Definitions
- the invention relates to a wing of a door or a window according to the preamble of patent claim 1 and a method for producing a wing of a door or a window according to the preamble of claim 10.
- a wing of a door or a window which has two mutually spaced parallel lying discs, which are peripherally held by a lying largely between the discs and both discs connecting, forming a support frame support profile.
- the support profile comprises an upper horizontal profile section, two vertical profile sections and a lower horizontal profile section, wherein the profile sections are connectable by means of an adhesive connection with the discs.
- corner angles are provided by means of which the profile sections are connectable to each other. This is expensive to assemble and takes up space in the area of the profile sections, which is then no longer available for other purposes, for example, for installing fittings.
- the support profile comprises an upper horizontal profile section, two vertical profile sections and a lower horizontal profile section, wherein said profile sections are connectable by means of an adhesive connection with the discs.
- the fixing device comprises corner angles, by means of which the profile sections can be connected to one another. This is done by screwing the corner bracket with the profile sections. This is expensive to assemble and takes up space in the area of the profile sections, which is then no longer available for other purposes, for example, for installing fittings.
- Another, disclosed in this document fixing the profile sections is that the profile sections have a threaded sleeve into which a screwing the adjacent profile section screw is screwed. The preparation of such, provided with a threaded sleeve profile is complex, and also the threaded sleeve takes up an installation space, which then can not be used otherwise.
- the DE 27 13 929 A1 describes a further embodiment of a wing, the brackets of the fixing are removed before the final bonding of the profile sections again by the profile sections are pushed together and break the strap here at their predetermined breaking points.
- the invention has for its object to further develop a generic wing easy to install and save space and to create a manufacturing process for this wing.
- the fixing device is designed so that it can be removed again after the gluing of said profile sections with the discs, after which the profile sections are held together only by the discs. This eliminates the need for complex bonding of the profile sections with the fixing before gluing with the discs.
- the profile sections do not require any receiving and fastening devices for the fixing device, so that reduces the production cost of the profile sections.
- the fact that the fixing device is removed after bonding the profile sections with the discs it takes no installation space in the wing to complete. The reusability of the fixing device also saves costs.
- the fixing device may have a plurality of fixing elements, which are connectable to the profile sections.
- the fixing elements can each be arranged in the region of adjoining profile sections, wherein they can be formed as a corner angle.
- the fixing elements can be designed so that the adjoining profile sections can be brought into their mounting position by the shape of the fixing elements, so that the fixing elements serve as mounting jigs for the frame to be mounted.
- the fixing device may have a fastening device for its temporary connection with the profile sections.
- This can be designed as a clamping device with which the fixing device can be clamped with the profile sections. This eliminates the temporary direct and fixed connection the fixing elements with the profile sections, which therefore need not have their own fastening devices for the fixing for this purpose.
- the fastening device may be designed as a screw device, with which the fixing device can be screwed to the profile sections.
- the fastening device is designed as a magnetic device with which the fixing device can be adhered to the profile sections.
- Fig. 1 shows a wing 1 with pivot fittings 27, 42 in an oblique view. Since the essential components of the wing 1 between the glass sheets 2, 3 are arranged concealed, the wing 1 is shown here as an exploded view.
- the wing 1 comprises a substantially between the discs 2, 3 arranged support profile 4, which consists of an upper horizontal profile section 5, vertical profile sections 6, 7 and a lower horizontal profile section 8 (the profile sections 5, 6, 7, 8 are in this figure only shown in simplified form, while they are described in detail in the following figures with reference to sectional representations).
- the swivel fitting 27 has a fastening section 28 which engages through a recess 26 of the larger pane 2 and through a recess 25 of the upper horizontal profile section 5 into a receiving region 20 of the upper horizontal profile section 5. Above the receiving area 20 there are further, designed as slots recesses 24 in the upper horizontal profile section 5. The recesses 24, 25, 26 are introduced before joining the profile sections 5, 6, 7, 8 with the discs 2, 3.
- the door rail is connected to the closer shaft of a bottom door closer, not shown here, which also forms the lower pivot bearing of the wing 1, and passes with its elongated mounting portion 43 whose torque in the wing 1.
- a bottom door closer not shown here
- the disk 2 and the lower horizontal profile section 8 each have a recess 50, 49, through which the fastening portion 43 of the pivot fitting 42 engages in a receiving region 78 of the lower horizontal profile section 8.
- Above the reception area 78 are further, designed as slots, not visible here recesses in the lower horizontal profile section 8.
- the recesses 49, 50 are introduced before joining the profile sections 5, 6, 7, 8 with the discs 2, 3.

- a sectional view of this determination of the pivot fitting 42 is in the Fig. 5 shown in detail.
- Fig. 2 is the upper horizontal profile section 5 of the support section 4 in the original state, that is shown prior to bonding with the discs and before the introduction of the recesses.
- the profile section 5 has laterally planar connecting regions 9, 10, on which the discs 2, 3 can be fixed, for example by gluing.
- two webs 13, 14 are integrally formed on the profile section 5, which have projections 15, 16 at their ends.
- a receiving portion 17 is formed, which is formed by the projection 15 of the web 13 as an undercut groove and can serve for example for receiving a sealing strip, not shown, which can be latched in the undercut groove ,
- the profile section 5 also has three formed as a closed profile chambers receiving areas 19, 20, 21, which are separated by shelves 61, 62, 63 from each other.
- Fig. 3 is the profile section 5 described above after the introduction of the assembly of the swivel fitting according to Fig. 1 necessary recesses 23, 24, 25 and after bonding with the discs 2, 3 shown.
- a spacer 22 is disposed in the space between the panes 2, 3, which may contain an air drying agent. The space located between the profile section 5 and the spacer 22 is filled by the mass of a bond 81.
- a plurality of slot-like recesses 24 along the longitudinal axis of the profile section 5 in the intermediate bottom 62 of the profile section 5 are introduced.
- At least one recess 23 is made in the overlying intermediate floor 61 of the profile section 5, the cross section of which passes through and the actuation the screws in each possible adjustment position allowed.
- the recess 23 may extend over all underlying recesses 24 together, or each slot-like recess 24 may be associated with a likewise slot-like separate recess 23.
- the Fig. 4 shows the profile section 5 described above after assembly of the swivel fitting according to Fig. 1 ,
- the attachment portion 28 of the pivot fitting 27 engages, the recess 26 of the disc 2 and the lateral recess 25 of the profile section 5 by cross-section, in the receiving area 20 of the profile section 5 a.
- upper recesses 23, 24 through a screw 30 is screwed into the threaded bore 29 of the mounting portion 28 of the pivot fitting 27.
- the width of the slot-like recess 24 substantially corresponds to the diameter of the screw shaft of the screw 30, while the length of the slot-like recess 24 determines the adjustment range of the pivot fitting 27 along the longitudinal axis of the profile section 5, ie perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.
- the screw head of the screw 30 is actuated by the overlying recess 23, whose width is greater than the diameter of the screw head of the screw 30.
- the lower receiving portion 21 of the profile section 5 is not used in this determination of the pivot fitting 27.
- Fig. 5 the determination of the lower pivot fitting 42 in the lower horizontal profile section 8 of the support section 4 is shown in detail.
- This profile section 8 is deviating from the above-described upper horizontal profile section:
- the two discs 2, 3 close flush with each other at the bottom edge while forming a fold at their other edges.
- the profile section 8 has at the edge four webs 31, 32, 33, 34, each with a projection 35, 36, 37, 38, wherein the outer webs 31, 34 are angled and largely surround the edges of the discs 2, 3 as edge protection.
- the inner webs 32, 33 form with the outer webs each have a receiving area 39, 40, which is formed by the projections 35, 36, 37, 38 as an undercut groove and can serve, for example, for receiving not shown here floor sealing strips, which in the undercut Groove are latched.
- the profile section 8 also has between the discs 2, 3, two receiving areas 41, 78, wherein the lower receiving area 78 is formed as an edge-open groove and the upper receiving portion 41 as a closed chamber.
- the glass plate 2 and the profile section 8 largely congruent recesses 50, 49, which compared to the cross section of the mounting portion 43 of the pivot fitting 42 an adjusting movement at least along the longitudinal axis have the profile section 8 permissible excess.
- a plurality of slot-like recesses 48 are introduced in the intermediate bottom 79 between the central receiving areas 41, 78 of the profile section 8 . These are penetrated by screws 47, which, in each case holes in the mounting portion 43 of the lower pivot fitting 42 by cross-threading into threaded holes of a clamping piece 45 are screwed, which is inserted into the upper receiving portion 41 of the profile section 8.
- the width of the slot-like recess 48 substantially corresponds to the diameter of the screw shaft of the screw 47, while the length of the slot-like recess 48 determines the adjustment range of the pivot fitting 42 along the longitudinal axis of the profile section 8, ie perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.
- FIG. 6 as an exploded view embodiment differs from the above-described embodiment in that the determination of the lower pivot fitting 42 in the lower horizontal profile section 8 of the support section 4 is analogous to the attachment of the upper pivot fitting 27, ie without additional clamping piece by the mounting portion 43 of the lower Swivel fitting 42 has threaded holes 53, in which the screws, slot-like recesses 52 in the lower horizontal profile section 8 by cross-fitting, are directly screwed. Through the slot-like recesses 52, an adjustability of the lower pivot fitting 42 along the longitudinal axis of the profile section 8 is made possible.
- the sectional views of the Fig. 7 to 9 show that the vertical profile sections 6, 7 in cross-section that in the FIGS. 2 to 4 already described upper horizontal profile section 5 can correspond.
- the profile sections 5, 6, 7, 8 have predetermined breaking points for opening the recesses on demand.

The fixing device is designed so that it can be removed again after the gluing of said profile sections with the discs, after which the profile sections are held together only by the discs. This eliminates the need for complex bonding of the profile sections with the fixing before gluing with the discs. In addition, the profile sections do not require any receiving and fastening devices for the fixing device, so that reduces the production cost of the profile sections. The fact that the fixing device is removed after bonding the profile sections with the discs, it takes no installation space in the wing to complete. The reusability of the fixing device also saves costs.

The
At the upper
