Abstract
Description
21.The invention relates to a container according to the preamble of
Known are u.a. Bottle-like container having a recess or depression in the form of a container bottom opposite to a container mouth that the container bottom is concavely curved on its bottom or container outer surface. Containers of this type are known in particular with a volume of 5 or 10 liters and serve, for example, as a water tank for mineral or table water and are recorded or attached in the case of use with their mouth in a water dispenser.
As a rule, such and other containers for transport and / or storage and / or sale are bundled together, for example as so-called multipacks, in which a plurality of containers are shrunk into a shrink-wrapped package, known as trays, in which a plurality of containers are arranged even without a film on a cardboard with upstanding corners or wall areas, as so-called Shrinktrays, where a plurality of containers are arranged on a trough-like carrier made of cardboard and secured there by a shrunken shrink film, or as so-called shrinkpads in which a substantially flat paperboard carrier a plurality of containers are secured by a shrunk shrink film.
A disadvantage of the known containers, especially in the known shrink trays and shrinkpads, that a stable stacking of these containers, e.g. on pallets for the transport and / or storage, especially higher bundles of charges are not possible, but rather result in stacking the known container very unstable stack.
The invention has for its object to show a container which avoids the disadvantages mentioned. To solve this problem, a container according to the
The container formation according to the invention makes it possible to arrange a plurality of containers to form a stack of packs, in such a way that the containers of a lower, each of two arranged in the stack of packs containers with their upper container sections through the support openings of the overlying container through into a free space of the extend over it lying container, the (free space) is formed by the convex container bottom of the container stack in the overlying container. This results in a variety of advantages.
Due to this intermeshing of the containers, the stability of the bundle stack is substantially increased, in particular lateral slippage of the individual bundles in the bundle stack is prevented, at least made more difficult.
Furthermore, the height of a bundle stack is reduced by the inventive design of the container or by the intermeshing of the container, which also contributes to the stability of the bundle stack or creates the opportunity to increase at a predetermined maximum height of the bundle stack the number of recorded in this bundle stack container ,
By interlocking the container, the containers are protected at its neck and mouth area from damage.
With appropriate design of the carrier openings in terms of size and / or shape can also be achieved that the weight forces in the bundle stack do not act on the container mouths or the local closures, but for example on the adjoining the container mouth of each container, towards the container bottom widening shoulder area or on a provided on the container flange or collar, whereby the burden or the risk of damage to individual containers is reduced in the threaded stack.

In the figures, 1 strongly bulbous bottle-like container made of a suitable plastic, such as PET, which are strongly concave on the underside of their
The
A special feature of the
Another special feature of the
If the cutting out of the
As shown in Figures 2 and 4, the described training of the container has 4 u.a. the advantage that a plurality of
With the exception of the
A relief is the
Figures 6 and 7 show very schematically the functional elements of a machine or apparatus for producing the
Following this, the sheet-like film material is fed to a cutting
In the
The perforating
In the direction of transport A, this cutting
According to the invention, it is likewise provided to provide the
It is also provided according to the invention to provide not only a complete removal or a complete leave with regard to the removal of the
It goes without saying that shearing or punching of the sheet-
The invention has been described above by means of an embodiment.
