After the adjustment of the fastening portion 70 along the slot-like recesses 66, 67, 68, 69, the screws 75, 76 are tightened and thereby the fastening portion 70 is clamped non-positively with the profile section 6.

Die Fig. 13 bis 16 zeigen schematisch das Herstellungsverfahren eines erfindungsgemäßen Flügels. Die vier Profilabschnitte 5, 6, 7, 8 werden in ihre Montageposition gebracht (Pfeile in Fig. 13). Die als Eckwinkel ausgebildeten Fixierelemente 82 werden mit den Profilabschnitten 5, 6, 7, 8 in Anlage gebracht (Pfeile in Fig. 13). Es wird die in Fig. 14 dargestellte Montageposition erreicht. Die Fixierelemente 82 werden mittels einer Spanneinrichtung 83 in dieser Position gehalten. (Fig. 15). Jetzt werden die Scheiben 2, 3 aufgeklebt. Nach Aushärten des Klebers wird zuerst die Spanneinrichtung 83 und dann die Fixierelemente 82 entfernt (Pfeile in Fig. 16), wonach die Profilabschnitte 5, 6, 7, 8 allein durch die Scheiben 2, 3 aneinander gehalten werden.The Fig. 13 to 16 show schematically the manufacturing method of a wing according to the invention. Claims (10)

  1. Door leaf (1) or window casement (1),
    comprising two spaced-apart, parallel panes (2, 3) which are held peripherally by a support profile, forming a support frame, which lies substantially between the panes (2, 3) and connects both panes (2, 3),
    wherein the support profile (4) comprises an upper horizontal profile section (5), two vertical profile sections (6, 7) and a lower horizontal profile section (8), and
    wherein the profile sections (5, 6, 7, 8) can be connected to the panes (2, 3) by means of an adhesive connection, and
    wherein a fixing device is present by means of which the profile sections (5, 6, 7, 8) are assembled to form a frame prior to the adhesive bonding with the panes (2, 3), and
    wherein the fixing device is designed in such a way that it can be removed again after the adhesive bonding of the profile sections (5, 6, 7, 8) with the panes (2, 3),
    characterized
    in that the profile sections 5, 6, 7, 8) are held together solely by means of the panes (2, 3) after the adhesive bonding of the profile sections (5, 6, 7, 8) with the panes (2, 3).
  2. Leaf/casement according to Claim 1,
    characterized in that the fixing device comprises a plurality of fixing elements (82) which can be connected to the profile sections (5, 6, 7, 8).
  3. Leaf/casement according to Claim 2,
    characterized in that the fixing elements (82) can in each case be arranged in the region of adjacent profile sections (5, 6, 7, 8).
  4. Leaf/casements according to Claim 2,
    characterized in that the fixing element (82) are designed as corner angles.

    characterized in that the fastening device is designed as a magnet device by means of which the fastening device can be affixed on the profile sections (5, 6, 7, 8).
  10. Method for producing a door leaf (1) or a window casement (1),
    wherein the leaf/casement (1) comprises two spaced-apart, parallel panes (2, 3) which are held peripherally by a support profile (4), forming a support frame, which lies substantially between the panes (2, 3) and connects both panes (2, 3), and
    wherein the support profile (4) comprises an upper horizontal profile section (5), two vertical profile sections (6, 7) and a lower horizontal profile (8), and
    wherein the profile sections (5, 6, 7, 8) are connected to the panes (2, 3) by means of an adhesive connection, and
    wherein the profile sections (5, 6, 7, 8) are assembled to form a frame by means of a fixing device prior to the adhesive bonding with the panes (2, 3), and
    wherein the profile sections (5, 6, 7, 8) join together in the mounting position by means of the fixing device are then adhesively bonded to the panes (2, 3), and
    wherein the fixing device is removed again after the adhesive bonding of the aforementioned profile sections (5, 6, 7, 8) with the panes (2, 3),
    characterized
    in that the profile sections (5, 6, 7, 8) are held together solely by means of the panes (2, 3) after the adhesive bonding of the aforementioned profile sections (5, 6, 7, 8) with the panes (2, 3).
