Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wärmetauscher für Abgasleitungen sowie ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. Der Wärmetauscher weist eine innere gewellte Schlauchleitung auf, die ringgewellt ist und sich konzentrisch zu einer äußeren Mantelleitung erstreckt, wobei im äußeren Strömungsraum zwischen der Mantelleitung und der gewellten Schlauchleitung Abstandselemente angeordnet sind. Durch dornloses gleichzeitiges Umformen von Schlauchleitung und Mantelleitung werden gekrümmte Wärmetauscherbereiche erstellt, in denen die Schlauchleitung und die Mantelleitung ihre axiale Erstreckungsrichtung ändern. The invention relates to a heat exchanger for exhaust pipes and a method for its production. The heat exchanger has an inner corrugated hose line which is corrugated and extends concentrically to an outer sheath line, wherein spacer elements are arranged in the outer flow space between the sheath line and the corrugated hose line. By thornless simultaneous forming of hose and sheathed cable curved heat exchanger areas are created in which the hose and the sheath line change their axial extension direction.
