Claims (12)

  1. Fenêtre oscillo-battante (1) comprenant
    a) un cadre de dormant (2) et un battant (3) pouvant être basculé par rapport au cadre de dormant (2) autour d'un axe de rotation (X) horizontal et pouvant tourner autour d'un axe de rotation vertical, ledit battant étant doté d'un cadre de battant (4),
    b) un ciseau oscillo-battant servant à ouvrir et à fermer le battant (3), sachant que le ciseau oscillo-battant (6) présente un bras principal (10) articulé au niveau du cadre de battant (4), servant à faire basculer le battant (3),
    c) un dispositif d'entraînement (12) à motorisation électrique doté d'une chaîne de poussée (14) servant à ouvrir le battant (3) dans sa position basculée et servant à fermer le battant (3) hors de sa position basculée, sachant que la chaîne de poussée (14) vient en prise au niveau du bras de ciseau principal (10),
    caractérisée en ce que
    d) le ciseau oscillo-battant présente en outre un mécanisme à articulations multiples (11), venant en prise au niveau du bras principal (10) et au niveau du cadre de dormant, servant à faire tourner le battant autour de l'axe de rotation vertical, et
    e) la chaîne de poussée (14) vient en prise au niveau du bras de ciseau principal (10) dans sa zone d'extrémité de ce dernier tournée en direction du mécanisme à articulations multiples.
  2. Fenêtre oscillo-battante (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une bride de fixation (17) est disposée, de préférence est formée, au niveau de la zone d'extrémité du bras de ciseau principal (10) en direction du mécanisme à articulations multiples, bride de fixation au niveau de laquelle, est fixée la chaîne de poussée (14) côté cadre de dormant, côté extrémité.
  3. Fenêtre oscillo-battante (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la bride de fixation (17) est orientée de manière verticale par rapport au
    plan du bras de ciseau principal.
  4. Fenêtre oscillo-battante (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le bras de ciseau principal (10) est fixé, au moyen du mécanisme à articulations multiples (11), par plusieurs autres bras de mécanisme (18, 19) pouvant être tournés et/ou être coulissés les uns par rapport aux autres, au niveau du cadre de dormant (2), sachant que le mécanisme à articulations multiples (11) est configuré pour déplacer le cadre de battant (4) par rapport au cadre de dormant (2) dans une position de rotation autour de l'axe de rotation vertical.
  5. Fenêtre oscillo-battante (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le ciseau oscillo-battant (6) est maintenu dans un boîtier de ciseau (7), de manière à pouvoir être coulissé au niveau du montant supérieur horizontal (8) du cadre de battant et de manière à pouvoir pivoter par l'intermédiaire d'un bras supplémentaire(9).
  6. Fenêtre oscillo-battante (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (12) présente un boîtier d'entraînement (13), qui est disposé dans la zone de pliage au niveau d'un montant vertical du cadre de battant (16).
  7. Fenêtre oscillo-battante (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier d'entraînement (13) accueille un moteur électrique, un mécanisme et la chaîne de poussée (14) lorsque le battant est fermé.
  8. Fenêtre oscillo-battante (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la chaîne de poussée (14) est guidée au niveau du mécanisme à articulations multiples (11), par le dispositif d'entraînement (12) dans le pli (15), au niveau du montant vertical du cadre de battant en direction de l'extrémité du bras de ciseau principal.
  9. Fenêtre oscillo-battante (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 5 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le bras de ciseau principal (10) repose, lorsque le battant se trouve dans l'état fermé ou dans l'état ouvert par rotation, au niveau du montant supérieur horizontal (8) du cadre de battant (4) par le bras supplémentaire (9) dans la position parallèle étirée.
  10. Fenêtre oscillo-battante (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme à articulations multiples (11) et le compas d'ouverture sont adaptés l'un à l'autre de telle manière que les deux bras de mécanisme (18, 19), et non le bras de ciseau principal, modifient leur position lors de l'opération d'ouverture dans la position de rotation par rapport au cadre de battant.
