  • the inner diameter of the sleeve 19 and the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 25 of the shutter 17 are selected so that the sleeve 19 guides the displacement of the shutter 17 along longitudinal axis A and avoids lateral displacement of the shutter 17 and any misalignment of the shutter 17 with respect to longitudinal axis A.

  • shutter 17 does not come into contact with the valve seat 7 so that the pump housing 2 is prevented from being worn out and/or damaged by the shutter 17; the fastening member 16, the shutter 17, the helical spring 18 and the sleeve 19 can be assembled so as to form the valve assembly 35 before inserting it into the valve seat 7 so simplifying the assembling steps; and, should some part of the valve assembly 35 be worn out or damaged during use, the valve assembly 35 can be easily and conveniently be replaced by a new assembly 35 without calling for the replacement of the high-pressure fuel pump 1.

Claims (12)

  1. Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe (1), die aufweist: ein Pumpengehäuse (2); einen Kraftstoffzufuhrkanal (3); und ein Kraftstoffzufuhrventil (4), das sich längs einer Längsachse (A) erstreckt, längs des Zufuhrkanals (3) angeordnet ist und einen Ventilsitz (7) aufweist, der direkt in das Pumpengehäuse (2) eingearbeitet ist; einen Schließer (17), der zwischen einer geschlossenen und einer geöffneten Position im Ventilsitz (7) beweglich ist; ein Befestigungselement (16), das geeignet ist, am Pumpengehäuse (2) befestigt zu werden; eine Schraubenfeder (18), die geeignet ist, den Schließer (17) zur geschlossenen Position vorzuspannen; und eine Hülse (19), die an dem Befestigungselement (16) angebracht ist und einen Dichtungsring (30) aufweist, der einen Kraftstoffdurchgang und einen Anschlag für den Schließer (17) definiert, um es zu ermöglichen, daß der Schließer (17) den Kraftstoffdurchgang verschließt; wobei die Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß der Dichtungsring (30) mit dem Ventilsitz in einer fluiddichten Weise gekoppelt ist und das Befestigungselement (16) aufweist: einen Bolzen (20), der in den Ventilsitz (7) geschraubt ist; einen ersten Vorsprung, der in die Hülse (19) eingepreßt ist, und einen zweiten Vorsprung, der in die Schraubenfeder (18) eingepreßt ist.
  2. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (19) den Schließer (17) und die Feder (18) beherbergt.
  3. Pumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (19) am Befestigungselement (16) durch Pressung angebracht ist.
  4. Pumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubenfeder (18) am Befestigungselement (16) durch Pressung angebracht ist.
  5. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (19) mit einer erste Anzahl Öffnungen (33) versehen ist, die in nächster Nähe zum Dichtungsring (30) angeordnet sind, um den Kraftstoff, der durch den Kraftstoffdurchgang des Dichtungsrings (30) fließt, zur Außenseite der Hülse (19) fließen zu lassen, wenn das Ventil (4) geöffnet ist.
  6. Pumpe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (19) mit einen zweiten Anzahl Öffnungen (34) versehen ist, die in der Mitte der Hülse (19) längs der Längsachse (A) angeordnet sind.
  7. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (19) und der Schließer (17) gleitend gekoppelt sind, so daß die Hülse (19) die Verschiebung des Schließers (17) längs der Längsachse (A) führt und eine seitlichen Verschiebung des Schließers (17) und jede Fehlausrichtung des Schließers (17) bezüglich der Längsachse (A) vermeidet.
  8. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (16) mit einem Durchgangsloch (23) versehen ist, das sich längs der Längsachse (A) erstreckt; wobei der Ventilsitz (7) in einer fluiddichten Weise durch einen weiteren Bolzen (15) verschlossen ist.
  9. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließer (17) speerförmig ist und einen Schaft (26) aufweist, der in die Schraubenfeder (18) eingepreßt ist.
  10. Pumpe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließer (17) ein Sackloch (27) aufweist, um die träge Masse des Schließers (17) zu reduzieren.
  11. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtungsring (30) eine freie Kante der Hülse (19) definiert.
  12. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtungsring (30) mit einer äußeren Dichtungsfläche (31), die zur Form einer gekrümmten Oberfläche (10) des Ventilsitzes (7) paßt, und einer inneren Dichtungsfläche (32) versehen ist, die zur Form des Schließers (17) paßt.
