Claims (17)

  1. Balustrade avec un panneau (2) et un dispositif de support (1) pour le panneau (2), en particulier une vitre, pour l'appui du panneau (2) formant la balustrade, avec un élément de support (15) appuyant le bas du panneau (2), et un élément d'appui (8) bloquant l'élément de support (15), prévu directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'éléments (10, 11) sur un plafond (3) ou sur un sol,

    la surface de l'élément de support (15) donnant sur le panneau (2) ait une grande étendue (21), l'élément de support (15) étant conçu de sorte que la surface entière du panneau (2) est visible de l'extérieur, que moyennant une couche adhésive (22), le panneau (2) est collé sur la surface à grande étendue de l'élément de support (15) donnant sur celui-ci et qu'il est inséré dans le panneau (2) un équipement de sécurité (23) permettant d'appuyer le panneau (2) directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'éléments (24, 26) sur l'élément de support (15).
  2. Balustrade d'après la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'équipement de sécurité (23) consiste en du moins un insert (24) réalisé de préférence en métal.
  3. Balustrade d'après la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    au moins deux inserts (24) voisins sont entourés par un élément de sécurité (26) qui les raccorde l'un à l'autre.
  4. Balustrade d'après une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'élément de sécurité (26) et le ou les inserts (24) sont insérés dans un perçage conique (25) pratiqué dans le panneau (2) et s'amincissant en direction de l'élément de support (15) et que l'élément de sécurité (26) est lié par les inserts (24) respectifs et par une vis (31) avec l'élément de support (15).
  5. Balustrade d'après la revendication 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la vis (31) est fixée par une filetage (34) dans l'insert (24) et qu'un interstice (33) est prévu entre la tête (32) de la vis (31) et la face de portée (35) de l'élément de support (15) qui lui est assignée.
  6. Balustrade d'après la revendication 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'écartement entre la tête de vis (32) et la face de portée (35) correspond à la limite de dilatation de la couche adhésive (22) fixant le panneau (2) à l'élément de support (15).
  7. Balustrade d'après une des revendications 5 ou 6,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    entre la tête de vis (32) et la face de portée (35), il est prévu un corps d'amortissement (39), de préférence une rondelle conique.
  8. Balustrade d'après une des revendications 4 ou 5,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    les contours extérieurs des inserts (24) et de l'élément de sécurité (26) épousent le contour intérieur du perçage (25) et qu'ils y sont insérés en état monté.
  9. Balustrade d'après une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le panneau (2) est composé de deux tronçons (4,5) liés entre eux par une ou par plusieurs feuilles collantes (6) et que le perçage (25) est pratiqué dans le tronçon (4) du panneau (2) donnant sur l'élément de support (15).
  10. Balustrade d'après la revendication 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le panneau (2) sert de pare-vue pour un plafond non divisé ou divisé (3) et que l'extrémité inférieure libre du panneau (2) est retenue par une glissière d'appui (29) par laquelle les tronçons (4, 5) du panneau (2) sont liés rigidement entre eux.
  11. Balustrade d'après la revendication 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la glissière d'appui (29) est liée directement ou par une ou plusieurs traverses (30) avec l'élément de support (15).
  12. Balustrade d'après une des revendications 6 à 9,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    entre les deux tronçons (4, 5) du panneau (2), il est monté un pare-vue (7) s'étendant au niveau du plafond (3) et recouvrant l'élément de support (15) de l'extérieur.
  13. Balustrade d'après une des revendications 1 à 12,

    l'extrémité libre du panneau (2) formant la terminaison de la balustrade est retenue par une main courante (28).

    caractérisée en ce que

    entre l'élément de support (15) et l'élément d'appui (8), il est prévu une ou plusieurs vis d'écartement (18) se laissant visser dans un taraudage ou des taraudages (17) pratiqué(s) dans l'élément d'appui (8), et dont la tête de portée permet de régler l'écartement entre l'élément de support (15) et l'élément d'appui (8).
