Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbindungsklemme für elektrische Leiter. Die Klemme arbeitet mit Blattfederzungen, die aus einem Stück Federstahlblech freigeschnitten (oder freigestanzt) sind und besitzt eine Stromschiene, die sich über alle Klemmstellen erstreckt. Es ist die Aufgabe gestellt, die Bauhöhe der Klemme zu verringern. Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch eine neue Positionierung der Randbereiche des Federstahlbleches jeweils eng benachbart zum elektrischen Leiter. Die Bauhöhenreduzierung wird auch durch eine neue Konfiguration des Kontakteinsatzes mit einer besonderen Vorverformung der Blattfederzungen erreicht.

The invention relates to a connection terminal for electrical conductors. The clamp works with leaf spring tongues that are cut out (or punched out) from a single piece of spring steel sheet and has a busbar that extends over all terminal points. It is the task set to reduce the height of the terminal. The problem is solved by a new positioning of the edge regions of the spring steel sheet each closely adjacent to the electrical conductor. The height reduction is also achieved by a new configuration of the contact insert with a special pre-deformation of the leaf spring tongues.
