Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wärmetauscher für Abgasleitungen sowie ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. Der Wärmetauscher weist eine innere gewellte Schlauchleitung auf, die ringgewellt ist und sich konzentrisch zu einer äußeren Mantelleitung erstreckt, wobei im äußeren Strömungsraum zwischen der Mantelleitung und der gewellten Schlauchleitung Abstandselemente angeordnet sind. Durch dornloses gleichzeitiges Umformen von Schlauchleitung und Mantelleitung werden gekrümmte Wärmetauscherbereiche erstellt, in denen die Schlauchleitung und die Mantelleitung ihre axiale Erstreckungsrichtung ändern.
