Claims (5)

  1. Échangeur thermique, en particulier refroidisseur d'huile (1), constitué de plaques d'échangeur thermique (10) empilées les unes dans les autres avec un bord (11) en forme de bac et avec des canaux d'écoulement (5), situés entre celles-ci, pour des milieux d'échange thermique,
    comprenant des canaux d'amenée et d'évacuation (20, 22),
    et comprenant une plaque de fixation (2, 3, 4) en trois parties présentant des trous (30) en coïncidence pour la fixation de l'échangeur thermique dans toutes les trois plaques de fixation (2, 3, 4),
    la plaque d'échangeur thermique (10) la plus basse reposant sur une première plaque de fixation (2) qui présente des ouvertures (21) pour l'amenée et l'évacuation des milieux,
    une deuxième plaque de fixation (4) disposée sur celle-ci comprenant une découpe (26) dont le bord (25) est façonné pour s'appliquer contre le bord (11) en forme de bac de la plaque d'échangeur thermique (10) la plus basse,
    une troisième plaque de fixation (3) étant disposée en dessous de la première plaque de fixation (2) et présentant également les ouvertures (21) et les trous (30), la première et la troisième plaque de fixation (2, 3) étant réalisées, au niveau des ouvertures (21), pour recevoir des joints d'étanchéité (41).
  2. Échangeur thermique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bord (25) de la découpe (26) présente un angle de flexion qui correspond à l'angle du bord (11) en forme de bac.
  3. Échangeur thermique selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le bord (25) de la découpe (26) dans la plaque de fixation (2 ou 3) est entaillé ou découpé au niveau des coins (52).
  4. Échangeur thermique selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le joint d'étanchéité (41) est serré entre un bord d'ouverture recourbé de l'une des plaques de fixation et un bord d'ouverture plan de l'autre plaque de fixation.
  5. Échangeur thermique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la découpe (26) dans la plaque de fixation (3 ou 4) est, avant que le façonnage du bord (25) ne soit effectué, plus petite que la surface de base de la plaque d'échangeur thermique (10).
