Claims (22)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Umhüllungsmaterial, folgende Schritte beinhaltend:
    - Veranlassen des Vorschubs eines Endlosstreifens aus Umhüllungsmaterial (1) entlang eines vorbestimmten Zufuhrpfades (P) in einer vorbestimmten Vorschubrichtung (A);
    - Bearbeiten eines vorbestimmten Bereichs (2) des Umhüllungsmaterialstreifens (1), um eine Reihe aufeinanderfolgender und voneinander beabstandeter Schlitze oder Einschnitte (4) in dem vorbestimmten Bereich (2) des Streifens anzufertigen, wobei jeder Schlitz oder Einschnitt (4) eine quer zu der Vorschubrichtung (A) verlaufende geometrische Komponente aufweist;
    - Anbringen eines Bändchens (7) mit kleinen Querabmessungen auf dem Streifen (1) entlang des vorbestimmten Bereichs (2);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner beinhaltet: den Schritt des Anfertigens einer Reihe U-förmiger Einkerbungen (10) in dem vorbestimmten Bereich (2) des Streifens (1), der nach dem Schritt des Anbringen des Bändchens (7) ausgeführt wird, wobei die U-förmige Einkerbung (10) eine Greiflasche (11) des Bändchens (7) bildet, die zu einem entsprechenden Schlitz (4) hin gezogen werden kann, um das Umhüllungsmaterial aufzureißen; sowie die weiteren, im Anschluss an den Schritt des Anfertigens der U-förmigen Einkerbungen (10) ausgeführten Schritte zum:
    - Aufteilen des Streifens (1) in einzelne Blättchen (13), so dass jedes Blättchen (13) eine U-förmige Einkerbung (10) und eine Reihe von Schlitzen (4) aufweist, die in dem vorbestimmten Bereich (2) des Streifens angefertigt und voneinander beabstandet sind, und
    - Zuführen der Blättchen (13) zu einer Umhüllungseinheit.
  2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Umhüllungsmaterial, folgende Schritte beinhaltend:
    - Veranlassen des Vorschubs eines Endlosstreifens aus Umhüllungsmaterial (1) entlang eines vorbestimmten Zufuhrpfades (P) in einer vorbestimmten Vorschubrichtung (A);
    - Bearbeiten eines vorbestimmten Bereichs (2) des Umhüllungsmaterialstreifens (1), um eine Reihe aufeinanderfolgender und voneinander beabstandeter Schlitze oder Einschnitte (4) in dem vorbestimmten Bereich (2) des Streifens anzufertigen, wobei jeder Schlitz oder Einschnitt (4) eine quer zu der Vorschubrichtung (A) verlaufende geometrische Komponente aufweist;
    - Anbringen eines Bändchens (7) mit kleinen Querabmessungen auf dem Streifen (1) entlang des vorbestimmten Bereichs (2);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner beinhaltet:
    - einen Schritt des Anfertigens einer Reihe U-förmiger Einkerbungen (10) in dem vorbestimmten Bereich (2) des Streifens (1), der nach dem Schritt des Anbringen des Bändchens (7) ausgeführt wird, indem jede U-förmige Einkerbung (10) in einer Position zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Schlitzen (4) angefertigt wird, wobei die U-förmige Einkerbung (10) eine Greiflasche (11) des Bändchens (7) bildet, die zu einem entsprechenden Schlitz (4) hin gezogen werden kann, um das Umhüllungsmaterial aufzureißen; worin der Schritt des Anfertigens einer Reihe U-förmiger Einkerbungen (10) in dem vorbestimmten Bereich (2) des Streifens (1) ausgeführt wird, indem die U-förmigen Einkerbungen (10) so in einer Position angeordnet werden, dass zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden U-förmigen Einkerbungen (10) eine Reihe von Schlitzen (4) enthalten ist; und
    - einen nach dem Schneiden der U-förmigen Einkerbungen (10) ausgeführten Schritt des Aufwickelns des Umhüllungsmaterialstreifens (1) auf eine Rolle zur Verwendung durch eine Umhüllungseinheit.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin der Schritt des Anfertigens zumindest eines Schlitzes (4) vor dem Schritt des Anbringens des Bändchens (7) mit kleinen Querabmessungen ausgeführt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, worin der Schritt des Anbringens des Bändchens (7) mit kleinen Querabmessungen vorsieht, dieses Bändchen (7) so anzuordnen, dass es mit zumindest einem Abschnitt (4a) des zumindest einen Schlitzes (4) übereinstimmt.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, worin der Schritt des Anbringens des Bändchens (7) mit kleinen Querabmessungen vorsieht, dieses Bändchen (7) entlang des zumindest einen Schlitzes (4) anzuordnen.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, worin der Schritt des Anfertigens des zumindest eines Schlitzes (4) vorsieht, den Schlitz (4) rechtwinklig zu der Längsausdehnung des Bändchens (7) mit kleinen Querabmessungen anzuordnen.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, worin der Schritt des Anfertigens des zumindest eines Schlitzes (4) vorsieht, den Schlitz (4) schrägwinklig zu der Längsausdehnung des Bändchens (7) mit kleinen Querabmessungen anzuordnen.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, worin der Schritt des Anfertigens des zumindest eines Schlitzes (4) vorsieht, einen V-förmigen Schlitz (4) anzufertigen, der eine Spitze (9) aufweist, über der das Bändchen (7) angebracht wird.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, worin der zumindest eine V-förmige Schlitz (4) so angeordnet ist, dass die Spitze (9) in eine Richtung weist, die mit der Aufreißrichtung (B) des Bändchens (7) mit kleinen Querabmessungen übereinstimmt.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, worin der zumindest eine V-förmige Schlitz (4) so angeordnet ist, dass die Spitze (9) in eine Richtung weist, die entgegengesetzt zur Aufreißrichtung (B) des Bändchens (7) mit kleinen Querabmessungen liegt.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, das einen Schritt des Anfertigens einer Reihe von Schlitzen (4) entlang des vorbestimmten Bereiches (2) des Streifens beinhaltet.
  12. Packung, die mit einer Schutzumhüllung (16) versehen ist, die aus einem Blättchen aus Umhüllungsmaterial (1) und einem Bändchen (7) mit kleinen Querabmessungen besteht, das mit einem vorbestimmten Bereich (2) des Materials (1) verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Umhüllung (16) Folgendes aufweist:
    - eine Reihe von Schlitzen (4), die in dem vorbestimmten Bereich (2) des Umhüllungsmaterials (1) angefertigt und voneinander beabstandet sind, wobei jeder Schlitz (4) eine geometrische Komponente aufweist, die quer zu der Längsausdehnung des Bändchens (7) mit kleinen Querabmessungen verläuft; und
    - eine U-förmige Einkerbung (10), die in dem vorbestimmten Bereich (2) des Umhüllungsmaterials (1) angefertigt ist und eine Lasche (11) an einem Ende des Bändchens (7) bildet, die ergriffen und gezogen werden kann, um die Umhüllung (16) aufzureißen.
  13. Packung nach Anspruch 12, worin der zumindest eine Schlitz (4) im Wesentlichen geradlinig ist.
  14. Packung nach Anspruch 13, worin das Bändchen (7) über einem mittleren Abschnitt (4a) des zumindest einen Schlitzes (4) angeordnet ist, der zwischen zwei entsprechenden Enden (4b) dieses Schlitzes (4) liegt.
  15. Packung nach Anspruch 13, worin das Bändchen (7) über einem Ende (4b) des zumindest einen Schlitzes (4) angeordnet ist.
  16. Packung nach Anspruch 13, worin der Schlitz (4) entlang des Bändchens (7) angeordnet ist.
  17. Packung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, worin sich der zumindest eine Schlitz (4) rechtwinklig zu der Längsausdehnung des Bändchens (7) erstreckt.
  18. Packung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, worin sich der zumindest eine Schlitz (4) schrägwinklig zu der Längsausdehnung des Bändchens (7) erstreckt.
  19. Packung nach Anspruch 12, worin der zumindest eine Schlitz (4) eine V-artige Form aufweist, über deren Spitze (9) das Bändchen (7) mit kleinen Querabmessungen angeordnet ist.
  20. Packung nach Anspruch 19, worin die Spitze (9) des zumindest einen Schlitzes (4) in eine Richtung weist, die mit der Aufreißrichtung (B) des Bändchens (7) übereinstimmt.
  21. Packung nach Anspruch 19, worin die Spitze (9) des zumindest einen Schlitzes (4) in eine Richtung weist, die entgegengesetzt zur Aufreißrichtung (B) des Bändchens (7) liegt.
  22. Zigarettenschachtel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Packung (15) nach den Ansprüchen 12 bis 21 beinhaltet.
