Claims (14)

  1. Straßenausstattung, umfassend einen Rahmen (2), eine Abdeckung oder einen Deckel (1) und eine Vorrichtung zum Verriegeln und Entriegeln der Abdeckung (1) auf dem Rahmen (2) anhand eines Schlüssels (3), umfassend einen Riegel (6), der mit der Abdeckung (1) fest verbunden ist, die eine Öffnung (4) zum Zugriff auf den Riegel (6) für den Schlüssel (3) aufweist, der einen Arm (7) umfasst, dessen eines Ende (8) die Betätigung des Riegels (6), wenn der Schlüssel (3) in die Öffnung (4) der Abdeckung (1) eingeführt ist, von einer Verriegelungsposition, in der ein Sperrbolzen (14) des Riegels (6) von einer Raste (32) des Rahmens (2) unverlierbar festgehalten wird, in eine Entriegelungsposition, für welche der Sperrbolzen (14) aus der Raste (32) gelöst wird, ermöglicht, wobei der Riegel (6) einen Läufer (13) umfasst, der in der Abdeckung (1) drehbar angebracht ist, der über eines seiner Enden durch die Öffnung (4) hindurch zugänglich ist und den Sperrbolzen (14) an seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende trägt, um das Verschwenken des Sperrbolzens (14) um die Längsachse des Läufers (13) herum unter der Einwirkung des Schlüssels (3) zwischen seinen unverlierbar festgehaltenen und aus der Raste (32) gelösten Positionen zu ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (6) eine Schraubendrehfeder (30) umfasst, die konzentrisch auf dem Läufer (13) des Riegels (6) angebracht ist, wobei ihr eines Ende sich unter der Abdeckung (1) abstützt und ihr gegenüberliegendes Ende mit dem Läufer (13) fest verbunden ist, um auf den Läufer (13) ein Kräftepaar zum Rückstellen des Riegels (6) in seine Verriegelungsposition auszuüben, um die Einführung des Sperrbolzens (14) in die Raste (32) und das Wiedereinsetzen der Abdeckung (1) auf den Rahmen (2) zu verhindern, wenn die Abdeckung (1) zuvor von dem Rahmen (2) entfernt wurde, und dass der Schlüssel (3), wenn er sich mit seinem Ende (8) mit dem entsprechenden Ende (28) des Läufers (13) in Eingriff befindet, die Drehung des Riegels (6) in seine Entriegelungsposition gegen das Drehmoment zum Rückstellen der Drehfeder (30) und die Einführung des Sperrbolzens (14) in die Raste (32) ermöglicht.
  2. Ausstattung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende der Drehfeder (30), das demjenigen gegenüberliegt, das sich unter der Abdeckung (1) abstützt, sich auf einer Stütze (26) abstützt, die mit dem Läufer (13) quergerichtet fest verbunden ist, um das freie Ende (26a) der Stütze (26), das sich unter der Abdeckung (1) abstützt, elastisch zu belasten, um den Riegel (6) in seiner Verriegelungsposition zu halten.

  4. Ausstattung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehfeder (30) und die Stütze (26) zwischen den ersten und zweiten parallelen Stützwänden (10, 19) des Läufers (13) angeordnet sind.
  5. Ausstattung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Läufer (13) eine im Allgemeinen zylindrische Achse (15), die den Teil bildet, der drehbar durch die erste Wand (10) hindurch angebracht ist, und einen zylindrischen Ansatzkörper (17) mit Sperrbolzen (14), der den anderen Teil des Läufers (13) bildet, der durch die zweite Wand (19) hindurch drehbar angebracht ist, umfasst, wobei die zylindrische Achse (15) koaxial in eine Bohrung (21) des Ansatzkörpers (17) eingreift und mit diesem Körper über zwei zusammenwirkende Abflachungen (22, 23), jeweils der Achse (15) und der Bohrung (21) des Ansatzkörpers (17) drehfest verbunden ist.

Ausstattung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrische Achse (15) und der Ansatzkörper (17) des Läufers (13) miteinander verschiebungsmäßig fest verbunden sind über eine Schraube (24), die durch die Achse (15) und den Ansatzkörper (17) geht und es ebenfalls ermöglicht, die Stütze (26) an dem Ansatzkörper (17) zu befestigen.
  7. Ausstattung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehfeder (30) zwischen dem Ansatzkörper (17) und einer Unterlegscheibe (31) angeordnet ist, die sich auf der Außenseite der ersten Wand (10) abstützt, und die Achse (15) des Läufers (13) einen Kopf (28) umfasst, der das Ende bildet, in welches das Ende (8) des Schlüssels (3) eingreifen kann, wobei der Kopf (28) sich auf der Innenseite der ersten Wand (10) über eine Unterlegscheibe (29) abstützt.

Ausstattung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (4) eine L-Form aufweist, deren einer Schenkel parallel zu der ersten Wand (10) es dem Arm (7) des Schlüssels (3) ermöglicht, drehmäßig betätigt zu werden, um von einer seiner Verriegelungs- und Entriegelungspositionen des Riegels (6) in die andere zu gehen, jeweils mit dem Rückstelldrehmoment und gegen das Rückstelldrehmoment, das von der Drehfeder (30) ausgeübt wird, sobald das Ende (8) des Arms (7) sin in dem entsprechenden Ende (28) des Läufers (13) in Eingriff befindet, und eine Verschiebung des Arms (7) rechtwinklig zu dieser Wand untersagt, wenn er sich in diesem Schenkel befindet, wobei das Ende (8) des Arms (7) des Schlüssels (3) sich mit dem entsprechenden Ende (28) des Läufers (13) in Eingriff befindet.
  9. Ausstattung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (5) eine geneigte Wand (11) aufweist, welche die Führung des Endes (8) des Arms (7) des Schlüssels (3) in der Vertiefung (5) auf dem Boden derselben sicherstellt, um es anschließend diesem Arm zu ermöglichen, verschiebungsmäßig in eine Position in Eingriff mit dem entsprechenden Ende (28) des Läufers (13) bewegt zu werden.
  10. Ausstattung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende (8) des Arms (7) des Schlüssels (3) eine zylindrische Hülse ist, deren Achse zur Achse des Arms (7) rechtwinklig ist und die in der Vertiefung (5) auf dem Boden derselben durch eine geradlinige Rinne (12) geführt wird, die in der geneigten Wand (11) ausgebildet ist.
  11. Ausstattung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrbolzen (14) zylinderausschnittsförmig ist.
  12. Ausstattung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütze (26) ein freies Ende (26b) aufweist, das rechtwinklig umgebogen ist und sich unter der Abdeckung (1) abstützt unter der Einwirkung des Rückstelldrehmoments, das von der Drehfeder (30) ausgeübt wird.
  13. Ausstattung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden (30a, 30b) der Drehfeder (30) in parallelen und entgegengesetzten Richtungen rechtwinklig umgebogen sind.
  14. Ausstattung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kette (27) an dem Ende (26b) der Stütze (26) befestigt ist, um das Verschwenken des Riegels (6) in seine Entriegelungsposition von unterhalb der Abdeckung (1) sicherzustellen.
