Description

Presswalzen-Ringbandage und Verfahren zu ihrer Hersteilung Press roller ring bandage and method for its production
B E S C H R E I B U N GDESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a ring bandage with wear-resistant Oberflä¬ surface for a press roller for the compressive stress of granular material, in particular for roller presses for Gutbettzerkleinerung. Moreover, the invention relates to a method for manufacturing such a press roll ring bandage.
In roll mills, granular, brittle material to be ground is fed into the roll gap, by means of which the two rotatably mounted counterrotatable rolls are separated from one another, where they are subjected to pressure comminution. Also known is the so-called comminuted comminution in the nip of a high-pressure roller mill, also called a roller press, in which the individual particles of the comminuted material drawn in by friction into the nip are bedded in a bed of material. H. be crushed each other in a mixed between the two roll surfaces material bulk with application of a high pressure. In this case, the roll surfaces are exposed to high wear stress, so that at least the following requirements are imposed on such roll surfaces:
They are to have a high resistance to wear, can be manufactured inexpensively, can be repaired by the operator of the roller press, and also have a good intake behavior for the product to be comminuted. From the article of the journal "ZKG International" No. 7/1997, pages 384 to 392 it is on page 384 paragraph 1 for Verschlei߬ protection in high-pressure roller presses known that roll bandages made of chilled cast iron can be advantageous because of their high compressive strength and that high service life of the roller press can be achieved with bandages made of alloyed nodular cast iron, wherein in material science the term spheroidal cast iron is understood to mean cast iron with spherical graphite. It is also known from the reprint from the journal "construct + pour" 1988 No. 1 of the headquarters for casting use, Dusseldorf with the essay "cast iron with Kugel¬ graphite" (Ductile cast iron) pages 13-16, the nodular cast iron by a special heat treatment, To give the so-called bainite grade a high ductility and compressive strength.
It is known from EP-A 0 563 564 and EP-A 0 916 407 to produce the chilled cast iron roll mantle from a bainitic cast iron alloy and, in order to increase the wear resistance and the comminution property on the outer circumferential surface of the roll mantle, surface profiling Hard-facing welding materials. Although hardfacing beads are able to contribute to improving the intake behavior of the feedstock, they are not suitable for autogenous wear protection, because hardfacing beads with their typical rounded profile can not permanently hold the good material reaching into the spaces between the weld beads.
Finally, it is known from EP-B 0 516 952 FIG. 2 to make the roller surface of roller presses more wear-resistant by providing a multiplicity of prefabricated hard metal bodies, such as, for example, on the roller surface. B. knob stud is arranged, which are incorporated in corresponding blind holes of the roll shell. In this so-called grid armor stand the nubbly bolt with such a large amount outward from the Walzenoberflä¬ surface and they are ange¬ arranged with such a distance from each other, that remain in the operation of the roller press on the roll surface, the spaces between the stud bolts with the compressed together feinkörnigen Gutmaterial, which forms an autogenous wear protection for the roll surfaces and has a good intake behavior due to its roughness. This known roll surface armor with alternately zones highly wear-resistant material and gap zones other wear resistance has been proven in the Gutbettzerkleinerung particular ore material in practice.
The invention is based on the object, in particular for the press rolls of roller presses for the pressure granulation of granular material, to create a ring bandage whose outer surface always has a high wear resistance, without embedded hard metal bodies such as, for example. B. need to apply bolts produced by powder metallurgy Noppen¬.
This object is achieved according to the invention with the claimed in claim 1 ring bandage, which is produced by the method having the features of claim 5. Advantageous Ausgestal¬ obligations of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
Die erfindungsgemäße Ringbandage bildet also selbsthärtende Rand¬ schichten. The material of the annular bandage according to the invention for a press roll, in particular for comminution of granular material, consists of spheroidal graphite cast iron with bainitic structure with retained austenite, this material being so adjusted in its property that it has such a ductility that the ring bandage, the wall thickness can be up to about 500 mm, without shrinkage on a roll body with shaft journals firmly shrink. Surprisingly, it has been shown that through external pressure load of the bandage surface of the casting material hardens on its surface and in its peripheral layers by formation of martensite. That is, in the Ringban¬ invention days the greatest hardness and wear resistance is essentially on the surface and in the outer layers of the bandage and not in the radially inner regions of the bandage. The hardness in the edge layers of the bandage forms and renews itself again and again during operation of the roll machine until the bandage has been consumed after a long period of time down to the structurally necessary residual wall thickness. The ring bandage according to the invention thus forms self-hardening edge layers.
In the outer surface of the annular bandage spaced-apart recesses are formed, for. B. molded during casting and / or molded by mechanical processing in particular Nutenschlei¬ fen, so that in operation of the Walzenmäschine in the Nuten¬ recesses of the profiled outer surface of the annular bandage to be treated Gutmaterial is pressed, which remains there during the roller revolutions, an autogenous wear forms contactor for the drum surfaces and due to its Rau¬ ability also has a good intake behavior. In this case, the profiling protrusions of the bandage surface that are located between the spaced groove recesses can still be armored by build-up welding beads consisting of hard material. This additional armoring of the ring bandage according to the invention creates no problems since the welding stresses arising during buildup welding are almost neutralized by the dimensioning and geometric distribution of the material bumps between the spaced grooves and thus the crack formation of the annular bandage material in this way is avoided by welding. The method for producing a press roller ring bandage for the compressive stress granular material especially for roller presses for Gutbettzerkleinerung according to the invention gekennzeich¬ net, that the ring bandage is cast first of cast iron with nodular graphite with at least the alloying elements Ni and Mo while avoiding a pearlitic structure and by a subsequent heat treatment and subsequent controlled cooling Ab¬ the cast body is given a bainitic structure with retained austenite, which by pressure load on the outer surface of the annular bandage in their operation whose outer surface layers are cured again and again to form martensite. The shaping of the surface profiling of the annular bandage is in particular accomplished by groove grinding.
The invention and its further features and advantages will be explained in more detail an¬ hand of Ausführungs¬ schematically illustrated in the drawing.
Es zeigt:It shows:
Fig. 1 : die Ansicht einer Presswalzenwelle einer Gutbettzerklei- nerungs-Rollenpresse mit aufgeschrumpfter Ringbandage im Schnitt gezeichnet, und1: the view of a press roll shaft of a Gutbettzerklei- nerungs roller press with shrunk ring bandage drawn in section, and
Fig. 2: einen äußeren Ausschnitt aus dem Umfang der Ringban¬ dage der Fig. 1 gezeigt im Vertikalschnitt quer zur Wal¬ zenachse.FIG. 2 shows an outer section of the circumference of the Ringban¬ dage of FIG. 1 in a vertical section transversely to Wal¬ zenachse.
According to Fig. 1, a ring base 10 with a wall thickness of z. B. 170 mm to 500 mm attached, in particular by shrinking. The material of the bandage 10 consists of nodular cast iron with Bavarian structure with retained austenite. In the surface layer 11 of the annular bandage 10, the roll surface contains high levels of martensite, which are formed again and again by external pressure loading of the bandage surface, in particular during operation of the press roll. The pressing-pressure occurring during the comminution in the nip of a roller press can be e.g. B. greater than 100 MPa and the specific pressing force z. B. 8 to 10 t / cm roll width. The hardness of the ring bandage according to the invention can, for. B. be about 40 HRC. The hardness and wear resistance form and renew during operation of the press roll over and over again until the ring bandage has been used up after a long period of time.
According to the drawing embodiment of FIG. 2, depressions which are spaced apart from one another are formed in the outer surface of the annular bandage 10, 11, namely grooves 12, 13 which may be molded by casting, but are produced in particular by mechanical processing such as grooving. In this case, the profiling projections of the drum surface lying between the spaced recesses 12, 13 can still be armored by hard-application welding beads 14 or by other hard materials.
During operation of the roller press during the comminution in the recesses 12, 13 with a groove width of z. B. 10 to 15 mm pressed material forms an autogenous wear protection, whereby the already high wear resistance of the surface of the ring bandage 10 according to the invention is still increased.
