Claims (8)

1. Footwear in the form of a sandal or a mule, wherein a multilayered closed cassette (1a) is provided to which forefoot straps (10) and metatarsal straps (11) and, in case of a sandal, additional heel straps (12) are fastened,
   wherein the bottom layer of the cassette (1a) is configured as a walking sole body (2a) with a peripheral outer edge (2f) of elastically compliant material, a profile sole (2e) on the bottom face, as well as with functional lamellae (2c, 2d) of different height in the heel region (4c) and the forefoot region (4a), the lamellae extending transverse to a "longitudinal axis of the shoe", and wherein a calotte-shaped arch insole (3) is integrated in the metatarsal region (4b) of the walking sole body (2a), in which a movable ball (5) is positioned, and
   wherein the top layer of the cassette (1a) comprises a rigid insole (7) resting on the functional lamellae (2c) in the heel region (4c) and connected with the outer edge (2f) of the walking sole boy (2a), a calotte-shaped receptacle (7a) for the ball (5) being formed on the bottom face of the insole, and a cover lining (8) of elastically compliant material connected with the insole (7) and the outer edge (2f) of the walking sole body (2a) and thus extending from the heel region (4c) to the forefoot region (4a), the lining resting on the functional lamellae (2d).
2. Footwear of claim 1, characterized in that the functional lamellae (2c) of the walking sole body (2a) that are directed rearward under an acute angle are higher in the heel region (4c) than the functional lamellae (2d) directed forward under an acute angle in the forefoot region (4a).
3. Footwear in the form of a sandal or a mule, wherein a multilayered closed cassette (1b) is provided to which forefoot straps (10) and metatarsal straps (11) and, in case of a sandal, additional heel straps (12) are fastened,
   wherein the bottom layer of the cassette (1b) is configured as a walking sole body (2b) with a peripheral outer edge (2f) of elastically compliant material and a profile sole on the bottom face, as well as a calotte-shaped arch insole (3) integrated in the metatarsal region (4b) of the walking sole body (2b), in which a movable ball (5) is positioned,
   wherein the intermediate layer of the cassette (1b) is formed in the heel region (4c) and the forefoot region (4a) by layers (13a, 13b) of elastically compliant material connected with the outer edge (2f) of the walking sole body (2b), and
   wherein the top layer of the cassette (1b) comprises a rigid insole (7) extending. from the heel region (4c) to beyond a transition region (6) between the metatarsal region (4b) and the forefoot region (4a) and being connected with the layers (13a, 13b) of the intermediate layer, a calotte-shaped receptacle (7a) for the ball (5) being formed on the bottom face of the insole, and a cover lining (8) of elastically compliant material connected with the insole (7) and the outer edge (2f) of the walking sole body (2b) and thus extending from the heel region (4c) to the forefoot region (4a).
4. Footwear of claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the insole (7) rests on a peripheral inner projection (2g) of the outer edge (2f) of the walking sole body and is connected with the walking sole body.
5. Footwear of claim 1 or 3, characterized in that a cover lining is provided on the insole (7), which is connected with the peripheral outer edge (2f) of the cassette.
6. Footwear of claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the arch insole (3) integrated in the walking sole body (2a) is transparent and/or colored.
7. Footwear of claim 6, characterized in that the thin sole of the cassette is provided with a profile.
8. Footwear of claim 1 or 3, characterized in that a cover lining is provided that is connected with the peripheral outer edge of the cassette.
