upside down" on a hook or the like, and in particular on a hospital usual rack for the administration of infusions, etc.
  • This suspension is a tab.
  • the suspension device is further configured flat and flake-like.
  • the suspension device in the form of a hook and in particular a flattened hook.
  • the suspension device has a closed bore and thus a hole.
  • the container according to the invention can be made of any previously known material which has been used for the production of collapsible containers or containers of the type in question here.
  • this material is polyethylene.
  • the suspension device is integral with the container or a part thereof, in particular injection-molded in one piece.
  • the hanger since the hanger does not extend beyond the support plane, it is not necessary to pivot the hanger or bend or pivot to the side so that the container has a secure footing.
  • the suspension device can thus be produced in a simple manner together with the container. For example, it is not necessary to connect the suspension device to the container via a hinge
  • the container according to the invention preferably has at least a quantity scaling, so that you can read from the outside located in the container amount of fluid food.
  • the container according to the invention is preferably made of a transparent material.
  • the container according to the invention is suspended upside down.
  • the filling and discharge pipe is then below and virtually at the lowest point.
  • the cooperating with this nozzle cover is preferably provided with a connection for a transfer device, so that the fluid food flow out of the container according to the invention and can be administered by means of the transfer device to the person or the patient.
  • container 1 has the shape of a flattened bottle with two parallel opposite side walls 2,3 and two curved or round, narrower side walls 4,4 '.
  • the container 1 is provided at the top with a filling and discharge nozzle 5, which is provided with an external thread 6, which can cooperate with the corresponding internal thread of a cover, not shown.
  • This filling and discharge nozzle 5 is hereinafter referred to only 5 stubs.
  • the nozzle 5 is opposite the bottom 7 of the container 1, which is divided into three areas. Thus, this bottom 7 has two substantially identically formed, the base surface forming bottom portions 8 and 9 and an intermediate, recessed area 10th
  • these floor sections 8 and 9 are not flat and thus are not on the entire surface of the documents. Rather, these bottom sections 8 and 9 are slightly inclined, starting from their located on the side walls 2.3 edges to the center and the interior of the container 1 out. Through these bottom sections 8 and 9, more precisely through their edges, which can rest on a pad and thus come into contact is defines a support plane 11, which may also be referred to as a support surface. Of course, it is also possible to design the floor sections 8 and 9 essentially flat, so that they rest over the entire surface. Other embodiments are possible.
  • the recessed portion 10 which protrudes quasi into the interior of the container 1.
  • This recessed area 10 forms a kind of U-shaped channel, at the bottom of the suspension device 12 is attached.
  • This suspension device 12 extends from the outer surface of the region 10 and thus from the bottom of the U-shaped groove in the direction of the support plane 11, but does not protrude beyond this. This makes it possible to provide the container 1 on the bottom sections 8 and 9 and to fill, for example, without this being hindered by the suspension device 12. Due to the fact that the bottom sections 8 and 9 are spaced apart from each other and the set-back region 10 is located therebetween, a large contact surface and thus a secure position for the container 1 standing on a support results.
  • the suspension device 12 is a flat and flake-like designed flap with a closed bore 13.
  • the container 1 has a plane of symmetry, namely the median plane 14, which runs parallel to the planar side walls 3 and centrally thereto.
  • the plane of the flat, leaflet-like tab 12 lies in this median plane 14.
  • the container 1 shown in the figures also has other planes of symmetry. Such a further plane of symmetry runs perpendicular to the center plane 14 and also extends through the neck 5. This further plane of symmetry is in the Fig. 2 provided with the reference numeral 16.
  • the container 1 For administering the fluid food in the container 1, the container 1 is hung on the suspension device 12 in a suitable manner and thus arranged upside down.
  • the container according to the invention can be cleaned quickly and easily, for example, by being washed in a dishwasher. This makes it possible to use the container according to the invention multiple times and thus to save costs.
  • the container 1 according to the invention can stand independently on a base, the handling, for example the storage and filling, is facilitated, which likewise leads to a cost saving.
  • the container 1 is provided with a plurality of Congressnskalmaschineen 15, 17, by means of which the amount or volume of existing in the container 1 fluid food can be read visually from the outside.
  • the quantity scale 15 is an outlet scale 15, by means of which it is possible to read the size of the volume of fluid food remaining in the container 1 in the inverted state or in the suspended state, wherein this outlet scale 15 is mounted and considered in that the container 1 collapses during the leakage of the food contained therein and thus coincides.
  • the inlet scale 17 indicates the volume filled in the container 1 when the container 1 is "normal” (nozzle 5 is at the top) and it is assumed that the container 1 is in the non-collapsed state and thus its available internal volume has.
