Definitions
- the present invention relates to a shoe sole, in particular suitable for running shoes, according to the protection claims 1 and 30.
- shoe soles are known in today's footwear technology, which have a torsion element in the region of the midfoot of the shoe sole, which enables a Verwringung or twisting of the forefoot area relative to the Schufußsohlen Scheme in the region of the metatarsus. This is to allow adaptation of the shoe sole to the ground and the support of the unrolling of the foot.
- FIG. 1 shows a shoe sole according to the known prior art from a plan view.
- the shoe sole 10 which is divided by the torsion member 20 in the shoe sole areas 25 (forefoot area) and 30 (rear foot area).
- the torso element 20 thus decouples the forefoot region 25 of the shoe sole and the rearfoot region 30 of the shoe sole with respect to their rolling lines such that, as indicated in FIG. 1, these two shoe sole regions 25 and 30 can twist against one another or twist in the midfoot region.
- the human foot is a so-called multi-joint system.
- This allows an optimal adaptation of the foot to bumps and slopes in barefoot gear.
- the rolling line of the foot may vary depending on the type of the gait and in particular depending on the type of sport practiced, it is usually a nearly s-shaped course:
- the first impact point when rolling the foot is the outer edge of the foot. Due to the shift in weight in the stance phase, the course of the load goes forward inwards over the longitudinal arch, in order to be discharged via the big toe during the repulsion phase.
- this s-shaped rolling line may be flatter, so that the point of impact is located more in the middle and also the point of repulsion is more centrally located in the area of the forefoot.
- shoe soles according to the prior art are perceived as being less than optimal because they permit only one turn about a straight axis, in particular a rotation of the entire forefoot area relative to the hindfoot area by exactly one point, namely the midfoot area.
- This counteracts the above-mentioned natural, sigmoidal rolling motion of the human foot, since the foot, due to its natural motion when rolling, must work against the respectively stiff front and rear sole areas.
- a shoe sole which is particularly suitable for running shoes and a torsion element which decouples the front region of the shoe sole with respect to the rolling line of the rear shoe sole region. Furthermore, this shoe sole is characterized in that the front and rear sole portions are made in one piece, i. is formed contiguous and thereby has a significantly narrowed width in the region of the torsion element.
- the present invention is thus based on the finding that shoe soles are often regarded as not optimized with respect to the support of the natural biomechanically S-shaped rolling of the human foot, as known Shoe soles only allow a wringing of the entire forefoot against the entire hind foot.
- a shoe sole which ensures an S-shaped unrolling of the human foot similar to the natural biomechanical operation of the foot.
- the shoe sole includes a torsion element which decouples the front region of the shoe sole from the rear sole region with respect to the rolling line, wherein the shoe sole is characterized in that the front and rear sole regions are integrally, i. is formed contiguous and thereby has a significantly narrowed width in the region of the torsion element.
- a substantially continuous S-shaped extending from the outer rear foot region of the shoe sole to the inner forefoot region of the shoe sole shoe sole area is divided, which supports the s-shaped rolling line of the foot.
- the shoe sole is designed so that the front and rear shoe sole region is connected to each other by a web. Furthermore, the web preferably extends diagonally and in particular connects the rear outer foot region of the shoe sole with the front inner foot region. Preferably, the shoe sole is further configured so that the web describes an S-curve together with the adjacent parts of the front shoe sole region and rear shoe sole region.
- the torsion element is provided substantially in the middle of the shoe sole and formed substantially in two pieces, a first piece on the foot outside and a second piece on the inside of the foot.
- the torsion element is designed so that the Torsionselement Kab on the foot outside extends forward into the front shoe sole region and that Torsionselement Gla in mecanicfuß Scheme extends backwards into the rear of the shoe sole.
- the extension is in each case sickle-shaped, in particular in that the torsion element in the inner foot region extends forwards into the center of the front shoe sole region and then extends again to the outer sole of the shoe sole and the torsion element in the outer foot region extends rearwardly to the center of the rear shoe sole piece and then back to the inner sole of the shoe sole.
- the torsion element further comprises rod-shaped pieces and the connecting web of the shoe sole rod-shaped recesses, wherein the rod-shaped pieces fill the rod-shaped recesses substantially.
- the torsion element in the center of the shoe sole is made substantially flat over the sole width of the shoe and disposed between the shoe sole and a shoe equipped with a shoe sole according to the present invention.
- the torsion element is preferably designed so that it extends substantially to the outer sole of the shoe sole.
- at least one of the Torsionselement dealte is designed so that it does not extend to the outer edge of the shoe sole and the shoe sole has a notch, which continues from the point where the Torsionselement laminate ends, the crescent shape of the Torsionselement revealedes to the shoe sole edge ,
- the object is further achieved by a shoe sole which contains a torsion element, wherein the torsion element divides the shoe sole into a plurality of shoe sole regions, so that the several shoe sole regions are decoupled from one another with respect to their rolling lines.
- the torsion element is provided in the center of the shoe sole and designed so that at least one of the shoe sole regions has a, from the outer Schufuß Scheme the shoe sole to the inner forefoot of the shoe sole substantially continuously extending, S-shaped form.
- the object is further achieved by a shoe sole which includes a torsion element which is designed so that the shoe sole is divided by the torsion element into a plurality of shoe sole regions, wherein at least one of these shoe sole regions, one from the outer rear foot region to the inner forefoot area has substantially continuous, s-shaped form.
- the torsion element is preferably designed so that the torsion element is formed substantially in two pieces, a first piece on the inside of the foot and a second piece on the outside of the foot, the first piece from the inner metatarsal starting sickle-shaped over the central region of the inner Schufuß Symposium Editions to the inner Sole edge runs and the second piece extending from the outer metatarsal area starting sickle-shaped over the middle region of the outer Vorderfuß Schemees to the outer sole edge.
- the shoe sole is preferably divided into at least three torsion element pieces, wherein preferably at least two further shoe sole areas have a substantially elliptical shape in addition to the at least one s-shaped sole area and one of these at least two elliptical shoe sole areas in the inner Schufuß Scheme is arranged and another of these at least two elliptical Shoe sole areas is arranged in the outer forefoot area.
- Figure 1 shows an embodiment of a shoe sole 5, which is known in the prior art.
- Figure 1 shows the shoe sole 10, which is divided by the torsion 20 in the shoe sole areas 25 and 30.
- this may cause the forefoot area, i. the shoe sole region 25 and the rear foot region, i. the shoe sole region 30 against each other.
- the torsion element 20 thus comes in a shoe sole 5 according to the prior art to a joint-like function.
- the disadvantage is that when rolling such a shoe sole no s-shaped rolling line is supported but on the contrary resistors against such an s-shaped rolling of the foot are built.
- FIG. 2 shows a preferred embodiment of a shoe sole 200 according to the present invention.
- the shoe sole 210 which is divided by the torsion element 220 into the three shoe sole regions 215, 234 and 238. It can be seen further that the shoe sole 210 is formed in one piece, ie integrally. In the region of the torsion element 220, the shoe sole 210 also has a significantly narrowed width 215.
- the torsion element 220 has, in particular, the torsion element pieces 224 and 228.
- the Torsionselement Publishede 224 and 228 are designed web-shaped.
- the torsion element 220 in the metatarsal region, is configured in a comprehensive manner over the width of the shoe sole 210. That is, the torsion element 220 preferably extends over the entire width of the shoe sole 210 in the midfoot region.
- the shoe sole 210 in the midfoot region is preferably designed such that, as can be seen in FIG a part of the midfoot region, the torsion element 220 is disposed under the shoe sole 210, so that the shoe sole 210 is a about may have the metatarsal region, formed by the connecting web 215, continuous shape.
- the torsion element pieces 224, 228 are further configured such that a torsion element piece, in particular the torsion element piece 224 on the outside of the foot extends forwards into the front shoe sole region and that torsion element piece 228 in the inner foot region extends rearwardly into the rear region of the shoe sole.
- this extension is in each case sickle-shaped, in particular in that the torsion element 224 extends forwards into the center of the front shoe sole region and then again extends to the outer sole of the shoe sole and the torsion element 228 extends rearwardly into the center of the rear shoe sole piece and then go back to the inner sole of the shoe sole.
- the torsion element piece 224 extends crescent-shaped from the outer metatarsal area over the outer forefoot area.
- the torsion element piece 224 of the torsion element 220 has a bow-shaped or sickle shape which separates the shoe sole region 234 from the shoe sole region 215, which is arranged on the outer forefoot.
- the torsion member 228 of the torsion member 220 is configured to extend arcuately from the inner metatarsus via the inner hindfoot region.
- the torsion element piece 228 has a substantially arcuate or sickle-shaped shape which separates the shoe sole region 238 from the shoe sole region 215, which is arranged on the inner rear foot region.
- the shoe sole regions 234, 238 have a substantially elliptical shape. This shape is limited by the outer edge of the shoe sole 210 on one side and the arcuate or crescent-shaped web-shaped Torsionselement Publishede 224, 228 on the other side. It is thereby achieved that the shoe sole region 215 of the shoe sole 210 has an essentially continuous s-shape running from the outer rear foot to the inner forefoot.
- This s-shape is advantageous in that when placing the foot by means of a shoe having a shoe sole 210 according to the invention, starting from the heel, so the hindfoot, an S-shaped rolling line of the foot, as they are the biodynamic natural Rolling behavior of the foot corresponds, supported by the substantially s-shaped shoe sole region 215, or is guaranteed.
- FIG. 3 shows a sectional view (corresponding to the section line III in FIG. 2) of a sports shoe 300 with a shoe sole 310 which contains a cushioning midsole 312, a shoe sole 314 and a torsion element 316.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a shoe sole, in particular suitable for running shoes, according to the
In the use of shoes, especially in the use of shoes for the exercise of various sports and in particular running shoes, it has been proven in the past to assist by the design of the shoe sole of the shoe, the rolling of the foot.
In order to counteract this rolling of the foot, shoe soles are known in today's footwear technology, which have a torsion element in the region of the midfoot of the shoe sole, which enables a Verwringung or twisting of the forefoot area relative to the Hinterfußsohlenbereich in the region of the metatarsus. This is to allow adaptation of the shoe sole to the ground and the support of the unrolling of the foot.
A shoe sole according to this prior art is shown in FIG. FIG. 1 shows a shoe sole according to the known prior art from a plan view. Evident is the
In the case of prior art shoe soles, however, it is not considered that the human foot is a so-called multi-joint system. This allows an optimal adaptation of the foot to bumps and slopes in barefoot gear. Although the rolling line of the foot may vary depending on the type of the gait and in particular depending on the type of sport practiced, it is usually a nearly s-shaped course: The first impact point when rolling the foot is the outer edge of the foot. Due to the shift in weight in the stance phase, the course of the load goes forward inwards over the longitudinal arch, in order to be discharged via the big toe during the repulsion phase. In different types of gear and insbesondre in different sports, this s-shaped rolling line may be flatter, so that the point of impact is located more in the middle and also the point of repulsion is more centrally located in the area of the forefoot.
Due to this biomechanical mode of operation of the human foot, shoe soles according to the prior art are perceived as being less than optimal because they permit only one turn about a straight axis, in particular a rotation of the entire forefoot area relative to the hindfoot area by exactly one point, namely the midfoot area. This counteracts the above-mentioned natural, sigmoidal rolling motion of the human foot, since the foot, due to its natural motion when rolling, must work against the respectively stiff front and rear sole areas. This leads to an unnecessary expenditure of additional forces and in particular to a non-optimal rolling motion, which can have harmful consequences on the joints involved. Therefore, on the contrary, a support of the s-shaped rolling line of the foot is desired.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a shoe sole which is optimized to support the s-shaped rolling behavior of the human foot.
This object is achieved by a shoe sole, which is particularly suitable for running shoes and a torsion element which decouples the front region of the shoe sole with respect to the rolling line of the rear shoe sole region. Furthermore, this shoe sole is characterized in that the front and rear sole portions are made in one piece, i. is formed contiguous and thereby has a significantly narrowed width in the region of the torsion element.
The present invention is thus based on the finding that shoe soles are often regarded as not optimized with respect to the support of the natural biomechanically S-shaped rolling of the human foot, as known Shoe soles only allow a wringing of the entire forefoot against the entire hind foot.
Therefore, according to the present invention, there is provided a shoe sole which ensures an S-shaped unrolling of the human foot similar to the natural biomechanical operation of the foot. This is achieved in that the shoe sole includes a torsion element which decouples the front region of the shoe sole from the rear sole region with respect to the rolling line, wherein the shoe sole is characterized in that the front and rear sole regions are integrally, i. is formed contiguous and thereby has a significantly narrowed width in the region of the torsion element. Thus, a substantially continuous S-shaped extending from the outer rear foot region of the shoe sole to the inner forefoot region of the shoe sole shoe sole area is divided, which supports the s-shaped rolling line of the foot.
In a preferred embodiment, the shoe sole is designed so that the front and rear shoe sole region is connected to each other by a web.
In a further preferred embodiment, the torsion element is provided substantially in the middle of the shoe sole and formed substantially in two pieces, a first piece on the foot outside and a second piece on the inside of the foot. Preferably, the torsion element is designed so that the Torsionselementstück on the foot outside extends forward into the front shoe sole region and that Torsionselementstück in Innenfußbereich extends backwards into the rear of the shoe sole. Furthermore, in a preferred embodiment, the extension is in each case sickle-shaped, in particular in that the torsion element in the inner foot region extends forwards into the center of the front shoe sole region and then extends again to the outer sole of the shoe sole and the torsion element in the outer foot region extends rearwardly to the center of the rear shoe sole piece and then back to the inner sole of the shoe sole.
In a preferred embodiment, the torsion element further comprises rod-shaped pieces and the connecting web of the shoe sole rod-shaped recesses, wherein the rod-shaped pieces fill the rod-shaped recesses substantially. In another preferred embodiment, the torsion element in the center of the shoe sole is made substantially flat over the sole width of the shoe and disposed between the shoe sole and a shoe equipped with a shoe sole according to the present invention.
Furthermore, the torsion element is preferably designed so that it extends substantially to the outer sole of the shoe sole. In a further preferred embodiment, at least one of the Torsionselementstücke is designed so that it does not extend to the outer edge of the shoe sole and the shoe sole has a notch, which continues from the point where the Torsionselementstück ends, the crescent shape of the Torsionselementstückes to the shoe sole edge ,
In a further aspect of the present invention, the object is further achieved by a shoe sole which contains a torsion element, wherein the torsion element divides the shoe sole into a plurality of shoe sole regions, so that the several shoe sole regions are decoupled from one another with respect to their rolling lines. The torsion element is provided in the center of the shoe sole and designed so that at least one of the shoe sole regions has a, from the outer Hinterfußbereich the shoe sole to the inner forefoot of the shoe sole substantially continuously extending, S-shaped form.
In a further aspect of the present invention, the object is further achieved by a shoe sole which includes a torsion element which is designed so that the shoe sole is divided by the torsion element into a plurality of shoe sole regions, wherein at least one of these shoe sole regions, one from the outer rear foot region to the inner forefoot area has substantially continuous, s-shaped form.
In addition, the torsion element is preferably designed so that the torsion element is formed substantially in two pieces, a first piece on the inside of the foot and a second piece on the outside of the foot, the first piece from the inner metatarsal starting sickle-shaped over the central region of the inner Hinterfußbereiches to the inner Sole edge runs and the second piece extending from the outer metatarsal area starting sickle-shaped over the middle region of the outer Vorderfußbereiches to the outer sole edge. In this case, the shoe sole is preferably divided into at least three torsion element pieces, wherein preferably at least two further shoe sole areas have a substantially elliptical shape in addition to the at least one s-shaped sole area and one of these at least two elliptical shoe sole areas in the inner Hinterfußbereich is arranged and another of these at least two elliptical Shoe sole areas is arranged in the outer forefoot area.

Figure 1 shows an embodiment of a
The
Schnittlinie IV in Figur 2). Wie aus Figur 4 erkennbar, ist im Hinterfußbereich das Torsionselement 416 stegförmig ausgeführt.FIG. 4 shows a sectional view (corresponding to the section line IV in FIG. 2) of a
Depending on the sport to be performed by means of the
528 bis zum jeweiligen Rand der Schuhsohle 510 fortführt.FIG. 5 shows a further embodiment of a shoe sole 500 according to the invention. The shoe sole 500 shown has, similar to the embodiment of the shoe sole 200 already discussed in FIG. 2, the shoe
Wie aus Fig. 6 zu erkennen, trennt das stabförmige Torsionselementstück 618 des Torsionselements 616 die Schuhsohle 614 in zwei Bereiche auf.FIG. 6 shows a sectional view (corresponding to the section line VI of FIG. 5) of a
