Abstract

The igniter has control units (1), which are moved manually and used for temporary voltage generation. A linear or rotary movement is executed with the control units. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zündvorrichtung für Gaswasserheizer nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
Gaswasserheizer dienen der Trinkwassererwärmung im Durchlaufverfahren. Bekannte Gaswasserheizer besitzen eine Brennkammer, die einen Zündbrenner, einen Hauptbrenner sowie einen Wärmetauscher umfasst. Am im Randbereich des Hauptbrenners angeordneten Zündbrenner brennt eine permanent brennende Zündflamme geringer Leistung, die dem Zünden des Hauptbrenners dient. Der Hauptbrenner dient dem Verbrennen eines Gas-Luft-Gemischs, das bei einer Wärmeanforderung in entsprechender Größe freigegeben wird. Die bei der Verbrennung entstehenden Heizgase geben ihre Wärmeenergie über den Wärmetauscher an den Trinkwasserstrom ab.
Eine übliche Methode, den Zündbrenner in solchen Gaswasserheizern zu zünden, ist die Funkenzündung. Hierbei wird auf Knopfdruck sowohl der Zündgasstrom freigegeben als auch der Zündfunken generiert. Als Energiequelle für den Zündfunken dient oft eine Batterie, so kann auf einen elektrischen Anschluss an das allgemeine Stromnetz verzichtet und der Gaswasserheizer autark betrieben werden. Allerdings muss in regelmäßigen Abständen die Batterie ausgetauscht werden, die darüber hinaus als Abfall eine erhebliche Umweltbelastung darstellt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Zündvorrichtung zu schaffen, die einerseits keinen festen elektrischen Anschluss benötigt, andererseits aber auch auf Batterien als Energiequelle verzichtet.

Im Sinne einer Funktionsintegration kann das Bedienelement neben seiner Einbindung in die Zündvorrichtung noch eine weitere Einstellfunktion für den Betrieb des Gaswasserheizers, wie zum Beispiel die eines Temperaturwählers, erfüllen.
Mit dieser Erfindung wird eine Zündvorrichtung geschaffen, die einerseits keinen festen elektrischen Anschluss benötigt, andererseits aber auch auf Batterien als Energiequelle verzichtet. Bei Belegung vorhandener Bedienelemente mit einer Doppelfunktion kann auf ein zusätzliches Bedienelement zur Spannungserzeugung verzichtet werden.
