Definitions
- the invention relates to a support disk for the mounting of a rotor of an open-end spinning machine, comprising a hub ring which is enclosed on the outer peripheral side by a support ring, wherein the hub ring and the support ring each consist of a polymeric material.
- Such a support disk is from the DE 41 36 793 C1 known.
- the hub ring is enclosed on the outer peripheral side directly adjacent to the support ring.
- the hub ring consists of a polymeric material having a modulus of elasticity of 7,000 to 13,000 N / m 2 , a heat resistance of 150 ° C to 250 ° C and an elongation at break of 1.3% to 3%.
- Such a support disk is simple and inexpensive to produce. It should be noted, however, that in the existing of a polymeric material support body during normal use and heavy mechanical stress, for example by flexing, the heating may increase such that the support ring is thermally damaged.
- the hub ring consists in this support disk made of a metallic material, which is unsatisfactory in production engineering and economic terms.
- the hub ring must be pretreated comparatively complex in order to be connected to the existing of polymeric material support ring.
- the hub ring is designed as a composite part and consists of at least two different materials, wherein the hub ring consists of a metallic and a polymeric material, which are non-positively and / or positively connected to each other.
- the hub ring is formed by a disc made of aluminum, which is partially covered by a plastic body.
- the disc made of aluminum and the plastic body are durable by mechanical Verkrallung interconnected.
- the known support disk has a good thermal conductivity and a good, high mechanical strength.
- the invention is based on the object to further develop a support disk so that the aforementioned disadvantages are avoided.
- the heat dissipation from the support ring can be significantly improved, so that the performance properties, even at high mechanical stress, are improved during a long service life.
- the support plate should be simpler and cheaper to produce economically and has a lower inertial mass.
- a support disk for supporting a rotor of an open-end spinning machine comprising a hub ring and the hub ring at least partially enclosing with radial spacing support ring, wherein the hub ring and the support ring each consist of a polymeric material and wherein the hub ring at least its outer peripheral surface at least partially has a metallization arranged in the gap formed by the gap, which contacts the inner circumference of the support ring and extends axially to at least one of the end faces of the support disk.
- a support disk in such a support disk is advantageous in that it has a total of only a low weight, which does not differ significantly from supporting disks without metallization, in which the hub ring and the support ring each consist of a polymeric material. Due to the low inertial mass energy consumption during braking and starting operations when piecing the open-end spinning machine is reduced to a minimum. It is also advantageous that the heat dissipation from the support ring to the environment works similarly well as support disks, the hub ring is designed as a comparatively expensive and laborious to be machined aluminum part. The metallization dissipates the operational heating of the support ring via the metallization out of it to the environment. The risk of thermal damage to the support ring are thereby limited to a minimum.
- the support disk is simple and inexpensive, even on a large scale, produced.
- good heat dissipation from the support disk to the environment know the support disk on a good dimensional stability, so that even in long-term use a secure fixing of the hub ring on a shaft, for example by a low-cost press connection, can be achieved.
- the metallization is both firmly connected to the hub ring and fixed to the support ring.
- the extent of the metallization axially up to at least one of the end faces of the support disk ensures that the dissipated heat is released to the ambient air of the support disk.
- the heat dissipation is improved from the support disk when the outer peripheral surface of the hub ring is completely covered by the metallization.
- a further, significant improvement of the heat removal from the support disk to the environment is achieved if at least one of the end faces of the hub ring is covered by the metallization, more preferably if both end faces of the hub ring are covered by the metallization.
- the annular surfaces of the end faces based on the frontal annular surfaces of the gap between the hub ring and support ring much larger, so that even with a large mechanical load of the support ring, for example by flexing, large amounts of heat given by the metallization to the environment.
- a further improved heat dissipation from the support disk can be achieved in that the inner peripheral side surface of the hub ring is at least partially, preferably completely, covered by the metallization.
- the heat transfer from the support disk takes place in such a case not only on the frontal metallization of the support disk to the ambient air but also by a heat transfer from the metallized inner peripheral surface of the hub ring on the shaft on which the hub ring is mounted
- the maximum thermal conductivity from the support disk to the environment is achieved when the entire surface of the hub ring is covered by the metallization.
- the relatively higher cost for the complete metallization of the hub ring is opposed by a maximum heat dissipation from the support ring.
- the claimed support disk has a low inertial mass, is simple and inexpensive to produce, has only a low energy consumption during braking and starting operations and good heat dissipation from the support ring.
- a particularly safe and durable fixing of the hub ring of a shaft for example, by simple axial pressing of the hub ring on the shaft can be achieved in that the inner circumference of the hub ring has at least one radially inwardly open groove in which a congruent designed, annular insert made of tough material, such as a metallic material, is arranged.
- the insert may be annular or in the form of a polygon or polygonal ring. Outside the outer side, the insert can be rerändelt example to increase the Oberertlächenrauhtechnik. As a result, a durable clawing of the insert is achieved with the hub ring.
- a secure press fit is thereby also during a long service life secured and generally known in mechanical engineering, complex shaft hub connections, such as polygonal profiles or spline connections, are unnecessary for most applications.
- the hub ring and the insert forms a preassembled unit.
- the insert and the metallization can essentially consist of a matching material. Due to the matching materials, the coefficients of thermal expansion also coincide, so that undesired stresses within the support disk can be at least partially compensated.
- the metallization may have a thickness which is at most 3 mm. Preferably, the metallization is 0.001 to 1.0 mm thick. The cost / benefit ratio is particularly good in such a case.
- the thickness of the metallization can be made thinner, for example, if the material from which the metallization consists, has a very good thermal conductivity, such as copper or some precious metals.
- the metallization can be applied by well-known methods on the existing of a polymeric material hub ring, for example by electroplating, painting, coating by means of water transfer printing, vacuum coating or vapor deposition. Metallizing by means of thermoforming systems or physical vapor deposition is also conceivable.
- the metallization can be made of metal or alloys of copper, zinc, aluminum, chromium, nickel, tin or iron alloys, such as steel or stainless steel.
- precious metals can also be used for metallization.
- the metallization can be designed as a single layer. It is advantageous that such a coating is simple and quick to carry out and that the support disk is thereby overall easy and inexpensive to produce.
- the metallization is multilayered.
- the combination of the advantageous properties of different metals is possible, for example, good thermal conductivity of copper, covered by a particularly corrosion-resistant layer of tin.
- the support disc comprises the hub ring 1, which consists of polymeric material, wherein the entire surface 10 of the hub ring 1 is covered by the metallization 5.
- a metallization 5 which covers only partial areas of the entire surface 10, for example only the end faces 7, 8 and the outer peripheral side surface 3 of the hub ring 1, is also conceivable.
- the metallization 5 serves to dissipate heat from the support ring 2 to the environment 15, partial metallizations 5 are to be implemented in a coherent manner, so that a heat transfer is possible between the partial metallizations 5.
- FIG. 2 and 3 two different embodiments are shown, wherein in each case the entire surface 10 of the hub ring 1 of the Metallization 5 is covered. Zeichnerisch the metallization 5 is shown by the boundary lines of the hub ring 1.
- the hub ring 1 is formed substantially I-shaped and has within its radial extent uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction openings 16 which are penetrated by the polymeric material of the support ring 2.
- the support ring 2 has in the embodiment shown here a substantially U-shaped profile which encloses the I-shaped profile of the hub ring 1 with radially inwardly projecting legs 17, 18.
- the legs 17, 18 are connected by the apertures 16 of the hub ring 1 into one another, whereby the support ring 2 is fixed not only in an adhesive manner, indirectly by the metallization 5, on the hub ring 1, but additionally on the basis of a mutual, form-fitting Enclosure of hub ring 1 and support ring 2. Even at very high speeds, this is a färbkraftbadingte detachment of the support ring 2 from the hub ring 1 is not to be feared.
- FIG. 3 an embodiment is shown, similar to the embodiment of FIG. 2, wherein in addition an annular insert 13 is provided which is arranged in a arranged on the inner circumference 11 of the hub ring 1, radially inwardly open groove 12 of the hub ring 1.
- the insert 13 is designed congruent to the groove 12 and fits flush with the surface in the inner periphery 11 of the hub ring 1 a.
- the insert 13 is in the embodiment shown here from the same material as the metallization 5. The thermal expansion of the metallization 5 and the insert 13 are therefore substantially coincident.
- the metallization 5 causes a good heat dissipation from the support ring 2 to the environment 15, wherein the heat dissipation corresponds substantially to the heat dissipation of a correspondingly shaped support disk with hub ring made of aluminum.
- the support disk according to the invention however easier and less expensive to produce and has a lower inertial mass, which is advantageous in terms of their deceleration or acceleration.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
