Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren bzw. in einer Vorrichtung zum Anspinnen eines Fadens (F) in einer Offenend-Spinnmaschine (1) wird ein neu angesponnener Faden (F) mit Hilfe eines in einer längs der Spinnmaschine (1) verfahrbaren Wartungseinrichtung (10) angeordneten Hilfswalzenpaares (12) vorübergehend aus einer Spinnstelle (2) abgezogen, bevor er an ein Hauptabzugswalzenpaar (6) übergeben wird. Das Hilfswalzenpaar (12) umfasst hierbei wenigstens eine angetriebene Antriebsrolle (12a) und eine an diese anpressbare Anpressrolle (12b). Der angesponnene Faden (F) wird in Bezug auf das Hilfswalzenpaar (12) durch eine Changiervorrichtung (19) changiert.
