Claims (10)
- Betonschalungselement (9) für Becken (5), das eine längliche Form aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, horizontal für die Schalung des Beckens angeordnet zu werden, und umfassend eine Schalungsplatte (24), die eine Schalungsfläche (29) und eine der Schalungsfläche (29) gegenüberliegende hintere Fläche aufweist, wobei das Schalungselement (9) hinter der Schalungsplatte (24) mindestens ein Hauptanschlussprofil (15) umfasst, das sich entlang des Schalungselements (9) erstreckt und an der Peripherie der Schalungsplatte (24) befestigt ist, wobei der Abschnitt (25) der Schalungsplatte (24), der entlang des Hauptanschlussprofils (15) angeordnet und dazu bestimmt ist, vertikal angeordnet zu werden, einen Querschnitt entlang einer Ebene senkrecht auf das Profil (15) aufweist, der entlang des Hauptanschlussprofils (15) konstant ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Schalungsplatte (24) einen seitlichen Absatz (10) aufweist, wobei ein Abschnitt (27) der Schalungsplatte (24), der sich in einem Abstand zu dem Hauptprofil (15) befindet, seitlich nach hinten zum Abschnitt (25) der Schalungsplatte (24) versetzt ist, und dass das Hauptanschlussprofil (15) eine Kontaktfläche (17) senkrecht zum Abschnitt (25) der Schalungsplatte (24), wo das Profil (15) befestigt ist, aufweist, wobei die Kontaktfläche (17) dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer entsprechenden Kontaktfläche eines angrenzenden Schalungselements (11) in Kontakt zu kommen.
- Schalungselement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Anschlussprofil (15) eine Positionierfläche (18) aufweist, die mit mindestens einer Nut (19, 19a) parallel zum Abschnitt (25) der Schalungsfläche (29), wo das Profil (15) befestigt ist, versehen ist, wobei die Nut (19) einen Anschlag in eine Richtung senkrecht auf den Abschnitt (25) der Schalungsfläche (29) bildet.
- Schalungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend Rippen (30) zur mechanischen Verstärkung der Schalungsplatte (24).
- Verwendung von Betonschalungselementen (7, 8, 9, 11, 12), von denen mindestens eines einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 entspricht, für die Herstellung einer Mauer (4) eines Beckens (5), das dazu bestimmt ist, in die Erde versenkt zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Schalungselemente (8, 12) gegenüber beiderseits eines Raums (3) angeordnet sind, der dazu bestimmt ist, den Beton aufzunehmen, dass mindestens ein Schalungselement (9, 12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 an der Peripherie seiner Schalungsfläche (29, 13a) mit einem weiteren Schalungselement (11) verbunden ist, und dass die Schalungselemente (9, 11, 12) nach dem Festwerden des Betons demontiert werden.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 4 für die Herstellung eines Schwimmbeckens (5), bei dem eine Randplatte (4) bodenbündig ist, bei dem die Randplatte (4) dazu bestimmt ist, einen Bodenbelag (49) aufzunehmen, und einen Plattenrand (48) aufweist, der breiter als die Mauer (4) ist und auf dem Schalungselement (9) aufliegt, und bei dem die Mauer (4) und der Plattenrand (48) gemeinsam mit Beton gegossen werden.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5 für die Herstellung eines dichten Beckens (5), bei dem zwei aneinandergrenzende Schalungselemente (7-8, 9-11, 11-12) durch Spannelemente (20), die mit freien Anschlägen (22, 22a) versehen sind, zusammengefügt sind.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, bei der die beiden aneinandergrenzenden Schalungselemente (7-8, 9-11, 11-12) ausgerichtet werden, wobei sie auf Nuten (19) von zwei Positionierflächen (18) von zwei Anschlussprofilen (15) der beiden Schalungselemente (7-8, 9-11, 11-12) zur Anlage gelangen, wobei die beiden Positionierflächen (18) einander seitlich gegenüberliegend positioniert werden, und wobei die beiden Profile (15) aneinander gedrückt werden, bis es zu einem Kontakt zwischen zwei Kontaktflächen (17) der Profile (15) kommt.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, bei der eine erste Schalungsfläche (1) zusammengefügt wird, wobei eine Vielzahl von Schalungselementen (7, 8) derart ausgerichtet werden, dass die Schalungsflächen jedes Schalungselements auf einer selben Seite (6) der Schalungsfläche (1) sind; eine zweite Schalungsfläche (2) zusammengefügt wird; die beiden Schalungsflächen (1, 2) in einem Abstand zueinander und einander gegenüber gehalten werden; Beton zwischen die beiden Schalungsflächen (1, 2) gegossen wird; die Schalungselemente (7-8, 9-11, 11-12) demontiert werden, um die Betonmauer (4) freizugeben und die Schalungselemente (7-8, 9-11, 11-12) wiederzuverwenden.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 8, bei der für das Halten der beiden Schalungsflächen (1, 2) in Bezug zueinander rohrförmige Vorrichtungen (44) verwendet werden, die axial starr sind und eine einstellbare radiale Biegsamkeit aufweisen, und bei der der Beton gegossen wird, wenn die radiale Biegsamkeit der Vorrichtungen relativ steifer ist, und die radiale Biegsamkeit der rohrförmigen Vorrichtungen (44) verändert wird, um sie aus dem starren Beton zu entfernen.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 8 für die Herstellung von Schwimmbeckenmauern (4), die vertikal über einer Betonbodenplatte (41) aufragen, bei der eine Vielzahl von Absätzen auf der Bodenplatte (41) angeordnet werden, und die unteren Teile der ersten und zweiten Schalungsflächen (1, 2) an den gegenüberliegenden Enden der Absätze mit Hilfe von Befestigungsflanschen außerhalb des Raums (3), der dazu bestimmt ist, den Beton aufzunehmen, anliegend gehalten werden, die erste Schalungsfläche mit Hilfe von Stabilisierungsstützen, die sich im Inneren des Schwimmbeckens befinden, vertikal gehalten wird, die relative Position der oberen Teile der ersten und zweiten Schalungsflächen (1, 2) mit Hilfe von Abstandshaltern, die nicht durch den Raum (3), der dazu bestimmt ist, den Beton aufzunehmen, hindurchgehen, aufrechterhalten wird.
