Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Stator für eine Exzenterschneckenpumpe mit einem Mantel aus Stahl oder dergleichen und einer gewendelten Elastomerauskleidung, der aus mindestens zwei, axial aneinander gereihten Statorsegmenten zusammengesetzt ist. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen derartigen Stator sowie ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung zur Verfügung zu stellen, bei dem die Verbindung zwischen zwei Statorsegmenten auch bei Drücken über 80 Bar dicht ist. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe dadurch, dass die Statorsegmente (2, 3) an ihren Stoßstellen (12) durch einen auf den Mantel (4) aufgeschobenen, die Stoßstellen (12) überlappenden und radial auf den Mantel (4) aufgestauchten Metallring (16) druckdicht miteinander verbunden sind.

The present invention relates to a stator for an eccentric screw pump with a sheath made of steel or the like and a coiled elastomer lining, which is composed of at least two axially juxtaposed stator segments. The object of the present invention is to provide such a stator and a method for its production in which the connection between two stator segments is tight even at pressures above 80 bar.
