Claims (6)

  1. System zur transversalen Befestigung eines Rohrs an einer Schale (1), das umfasst:
    - eine in die Schale (1) eingearbeitete Aufnahme, die die Positionierung des Rohrs hinsichtlich seiner Befestigung an der Schale (1) gewährleistet,
    - einen Verriegelungsclip (10), der das Rohr in seiner vorhergehenden Stellung blockiert,
    - wobei die Aufnahme und der Clip (10) mit Mitteln zur Verriegelung aneinander und Mitteln zur Positionierung zueinander in der Richtung der Achse des Rohrs ausgestattet sind,
    - wobei die Aufnahme aus einer Aussparung (6) mit offenen axialen Enden besteht, die in einen Vorsprung (5) eingearbeitet ist, der über die Schale (1) hinausragt, wobei die Aussparung (6) ein Volumen hat, das teilweise das Rohr umschließt, wobei der Clip (10) das verbleibende Volumen bedeckt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Wände der Aufnahme an ihrem freien Ende zwei elastisch verformbare Verlängerungen (7, 7') aufweisen, deren Außenseiten Ausstülpungen (8, 8') aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit entsprechenden Reliefs (11, 11') zusammenzuarbeiten, die im Clip (10) angeordnet sind, wobei die Verlängerungen (7, 7') und die Reliefs (11, 11') bei Annährung Clip (10)/Aufnahme bis zur elastischen Entspannung beim Einrasten des Clips (10) auf dem Vorsprung (5) elastisch verformt werden, wobei sich Wände (16, 16'; 18, 18'), die jeweils zu den Ausstülpungen (8, 8') und den Reliefs (11, 11') gehören und etwa senkrecht in Richtung der Befestigung ausgerichtet sind, dann gegenüber befinden.
  2. Befestigungssystem nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen Wände (15, 15'; 17, 17') der Ausstülpung (8, 8') der Verlängerung (7, 7') und des Reliefs (11, 11'), deren Zusammenarbeit die elastische Verformung vor Verriegelung erlaubt, in einem Winkel geneigt sind, der ähnlich ist und mit umgekehrtem Vorzeichen im Verhältnis zur Richtung F der Befestigung.
  3. Befestigungssystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Clip (10) axial verlaufende Rippen (13, 13'; 14, 14') aufweist, die auf der einen und der anderen Seite von Endöffnungen (12, 12') angeordnet sind und in der Richtung der Achse des Rohrs einen Abstand begrenzen, der etwa der axialen Länge der Verlängerungen (7, 7') der Aufnahme entspricht.
  4. Befestigungssystem nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (6) zylindrisch verläuft und die Öffnungen an den jeweiligen axialen Enden der Aussparung (6) und des Clips (10) komplementäre Kreisabschnitte sind.
  5. Befestigungssystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (5) mit der Schale (1) ein Teil bildet und mit dieser in einem Stück geformt wird.
  6. Verwendung eines Befestigungssystems nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zur Befestigung eines Sitzgestellmetallrohrs hinter einer Rückenlehne (2) oder einer Sitzfläche (3) angewendet wird, die von einer Kunststoffschale (1) gebildet werden.
